Cette maison est située sur le 12ème fairway dans le Dalton Ranch Country Club dans la magnifique vallée d'Animas, à seulement 10 minutes au nord du centre-ville de Durango et à 20 minutes au sud de la station de ski de Purgatory.

Notre maison de plain-pied de 2 000 pieds carrés avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain dispose de la climatisation dans la chambre principale et l'espace de vie principal, une machine à laver / sèche-linge, un garage pour 2 voitures et un espace de vie extérieur fantastique donnant sur le 12ème fairway avec barbecue au gaz.

La pièce maîtresse de Dalton Ranch est son parcours de golf semi-privé de 7 040 verges. Construit le long de la rivière Animas, le ranch Dalton comprend de nombreuses zones humides et lacs.

Les sources thermales de Trimble avec spa complet sont à moins d’un kilomètre et la maison est à un accès immédiat à des activités de loisirs: tennis, golf, randonnée, vélo, natation, ski alpin et de fond, pêche à la mouche, pêche, kayak, canoë est vraiment sans fin).

Conditions d'annulation: Les annulations faites plus de trente (30) jours avant la date d'arrivée n'entraîneront aucune pénalité et toutes les sommes versées seront remboursées intégralement. Les annulations ou les modifications qui entraînent un séjour écourté, effectuées dans les trente (30) jours suivant la date d'arrivée, perdent le montant total de la réservation. Pour les réservations d'au moins trente (30) nuits, la politique d'annulation augmente jusqu'à soixante (60) jours avant la date d'arrivée pour recevoir un remboursement complet sans pénalité. Perfect Place

The location was excellent! The being on the golf course was so peaceful with a water flowing pond and ducks swimming by and unobstructed view of the mountains. House was very space with nice sized bedrooms very functional kitchen. We hated to leave!!

A lovely property in a gorgeous location. Our only challenge was the fireplace. Even with directions, we couldn't get it to lught. Other than that, a perfect stay.

The home is large and spacious. Loved the location. Lots of wildlife would come and eat the apples that had fallen on the ground. Lots of big windows so we had an excellent view outback. The exterior needs a little TLC. Front and back. Tv was interesting as well. All in all very nice stay.

Gorgeous view in a lovely, quiet neighborhood

My family of four (plus grandma and grampa one night) stayed for a week at this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood on the 12th fairway of Dalton Ranch. View from the back porch is beautiful and serene. I enjoyed having my morning coffee there, and one morning a young doe was a guest. It is ideally situated between Purgatory/Haviland Lake and the town of Durango. Tons to do and see in the area. We enjoyed our stay!

Spectacular Mountain and Golf Course Views

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and wished it was longer! The most tranquil setting with views that truly looked like a painting. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with a glass of wine taking in all the beauty. Durango is a short 15 minute drive when we wanted to venture out. There is a gourmet market, wine shop, hot springs spa, and Dalton Ranch Country Club (meals and cocktails) just a couple of minutes from the house. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location

The property was beautiful, the location was amazing. Short trip to Durango, maybe 20 minutes at worst, an hour from Silverton. Beautiful stream off the back yard, 360 degree mountain range views. My only issue with the house was it wasnt as clean as I expected it to be. There was also some moths, spiders and two tics found inside. Thay being said, i would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful but dirty

This could have been a perfect house. Nicely decorated with western style. A perfect spot on the 12th fairway of a golf course with a small stream and a view of the mountains. Unfortunately the house was very dirty. The shower had hair from previous visitors, furniture was dusty as were all baseboards, and we had to wash the dishes before we could use them. Such a shame! No wine opener!

The surroundings are beautiful and it is a quiet setting away from the hustle and bustle of Durango. We enjoyed setting on the back patio looking at the beautiful scenery and watching the golfers go by. We had a family of ducks who came by several times a day. Our dog loved the backyard. There is a lovely grocery right up the street. Very convenient. Would highly recommend. It is a lovely place to stay!

Amazing spring break

In the past we have always stayed at Purgatory Resort but we really enjoyed the convenience of being closer to town. It gave us the option of having a nice dinner at some of our favorite restaurants in town or enjoying our time at the house while grilling dinner. The common areas are very spacious for our family to gather for meals and games.Keith Brant is the most attentive property manager. Most properties/experiences aren't flawless. I just want to know I have someone to go to and get a reasonably quick response when we do run into a snag. This is our 4th time renting from Premier Vacation Rentals. He is our only choice when visiting Durango and some other Colorado areas.Thank you for another wonderful vacation!

Great property

My wife and I recently stay at the property to get out of the Arizona heat for a few days. Great location and beautiful views of the golf course and mountain range. The property is very comfortable and well maintained. There were only a few things that were a challenge, but they didn't ruin the trip. #1 There was no can opener in the kitchen. That's a staple in almost any kitchen in the US. #2 the dishes were not clean. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes well at all. We had to wash dishes by hand. Some of the glasses in the cabinet were not clean and looked like they had lip gloss on the edges. Once again, we had to handwash the glasses to be able to use them. The biggest challenge we faced was the master bed. It's a king size bed, but has a huge pit in the middle. The edge are high on each side and then when you get in, you roll to the middle. Completely uncomfortable! We had to end up sleeping on a queen bed in one of the other bedrooms. My suggestions is if this is going to stay a rental, get a new mattress, so people will feel comfortable and are able to sleep. Outside of those issues, everything else was great. Will go back again as long as the mattress has been changed.
