Otter Pointe est un lodge de luxe 5000 pour toute expérience. Ce lodge dispose de 4 chambres et d'une mezzanine avec six lits séparés. Otter Pointe peut accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes. Que vous souhaitiez chasser, camper ou même organiser un week-end entre filles ou une fête privée, c'est l'endroit idéal. Avec les planchers chauffants et CVC, nous vous couvrons pour tous les environnements. C'est aussi plus de 200 acres de terres avec des sentiers et des criques pour le chasseur ou le randonneur Avid. Wonderful Home!

Otter Pointe is a great place to reconnect with family, enjoy peaceful sunsets, great meals, and rest. The space is well-designed, offering many bedrooms/bathrooms and gathering spaces.

Awesome Place!!

We loved the open indoor kitchen and living room space for gathering. The kids and adults enjoyed the various games in the gameroom and loft. It was also lovely to sit on the back porch in the morning and evening. Jason’s place is well-stocked and beautiful!

Stayed for a wedding weekend with family. Easy drive to the Rustic. Lots of space. Great kitchen and dining room. Will be 5 star once the finish out the other bedroom(s).

Great getaway spot!

We had 8 long-time friends get together for a long weekend, and Otter Pointe was a great spot! Enough beds and bathrooms for everyone with an incredible kitchen, island, and patio. Appreciated the extra fridge in the garage for all of the food we brought with us. Would definitely come back!

Great escape!

We gathered here as it was large enough to accomodate a group in a central location for all attending. Plenty to do with multiple games and lots of space to spread out. The owner was very responsive when we did have a TV question. We hiked some trails and sat under the covered porch when it rained. Very nice accomodations and I cannot stress enough how very incredibly soft the sheets were!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great Place For Large Group To Get Away

The house was huge and had all kinds of games and areas to hangout. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms. There was lots of food and drink that we were free to have some of, which was a nice surprise. There was plenty of land to explore with maps provided, and ample firewood already split. The record amount of rainfall caused a leak in one room and the AC wasn't working when we arrived, but Jason fixed the issues quickly. Overall it was an awesome place for a guy's trip.

AMAZING PROPERTY!!

This met all my expectations and more! We had a wedding to attend at the Rustic Venue, and were looking for a space to share with family & friends. A large kitchen was a must have, and this was just perfect. Huge fully stocked kitchen with a massive island, plenty of indoor seating, tons of outdoor space, a garage space with ping pong and other games, huge televisions with Dish in every common space. It checked off all the boxes. The neighbor's cows even came to visit!! We had a great time. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Stay – Would Absolutely Rent Again!

We had a truly wonderful experience at this property! The space was open, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for our family gathering. Its location was ideal, especially being so close to the wedding venue we were attending, which made logistics a breeze.What really stood out was the expansive outdoor area. It offered a peaceful retreat where we could relax under the stars and enjoy the quiet serenity of the surroundings. The openness of the property gave everyone plenty of room to spread out, while still feeling connected.Jason, the host, was exceptional. He reached out ahead of time to ensure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to keep the home stocked with thoughtful touches and essentials—truly above and beyond what you’d expect.This rental offered the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and tranquility. We’d definitely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Very nice lodge in secluded location

My group of friends loved this property for our weekend get together. All 11 people had their own bed. Plenty of space for hanging out as a group both indoor and outdoor. Plenty of games to play and ice machine was a huge relief as well. Would recommend staying here to any type of group.

Wonderful Getaway! Tons of games and space to relax.

Jason’s wonderful property exceeded our expectations. Tons of room to relax and spread out with individual bedrooms, while the firepit outside and huge living room allowed us to share meals, unwind with a beer, and play games. The lodge could easily sleep double the 7 adults we had in our group between the 4 bedrooms and a large sleeping loft. SUPER comfortable mattresses and a very well-equipped kitchen. Shuffleboard, ping-pong, foosball, bags...what a fun time. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty, but likely not a concern unless you need to dial into Zoom for conference calls or want to stream movies. An AMAZING stay overall and we can’t wait to go back!! :)

Excellent vacation home for bigger groups above 10

In the last week of August, i had a family/friend gathering at this property. It is a wonderful place to spend 4 days, we did not hunt but had fun in cooking indoor/outdoor, watched movies on projector, trial walks, play room. Property was clean, Owner (jason) was very friendly, he also arranged outdoor cooking pot- he is good to work with on any request. ***You will enjoy***

This retreat was exactly what my family needed. We fished, kayaked, boated and explores the several hundred acres this property has to offer. There are several quaint towns nearby and plenty of small town stuff to do. Lastly if you enjoy nature we saw well over twenty deer (several enjoyed breakfast with us almost every day), caught bass, sunfish and carp as well as saw countless species of birds. Great Memories for all involved!

Amazing Hunting Lodge

My group really enjoyed our stay at Otter Pointe. The owner is a very good communicator and the property is beautiful and fun. We really enjoyed the game room which offers several activities including a terrific shuffle board table. The lodging itself is truly special and was a great space for a group, we hope to come back.

Great times, great memories

Jason's place is the perfect location for a get together. Spacious, clean, with everything you need to create fabulous memories. We celebrated my father's 80th birthday here. He was so happy surrounded by friends and family. I especially love the loft with all of the beds. It made a perfect space for a group of cousins to have an amazing time. And the master suite with that shower! This place hits that sweet spot between luxury and practicality. Thanks, Jason, for letting us stay here!

Everything was smooth with the stay. The owner communicated the process very well he even checked to make sure we made it in ok. This was a perfect spot for our group that was in the area for a golf weekend. The big open space was great for all of us to hang out. Beds were comfortable and the ac worked great. We had six people and easily could have added 4-5 more guys and been more than comfortable. The google gps address shows up down the road but it was still easy to find. Good times had by all.

weekend getaway

My friends and I were looking for a quick little get together. We have stayed at other places in the past. After staying at other places we all agree that this is one of the best places we stayed at. House had everything we needed to cook and chill for the weekend. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Awesome retreat.

A wonderful family getaway

A nice lodge in the country. Large property with room to ATV, lots of rooms and beds. Very clean, very nice. Owner was very easy to work with, very accommodating. We had 6 adults and 3 kids under 5. There was a ton of room, both inside and outside, for the kids to run around and play. Would make a great bachelor party location, hunting trip location, family trip location.

Hidden Gem for our Wedding Reception

Otter Pointe could not have been a better experience.! My husband and I were looking for something truly unique for our small/intimate wedding reception and Otter Pointe was such a perfect setting! We weren't sure if the owners would be open to a wedding reception, but from the very first phone call they were not only completely open to the idea, but excited about it and even offered wonderful suggestions. After our ceremony at a local church, we shuttled our families and closest friends down to Otter Pointe for a reception and beautiful meal cooked onsite by an incredibly talented chef that the owners were able to help us connect with. The entire night of the reception our guests could not stop complimenting us on how wonderful and cozy Otter Pointe was and how special it felt while there. My husband's friends were so mesmerized by the fact that it was used as a hunting lodge and all of my friends and sisters were in love with the cozy/rustic cabin feel. We had a fire going in the beautiful stone fire place and we were even able to sit outside with a fire pit and play music under the stars. It was truly a special evening in quite a special place that just makes you feel so comfortable and at home! While most of our guests were shuttled back at the end of the night, 8 guests were able to stay at Otter Pointe that night and slept very comfortably in their own rooms and/or beds. I could not have asked for a more perfect location for my wedding reception and it was one I was truly never forget! My husband and I hope to spend several wedding anniversaries at Otter Pointe in the future!

Outstanding Hunt

The moment I entered the lodge I was impressed with the open space, comfortable furnishings, amenities and well adorned walls with stunning trophy mounts throughout the lodge. After the hunts, our group members had the option of relaxing near the fireplace, bellying-up to the massive granite kitchen island for food and drinks, ante up at the poker table or rest in a number of bedrooms or sleeping loft space. The lodge is ideally suited for small or large groups. Our group numbered 7 but the space can easily accommodate at least twice that. The 200 acre terrain is very diverse and includes changing elevations, thick woods, open food plots, tall grass and a large creek. Stands/blinds are dispersed strategically throughout the property. I had fantastic 360 degree views from one of the fully enclosed, heated fiberglass blinds whereby I harvested a buck and a doe from the very same blind. Saw plenty of wildlife including many turkey and even a very large bobcat which strolled right up to my blind unaware of my presence. The horizontal and vertical windows wrapping around the blind enabled me to stealthily video record the bobcat as he approached the blind, disappearing into the woods behind me (wishing I had purchased the bobcat permit!). The owner and family are quality folks who go above and beyond to ensure a good time for all. I had an outstanding hunt and an incredible experience at Otter Pointe and very much looking forward to turkey hunting there this spring!

Amazing stay at Otter Pointe!!!

Stayed here for 3 nights for opening weekend of shotgun season for deer. Both the lodge and the grounds are incredible. The lodge is brand new with every amenity you could want, I would name them all but it would take too long and they are all pretty visible from the pictures on the posting. Jason was a great host to deal with. Good communication leading up to our trip and was able to get checked in easily. Finally, the grounds were awesome. More than enough acreage for a large group with your pick of stands and huts. Tons of wildlife and plenty of deer. All in all, I will def be coming back here ASAP!!!

Otter Point 2018

It is very difficult to put into words the experience and atmosphere that surrounds you at Otter Point. The facilities are immaculate with everything you need at hand and available for the best hunting experience a true hunter could want. Then you get to see what Illinois deer hunting is all about and why people from all over the country want to come and see for themselves . Stands that are placed from hours of scouting in key travel locations. Huts that have access to tremendous food plots where the deer and turkey frequently visit and feed for hours. If you are looking for a world class hunting operation I would highly recommend Otter Point as your next destination. You will not be disappointed in what is available to you.
