 Situé à Camdenton au kilomètre 34. Nous aimerions partager notre jolie maison au bord du lac avec vous et vos familles. Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit que le lac des Ozarks pour créer des souvenirs incroyables. Notre maison pittoresque est située dans une belle crique tranquille. Eaux calmes pour nager, sauter ou se détourner du plongeoir ou simplement se prélasser sur son radeau pour profiter du soleil des Ozarks. Si vous aimez pêcher c'est l'endroit parfait. Nous sommes dans une crique isolée, mais toujours suffisamment proches du chenal principal pour pouvoir prendre votre bateau pour passer un après-midi de divertissement sous le soleil. Nous avons un beau grand quai pour attacher votre bateau et il y a une table et des chaises pour se détendre au bord de l'eau. Nous sommes situés à proximité du capitaine Ron et d’autres restaurants et attractions amusants. Nous sommes à quelques minutes de la ville en voiture.

Great House, Great Cove

The house was amazing, better than described. We travel to the lake each year since 2018 and this is by far the best cove we've stayed in. Host was very responsive and the house was perfect with everything we needed on day one. Will definitely request to stay again.

Girls Trip at the Ozarks

Great layout, lots of amenities and extras. No steps to water (if walking from basement). If you are looking for a safe alternative to steps, though, I would not recommend- the steps outside and upstairs are both dangerous if unsteady. Lots of condiments and kitchenware. Had an issue with the AC and owner had someone out to fix it very quickly. Check in wasn't conveyed before we got there and the cleaning crew (although nice) was still there for 45 minutes past our check in time. We had a great time and loved the quiet area. Neighbors were great and we walked the 1.5 loop every morning.

I loved this place is was so quiet the house was great had everything we needed. The house was perfect size for us. We enjoyed it so much we didnt want to go. The dock was huge the kids spent most of there time fishing and swimming.

Our family enjoyed staying at this location. This quiet cove was great for swimming and fishing from the dock. Loved the Beach Decor throughout this house. When we had a couple of concerns, the host was quick to address them.

Spent 3 nights. Despite the rain we enjoyed our trip. It was a disappointment for the kids not to have the diving board but they all had a good time just the same. Plenty of room for us all (11 of us). Nice place.

Nice cove and house

We enjoyed our stay in the cute little house. Swimming off the dock, sitting out on the dock after dark, and staying inside when needed to cool down. Check in and check out process was simple. Owners were very responsive to questions. Overall a great stay.

Roomy lake house in a great location!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this 3 bdrm house. Large family room and great dining area that easily fit 8. No stairs to dock and great place for swimming! Close to stores and restaurants! Pretty perfect! The bathroom towels and kitchen utensils could use a refresh, but other than that we had a great stay:)

Normally i would give a better rating, but i had to contact the owner before even getting there due to failure to provide the code. Therefore he had my phone number. The following week he called me and accused me of taking out his boat due to cigarette butts on the boat and saying he will not return the deposit... WILD!!! Would not recommend as he is not a good owner to rent from.

Would recommend attaching ladder a little better on right side of dock. It was a fun place to stay at. And glad the neighbors were friendly enough to let us have access to locked boat ramp when the owners did not respond to call until the second day of our stay

Dear Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our home in the Ozarks. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the communication during your stay. We want to apologize for the inconvenience. We messaged you at 6:30 am the day you were to arrive to let you know the house code and to offer you to go ahead and check in early at no cost since the house was clean and ready to go. We never heard back so we messaged you again at 4:00 pm to let you know we were boarding a plane, and would not be able to be reached until later that evening. When we landed that evening, we tried to reach out to you once again, and the cell service would not go through . We reached out to you the following morning and spoke to you to make sure everything was ok! At that time you had stated you had not even arrived yet your brother was there, and everything was taken care of. We try our best to be available to our guests at all times, but there are times when we may not be able to answer right away. We did leave a message with details, and we apologize if that wasn't enough to resolve the situation. We're glad to hear that our neighbors were able to assist you by letting you into the boat dock. We understand that this was an important aspect of your stay and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused by our initial inability to assist you. We will take a look at the ladder. Great Getaway

We had an absolute blast! There was a group of 8 young adults that went on this trip. It was great to have the dock to hang out and peaceful. It is a little further away from the nightlife, but nothing an Uber call can’t take care of. Great space for entertainment and hanging out as a group. The host(s) we’re so quick to respond and very nice. Definitely would stay here again!

Great week

This lake house was perfect for a little family getaway. We brought our paddle boards, kayaks, fishing poles, and rented a floating mat and the kids loved every second. No steps to the dock was a plus with little kids and we caught lots of fish and loved the diving board. It’s a pretty quiet cove, not a lot of boat traffic. We wish there were a few more bathroom towels available to use, but overall it was a fantastic stay.

Entire family loved it

Went to LOTO for baseball World Series tournament, this was in the best location to get anywhere. 20 mins to get wherever you need. The house was the perfect size for my family and we could have our own space to relax and unwind. The owners were very helpful with answering any question I had about the house and area. The only thing that my son was bummed about was no diving board like the pictures showed. The neighbors are all friendly also. We are planning to go back possibly next year for another World Series.

This property is located on a lovely cove with quiet neighbors. The owner forgot to send the code to check in because "she didn't check her calendar" Thankfully, we found an unlocked door or we would have been waiting for a couple of hours after I contacted the owner. It was clean. It needs to be updated. The green carpet was stained, especially in the basement/lower lever and stairs. The towels are threadbare and had holes in them due to age. The futons in the main room would add to the number of people that can sleep there but are not at all comfortable for sitting. The kitchen is lacking; a single wine glass,no wine opener, very small microwave, the pots have the non-stick coating coming off. You need to run the humidifier constantly or it smells mildewy. There were no welcome or check-out instructions, any magazine or tourist information was 1-3 years old. We use VRBO 2-3x/yr but this is not a property I would rent again.

Regarding your comment about the towels, we were surprised to hear that you found them to be ragged. We can assure you that all of our towels were brand new as of May 2023. We take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our amenities, including the towels, and we regret that they did not meet your expectations. We will certainly look into this matter and ensure that any necessary improvements are made. We are also sorry to hear that you felt the house needed updating based on the pictures provided. Our intention is to accurately represent the property in the listing, and we believe the pictures clearly showcase the house's charm and style. We understand that everyone has different preferences, and we apologize if the house did not meet your personal expectations in this regard. Regarding the wine glasses and opener, we can confirm that they were present in the house during our visit in July. We are sorry if you were unable to locate them during your stay. Atrocious!

Several things were wrong with the property. And with the owners living out of state, do not expect any immediate response for help if there are issues. And we had issues: 1. First thing we get there, trash is overflowing out of the trash can in front of the house. 2. Septic tank alarm is shrilly sounding when we get there. 2. Critters get in the trash overnight and strew trash everywhere. And it stunk! We could not sit on the deck without getting nauseous. 3. Trash haulers came in the morning, and just empty the trash can, but leave all the trash strewn in the yard. My own mother went to pick up all the trash. The owners did not send anybody to pick up the trash until that evening, after 5:00. 3. Wifi went out. My oldest son teasingly said, "Maybe the owners haven't paid their bill." 4. We did not have water on our final night there. We could not take showers the final morning we were there. We physically had to haul buckets of water to the house in order to use the toilets. 5. We were accused of leaving the showers running and filling up the septic tank. That was awful to be accused of something we didn't do. We were used as scapegoats to excuse the fact that their septic tank was already full before we even got there. It was a cute house, but dealing with all those issues really imposed on our family vacation this year. The owners, at first said they would refund a portion of our rental rate, but then said they would refund even less after it was all said and done. Even though almost a month has passed since we stayed there, I have not seen a refund at all. I do not recommend renting this home at all.

I feel obligated to respond to this review. These renters were a owners nightmare. Yes there was garbage that the previous renters had set out for pick up. You are on the lake there are critters. As soon as they notified us of the mess we contacted our cleaning company and they were going to pick it up. Although they had other jobs going on they went as soon as they could. As for the not having any water. The entire cove was out. It was not anything we could help. Everyone in the area was out. This review is the first we heard they did not have WiFi. We pay our bills!!! You are in the Ozarks. WiFi and cell phone service is very hard to come by!!! As for the septic tank there was absolutely nothing wrong with. These people removed item from our home and therefore We did not refund any money. You cannot take other people’s property. I hope everyone reading this will take into consideration that everyone that has stayed at our home LOVES it! Always one in every crowd.

Last summer we were cruising around in the boat and came across this cutie of a house. We decided to look at it and knew right away it was the house for us. So we have done some redecorating and we are ready to share our lake home with you and your families.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We decided to buy in Camdenton because it is calmer than the main channel, but still closer enough to restaurants and attractions, Our children love to float around and just hang out in the water. This is the perfect cove for that. It is very quiet and calm water.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The thing we loved most about this house is
It is a stone throw away from the water/dock
right on the lake with NO STAIRS. Most homes have multiple flights of stairs.
