Maison historique, vers 1867, rue Tattnall Maison entiĂšre avec cour, Ă  3 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de Forsyth Park. Meubles anciens et Ɠuvres d'art originales. Lit king size en mezzanine avec coin salon, terrasse et salle de bain avec douche. Lit queen au niveau principal, salle de bain avec douche / baignoire. Cuisine originale et pittoresque avec des appareils mis Ă  jour. Belle cour avec grill et 2 vĂ©los inclus. Parfait pour que la mariĂ©e soit! .....Les escaliers sont d'origine, plus petits que les normes d'aujourd'hui. *** S'il vous plaĂźt noter, ne convient pas aux clients ayant des limitations physiques.

The location was perfect. It was close to the free bus transportation which was an unexpected plus! Owner was very responsive and helped us adjust the hours of our stay to accommodate our schedule. Highly recommend!

Quaint cottage

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was very clean, had comfortable beds and furniture, and everything you want to do was a walk or short drive away. Also our dog loved it!

Was a very pleasant experience. Holly kept in touch before, during and after our stay. Would highly recommend staying in this beautiful cottage so close to everything.

Amazing stay!

The property is like something out of a dream!! So beautiful and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture was beautiful. Close walk to Forsyth, easy Uber drive to River St, and many restaurants and shops around. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyable Stay

We had a great long weekend in Savannah. We loved the cottage and location. So pretty and comfortable. The upstairs bathroom is a little small but that is what it is when you stay in beautiful old cottage. The host was great. Thank you!

Relaxing Atmosphere

Great little place nestled in the heart of historic Savannah. Everything you could want to do is within 1 to 2 miles from this home, not to include having the luxury of being able to walk to most anything you want to do. Super clean, quiet, and relaxing home. Would definitely rent again if im in the area.

Great place for a 3 day girls’ getaway!

Place is exactly as described! The only hiccup was the really spotty and weak internet since I did have some work to do. Otherwise the location is great
we walked everywhere then took a Lyft back at night. We didn’t use the kitchen at all except for our morning coffee of which there were plenty of options. It was nice having two bathrooms with 3 of us getting ready.

Pet friendly

It was clean and in a cute neighborhood. It was raining so not sure how the walk would be to town but seemed fairly close. The the kitchen is not the most functional but we only stayed one night so it was ok for us. I would have given a better rating but the overall cost was pretty high. However I chose this place because it was pet friendly.

Location! Location! Location!

My husband and myself along with our 3 year old mini Eskipoo enjoyed our 3 weeks of Savannah living. A short walk to Forsyth Park was a plus for dog walks, Farmer’s Market and Art shows. Historic sights were steps away as well as all of the restaurants we had looked forward to trying and ultimately enjoyed immensely. We especially loved The Olde Pink House - both dinner and the Tavern afterward. There was live music and the absolute best Espresso Martini I have ever had! Jones Street, recognized as one of the most beautiful streets in the U.S. did not disappoint. A short drive to breathtaking Wormsloe, Bonaventure Cemetery and Tybee Beach. We look forward to a second stay at Holly’s Cottage!

Brother Sister Trip

What a great home! Can’t say enough about the decor. I don’t know the style but it certainly had artistic flair and we loved it! It was conveniently located and we walked everywhere. Ahhh, the parks in Savannah were spectacular and beautiful architecture everywhere. The SCAD museum was close and wonderful restaurants nearby. The backyard outdoor space was perfect and secluded. A great place to relax and read and get a great nights sleep. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer in this wonderful gem. I highly recommend this home and hopefully will be back soon. Thank you for hosting this beautiful home!

This was an absolute gem of a cottage! Myself and three friends converged on Savannah to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We wanted to be able to walk to the Riverfront, but also far enough away from the bustle of the Riverfront. This was a perfect location! We enjoyed the outside space for coffee each morning (which the coffee was provided!). We were very close to Forsyth Park, which is gorgeous and quaint and hosted a farmer's market on Saturdays with a collection of artists and food vendors. Holly was gracious, flexible and communicated in a timely fashion. What a wonderful trip with core memories made. I would highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Holly’s Cottage! Holly truly thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house was adorable and very clean. The mattresses were amazing! The location was perfect for walking to ForSythe park and other shops in the neat downtown area. I felt like the cleaning expectations upon our departure were extremely reasonable and minimal, compared with other homes we have rented. Holly was very responsive to our needs. We absolutely cannot wait to come back and would most definitely stay at Holly’s cottage in the future.

Amazing quiet and quaint

I booked Hollys cottage for a weekend getaway to see the Savannah Bananas game and was not disappointed. I kept this place a surprise from my girlfriend and she fell absolutely in love with it.

Serene Savannah Surroundings

This property is in a perfect location on a quiet street in the downtown historical district with ample parking. We walked everywhere in the downtown area without a problem. The house was very cute and comfortable. We loved the back patio. It was a perfect place to hang out to enjoy the fresh air. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are hoping to come back to this property the next time we are in Savannah.

Savannah getaway for mother and daughter

My daughter and I booked this trip months ago. The day before we were going we heard that Hurricane Helene was set to hit Florida. We decided to catch an earlier flight that day so we would still be able to go. Holly accommodated our request for early check in and even left us candles and flash lights. This cottage is beautiful and perfect location! We loved it! Highly recommend!

My husband, Ron, and I are living our dream in the beautiful, charming city of Savannah, GA. We moved here from NC in 2017 after purchasing this historic property and guest house, which had always been a dream of mine, and to create a short term vacation rental. After a year and a half of lots of tender love & care, sweat and tears, we created this charming and cozy home, full of antiques that I have collected for over 30 years. We are full time residents of Savannah and proud parents of two rescue terriers, Nigel & QBee, who love walks and picnics in Forsyth Park!

This property is so unique and charming!!! The Tattnall neighborhood is a quiet gem, wonderful and close to everything. Forsyth Park is 3 blocks away, perfect for picnics, Saturday morning farmer's market. A short walk to downtown, through many of Savannah's 22 beautiful squares.
