Ce bel appartement de 3 chambres, partiellement climatisé, avec un immense salon et une vue magnifique est situé sur le Laguito entouré de mer et avec une excellente vue panoramique. Cette bâtisse a le charme des grands espaces construits dans les années 70. l'appartement est rénové en conservant son caractère.
La zone de Laaguito comprend une zone commerciale et plusieurs hôtels et restaurants de tous les goûts.
Pour se rendre à la ville fortifiée, il faut 10 minutes en taxi et il y a toujours des transports publics disponibles à très bas prix.
