Notre maison de ranch unifamiliale rénovée des années 1950 dans un quartier calme et magnifique a tout le confort nécessaire pour un long ou court séjour. Ce n'est pas votre ancienne location. Notre maison regorge d'œuvres d'art originales et d'articles de décoration ainsi que de nombreuses antiquités européennes raffinées qui se marient avec tout le confort contemporain. Emplacement fabuleux à quelques minutes de plusieurs universités, hôpitaux, sites historiques et du centre-ville de Winston-Salem. A proximité se trouvent de nombreux restaurants, magasins et parcs de loisirs. Piedmont Triad Airport à Greensboro et High Point Furniture Market sont à 35 min. *** ALERTE À L'ALLERGIE *** La maison est nettoyée par des professionnels, mais les chiens et les chats y séjournent occasionnellement.

Awesome location ans very safe neighborhood!

We were in Winston Salem for our son’s birthday. We stayed at Leigh’s house which was about 5 mins away in an awesome neighborhood! Leigh was great to communicate with and the house was clean and very well maintained. We would love to stay again for sure! Thanks Leigh

Perfect for our needs

This was the perfect listing for our needs. Location, communication and the actual property were spot-on. Very cozy and homey interior. It’s obvious the owner takes great pride in her property and guests will enjoy their stay.

Comfortable and Quiet

We enjoyed staying and relaxing in this beautifully furnished house. The owners have provided many thoughtful details throughout and were great with communications. The house is located in a very quiet, attractive and convenient neighborhood.

Great home. Excellent neighborhood

We stayed to visit our son, daughter in law and grandson. Their space is limited and we have a golden retriever who sheds at a prolific pace ( I brought along our Dyson!). The house was very nice, as billed and the proximity to their house was great. The neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods are outstanding. Great proximity to Wake Forest and downtown. Our host was amazing as we locked ourselves out one day. Our fault! She had a backup key ready in no time. Highly recommend this home. Two bedrooms bath and a half so great for two probably decent for 4.

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this lovely home. We brought our dog who loved playing in the fenced in yard. The location was convenient for us as we did some wine tours and had great meals at Midway cafe and 1703. We will definitely be returning !

Inviting & immaculate!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It’s cozy and inviting, clean and situated in a lovely neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the sun room and the beautiful fenced backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. Check-in and check-out was easy and the host was friendly and responsive. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Just Splendid!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed home and didn't want to leave. From booking to check-out, it was a wonderful experience. The host was very accommodating and thought of everything to make everyone's stay here perfect from start to finish! We can't say enough nice things about our experience or the home. The bar has been set high, and we hope to reserve this house again when we are in Winston-Salem in the future. Just splendid!

We had a wonderful stay, and the house was in a perfect location for an engagement party we were attending. Leigh was an excellent communicator and was very accommodating. The house and neighborhood were beautiful and we would definitely consider staying again.

Cozy pet friendly home in great location!

We found the perfect pet friendly location midway between our NC family and close to great shopping and Christmas festivities in Winston-Salem. Leigh is a fantastic host and kept in touch to assure all our needs were met. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our German Shepherd, and we were able to enjoy the fire pit with the surprisingly warm weather. We highly recommend this lovely home away from home!

Beautiful, welcoming, pet friendly stay! Upon walking in to the home we notice how clean and tastefully decorated the home is!The owner has provided everything you would need for this stay!! We stayed here because we were purchasing a house and had closing scheduled. This house is truly a Home that defines relaxing. Our German Shepherd made himself at home and was so relaxed and content! Owner was amazing !!We Loved Our stay here and will highly recommend this home for family and fiends!!

Beautiful home in Winston Salem

This ranch style beauty was perfect inside and out! The kitchen was well stocked and had a sunny cozy sunroom to enjoy morning coffee, and afternoon cocktail. My dogs, and I, loved the fenced in, park like yard. The homes location was a 5 minute drive to lovely shops and restaurants! I look forward to returning to explore more of Winston and thus charming neighborhood! Thank you, Leigh!

Great stay close to Wake Forest University

My teen daughter, husband and I came up for the weekend to visit our Wake Forest freshman. We brought our dog along as well and this home was a perfect home base. It was a mile from campus, had a nice yard for the dog and good outdoor space for some socially distant visits with our son. The WiFi worked well so our daughter could do her online classes. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean and spacious and there was room for the 3 of us to spread out. Plus the neighborhood is beautiful for taking the dog for walks!

Dreamy rentals come true!

I was in a super stressful moving situation with animals and kids and husband traveling during the whole move/ sell/ and buy experience. I would say I was at my worse by the time we got there. It was so beautiful and homey, that I felt better right away. Then it just got better...going to bed in a cloud with butter sheets! We have a tempurpedic mattress but I still wake up from hip/back/shoulder pains...old lady pains. Not here! I slept like a baby and was ready for my move! I wish I could adopt Leigh as my family....for her kindness, stile and manners!

Another Wonderful Stay

My family and I had another wonderful stay at this comfortable and well-appointed home. Everything was perfect from arriving to departing, with the exception that our time there went by too quickly. This is our second time staying, and I hope a third visit will be in our future. We couldn't ask for anything more; it was perfect!

Hi. I am a US Army veteran, mom and a grandmother, avid gardener, world traveler and animal lover, married for 38 years to a retired Army officer. We enjoyed living in the Washington DC area for many years before settling down in Fort Worth Texas. I love collecting antiques and have a small antiques shop in Ft Worth. We travel with VRBO when we can and love to have the extra space and comfort of a home versus a hotel.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased this adorable home to be near our first grandchild without having to upset the balance in their home. We have struggled to find short term rentals that have enough comfortable space and that will accept our 2 German Shepherds and 2 kitties. We wanted to share our pet friendly home with other folks who travel with fur babies.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love this house for so many reasons-it's ranch style allows for anyone to easily manage without steps or carpeting ( great for a walker), it's large, beautiful, fully fenced backyard with giant trees is fabulous for the dogs. We love to have coffee in the bright and spacious sun room where you can open the glass doors to feed and watch the birds, squirrels and chipmunks. There is a nice little den/office for quiet work or reading. The house is so close to everything! Within 2 miles in any direction you can find wonderful restaurants, great local parks, shopping for clothing, antiques, or food. There is a very active downtown scene with many breweries and an arts area. With a short drive you can also visit several wineries.
