The condo itself was awesome. The 3 consecutive nights of the neighbors partying was less than desirable. That in no way reflects badly on the owner and more so on management. All things considered. I do recommend staying here. I will stay again.

This condo is super nice as the owners stay in it 6 months every year. They have it decorated extremely nice and it has a stunning view of the courtyard and pool. We are so happy you had a great time at VOC 212! Come back for a quick getaway-weekend anytime. You were a great guest!

No beach view.

The condo was very clean and spacious. Only complaints…TVs were terrible, one didn’t even come on, and no beach view. Also, the check-in process can be difficult if you arrive after hours.

We are so happy you found the condo to be clean and spacious! The TVs work fine. Please, next time if you have a problem, just call. The number is in the welcome book and I will be happy to get it immediately taken care of. You may have had it on the wrong setting. The check-in process is simple: go to your condo and use your privately assigned keycode to enter. The condo is advertised as having a great view of the pretty courtyard, tropical plantings, and free-form pool. The beach is about 285 yards south of the condo. We do hope you come back to enjoy this hidden gem located in heart of Biloxi Beach while being in a quiet, private area.

Nice condo

Nice condo with new carpets. Unfortunately, the washer and dryer were malfunctioning and not working while we were there. Also, we had trouble with a very slow draining bathtub.

Yvette, We are so happy you found our beach condo to be nice! We are constantly making improvements so each guest's experience is pleasant. I did not know there was an issue with the washer and dryer. We have a repairman on his way tomorrow to fix whatever is wrong. Also, we took care of the slow-draining tub--someone had showered off a lot of sand and it slowed down the drain. We do hope you are able to return again and enjoy our poolside, beach condo!

Relaxed and Quiet

Overall, the property was good. We enjoyed our stay. We had a little bit of difficulty with the code for the pool and had to call and ask what it was. The code given in our condo had not been updated. The complex was quiet and not crowded, which was nice. Our girls enjoyed the pool very much. The condo could have been cleaner. When we were packing to leave the last morning my girls informed me that they had found black hair on their sheets when we arrived the first day but had not told me. This information was very upsetting. I informed the property manager about this. She apologized, but I’m not sure that I would stay here again. Clean sheets are a basic thing. Had it not been for that incident, I would have given top reviews.

I am glad you enjoyed your visit. The code has been changed again and all units have been updated. It is a wonderful complex and you were in one of the prettiest units overlooking the nicest courtyard and pool on the Coast! The cleaning contracting company washes all linens in CDC approved chemicals and uses the heat recommendation of the CDC in both the commercial washers and dryers. That said, I am dismayed that you were upset and hope that it didn't taint the memories of your vacation to our Beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast!

ALMOST Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prior to arrival I received a call informing me that a packet with my parking pass and pool wrist bands would be left for me in a lock box, which doesn't lock by the way. There was no packet and the office was closed. Being a new visitor I was fearful of being towed and didn't want issues with my kids swimming. Unfortunately I made several calls and left messages with PRM, who never returned my calls. I finally was able to get in touch with the property managers who informed me that PRM never sent my info and that they were pretty lenient with parking and the wrist bands. After finally being able to put that behind me, we arrived in our unit and it was awesome. It was clean, and very spacious. We were told to bring pool towels but there were some in the unit to our surprise. The only issue was the blinds. Once we opened them in the Master bedroom they were falling apart at the bottom. They may need to invest in a set of better set of quality blinds.

This was a trip that we booked at the spur of the moment for one of the busiest weekend of the summer season. Such a great place and excellent location! Everything was very clean and had a perfect view overlooking the pool. There was enough space for our party of 5 and I know that we will definitely be booking this exact rental again the next time that we are in town!

We work so hard for the 5-Star rating! A 3-star is so disappointing. I wish I knew what could have made it better. It is a lovely poolside unit in excellent condition. I know the stress of evacuating from Hurricane Ida made it difficult for you to enjoy the area. I hope things are getting better for you in Louisiana. Take care!

In for a Wedding

We drove 8 hours for my sons wedding and there were 4 of us (3 women). Property is in a great location and we didn’t have to travel long to get to the different destinations. Very clean and spacious. We were able to all get ready in a timely manner and not be cramped for space. My only suggestion is if you are picky about pillows, bring your own to sleep on because these were a little flat. Very clean pool! We won’t stay at hotels now that we have found Vrbo!

Nice apartment

Nice apartment just had a few issues. Didn't receive our pool bracelets till the day after we arrived. We never knew anything about them never knew we had to get anything or speak to anyone. It had 2 pool codes in the book one didn't work didn't try the other. T.v remote for guest room didn't work. Those were just minor issue. Our biggest issue was the apartment above us had a kid or kids or something that ran back and forth past midnight. Idk if they were visitors or if they live there permanently but lord you can not get sleep when all you hear is running back and forth. Also one other thing. For the price to stay they could splurge a little for a little bit more comfortable beds. They were like sleeping on bricks. But it is a beautiful place.

Nice condo on Biloxi beavh

We had a great stay in Biloxi with family in July (age range 1 - 93). The pool is very nice and the condo has a pleasant view of the area. The building has ample parking and an elevator, making access very easy. Communication was prompt and professional. Recommend.
