Cette élégante escapade cÎtiÚre à Sandy Pointe est un spacieux condo de 2 chambres, situé au centre d'Anna Maria à proximité des commerces et des restaurants et à quelques pas de la plage. Le condo est décoré à un niveau élevé avec une cuisine bien équipée, laveuse et sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, téléviseurs à écran plat et Wi-Fi haut débit illimité. Wonderful place to stay

Robert’s place is in a great location. It is 4 blocks from the beach. You can easily walk to some shopping place, a few restaurants and a Publix. I would definitely stay here again.

Holmes Beach Vacation

Nice clean condo with good beds and facilities. Pool was nice and clean as was the whole complex. Convenient to Publix and public beach. Kayak/canoe launch close by along with several restaurants and shops. Easy access to the mainland. Enjoyed visit with Roser Memorial congregation on Sunday.

Holmes beach gem

The condo had an appeal to it and was tastefully decorated. Bed is very comfortable. The pool was great but even better the beach close by and an easy walk. Proximity to the beach and grocery store made it easy not to have a car. Already booked another stay! 🙂

Nice Get Away

This is a very nice condo. We really enjoyed staying at Sandy Pointe. Off the beaten path of hustle and bustel of the Island. Nice and quiet. The condo is well maintained and clean! The beach was very close and Publix Grosery Store, CVS, Walgreens and severel shops and resaurants. Robert was great person to work with. If we had questions he aswered us right away.

EVEN BETTER THAN EXPECTED

The place was absolutely perfect for us! The pool was steps away & 87 degrees and the beach was a 5 minute walk and everything we needed was available for us (chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys, etc). The beach had a bar, restaurant, beach store and live bands every day but the highlight was the AMAZING sunsets - we were there every night! It's close to grocery shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, nature preserves, bars, etc. All this with probably the best host we have ever had - we couldn't recommend it more.

Nice place in Holmes beach!

Condo feels good and is comfortable. This was our third time renting the place and once again we liked it. Walking distance to the beach, a few restaurants, and Publix. We like the porch facing the trees on the marsh (and not a parking lot or a noisy road!), the pool, and the vacation feel of the condo, Price is great for holmes beach. All good!

Comfortable

2nd story 2 br 2 ba condo has everything needed for a wonderful vacation, including a carport under the unit. The free trolley stop was quite close, giving access to anywhere on the island. Publix is literally just across the street, and the beach access a couple of blocks behind that. The beach is gorgeous white sand and the Gulf waters are a delight. This host was extremely responsive. This was a great home base to explore the island and I would definitely recommend it.

Easy

This condo experience was a pretty easy one. The main challenge was with our golf cart and East Bay drive being a no golf cart road by the entrance/exit to the condos, we made it work and went through parking lots. Kids loved the pool and my son loved all the lizards, small fish and crabs the location had being by the mangroves.

Great trip

We had a great trip. Convenient location, well equipped and comfortable property. Very minor point but in similar properties we have stayed in there was a small welcome pack to include washing up liquid/kitchen and toilet rolls. That weekend have been helpful when arriving very late in the evening.

Great location

Little late with review. Place was wonderful, very clean everything was there that was supposed to be. Owners were good at communicating with us. Easy walk to nice beach. It was my daughter and 2 grandchildren so having the Dollar Store, Publix and a few restaurants across the street made it easy for meals everyone got what they wanted. Trying to go back next year.

Family vacation we all stayed close together rented 3 places and rented golf carts to get around to meet up with each other. The place is very clean and nice sleeps 4 easily. The stairs to 2nd floor were challenging two flights up to apt so prepare to get your exercise unloading and loading. Robert the owner was easy to contact and responses time was excellent. Garage use of beach toys had lots of things to take to beach Chairs float .Beaches was quit beautiful Next time wont go on a holiday Memorial week traffic was terrible coming in and going out lots of delays construction and accidents.

Eine tolle Woche auf AMI

Ein wirklich tolles Condo. SaubĂšr und sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit wirklich allem was man braucht. Die Betten sehr bequem. Gute Ausstattung fĂŒr den Strand. StĂŒhle, Sonnenschirme ,Strandbuggy und noch einiges mehr. Parkplatz direkt unter dem Condo Ruhig und doch ist man schnell am Strand. Die Haltestelle vom kostenlosen Inseltrolley ist direkt vor der Anlage. Zum Publix sind es 5 min zu Fuß. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir wĂŒrden dieses Condo sofort wieder buchen.

Great for families

This is a well kept property with plenty of space for our family of five. I loved the access to the washer and dryer and having the trolly stop just outside was really convenient. Having the Publix nearby was great as well. Robert was really helpful and accommodating and his attention to detail was awesome. We would book again in the future.

We are originally from Ireland but our kids have grown up here and we are now active members of the island community. We have shared our vacation homes on the Island with hundreds of visitors and enjoy offering our extensive local knowledge to our guests so that their stay here is truly memorable.

In our experience vacationers like you want a location which is close to all that Anna Maria Island has to offer - the pristine beaches, fabulous restaurants and our quaint stores. And of course it must also provide the opportunity for all the family to relax after a fun-filled day.

Our recently modernized condo, located right in the center of the island, has it all. You will absolutely love the variety of activities for everyone to enjoy. No need to have a car when you stay here- you can walk, bike or take the free Island trolley (there is a stop right outside your island home) to all the major attractions.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our condo is situated in one of the island's most popular and sought after sub-divisions. It is on a large private site surrounded by a pristine mangrove plantation. Although it is in a very private location it is only a minute walk to the main grocery store and other major outlets on the island. The beaches are close by too.
