Cette belle maison familiale se trouve dans le quartier relaxant et calme de Crawford Estates. Situé sur 1/2 acre de propriété, cette maison a été appelée chaleureuse et accueillante, et décrite comme le lieu de vacances idéal par tous les clients qui ont franchi ses portes.

La cour arrière, qui est le rêve de toute famille pour des vacances rajeunissantes et auto-divertissantes, dispose d'une piscine chauffée de 16 pieds X 36 pieds (8 pieds de profondeur) avec un plongeoir (également avec une extrémité peu profonde pour les nageurs débutants), un hamac , un trampoline, un barbecue, une cabane dans les arbres, un jardin fleuri, un filet de basket-ball, des filets de hockey, une cour orientée plein sud pour un ensoleillement maximal, une terrasse arrière couverte, un barbecue et une terrasse pour se détendre le soir, se détendre et lorsque la chaleur est excessive .

À quelques pâtés de maisons, vous trouverez Redridge Park, le parc de quartier avec de grands champs ouverts et une aire de jeux pour les enfants. Vous pouvez également trouver Mission Ridge Park, une promenade de loisirs le long de la crête de Crawford surplombant le lac Okanagan. Great location for a getaway with friends

This was our second time staying at this property, this time with friends and our kids. The kids all had a great time playing in the pool and the yard, and the adults enjoyed relaxing on the patio next to the pool. The kitchen was well equipped, and the number and layout of the bedrooms made things convenient and enjoyable for everyone. Would definitely come again.

This house was perfect for our group! We had 7 people, and there was plenty of space for everyone! Everything was very clean and the pool was fantastic!! Would highly recommend if you're in the Kelowna area, and you're looking for somewhere quiet, but still within 15 minutes of the city.

Weekend getaway

Chris and Cindy are fabulous hosts. They were quick to respond, had excellent communication around check in and check out and were very accommodating. The property is beautiful with a lovely, private backyard and pool in a quiet neighborhood. The home is clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing time here and highly recommend it.

Amazing family vacation

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Cindy’s house and we loved our stay there! The property is located in the quiet neighborhood but yet close to all the amenities. The house is very clean, spacious and fully stocked with everything you need to have a great vacation. We got tons of use out of the pool and it sure helped to have AC in the house during the very hot days. The hosts, Chris and Cindy are just wonderful people and were always quick to respond with any questions or requests. BEST FAMILY HOLIDAY!!

Trying to find a time and place that everyone will enjoy to gather my kids and grandkids is always a feat. We hit the jackpot on this find. The space inside accommodated all of us perfectly for sleeping and socializing.. but the large yard where games were played suited a 20 month old blowing bubbles, the teen and tweenagers playing soccer and volleyball and the middler who just wanted to play tag. Add to that all the pool time and lounging in the sun or under the covered deck made for the best week ever. We will be back. Thank you Chris & Cindy.

This was our first visit to Kelowna and we chose the perfect place for our family of six. Chris & Cindy’s lovely home was just as described - spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed in a wonderful location. Fun and fantastic stay

Our family had a great stay! The home was clean and well stocked. It was even more spacious than we had imagined. It was cozy and we enjoyed all the art. The entire family enjoyed the pool and huge yard, and we spent hours at the piano. Great game selection too! 50th wedding anniversary celebration

We are a family of 13, ranging in age from 1-71! We met at this house to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We loved the spacious, beautiful yard and lovely pool. The yard is big enough to throw a frisbee or football and the pool is just the best! We had very hot temperatures and our grandchildren were in the pool a lot!! We all were! The house has many great spaces to be together but big enough for alone time. The appliances are top notch and got used a lot!! The a/c worked great all week as the temperatures soared to 36 and higher. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. We loved our time together in this great home!

AMAZING RENTAL

This is the 3rd year our group has stayed at this beautiful place. Every year our kids look forward to their beautiful pool and they are already looking forward to next year. The house, which is located close to some wineries and a short drive to the beach, is always so clean and has everything you need. The hosts Cindy and Chris are also so great to communicate with and are always so welcoming! Can't wait to book again for next year!

Amazing family holiday!

This was a great place to escape to. The backyard is amazing and easy to let the days get away. The kids grew in confidence everyday learning how to enjoy the water. The house was awesome! Family vacation in Kelowna

We had amazing time staying at this property. We were there for a week with extended family, including three kids ranging in age from 3-9. All three of them were kept entertained with the pool, yard and trampoline throughout the week, while the adults enjoyed relaxing by the pool and cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The size and layout of the house allowed everyone to have enough privacy, while providing spaces to come together. Chris and Cindy were proactive communicators and answered most of our questions before we could ask them. Would definitely stay again.

Once again we had a blast

This is the second time we stay at this property. Needless to say that we enjoyed so much the first time we had to go back. The property has lots of space both inside and outside. The pool is amazing and large enough for the entire party to enjoy. The house is very well kept and equipped with all necessary things so you don't have to think about small details such as olive oil, salt, etc. Chris and Cindy are a pleasure to deal with and very quick to respond if there is any need. We look forward to coming back next year again.

Perfect place to stay with the grandkids

We just spent a week at Chris and Cindys place and it was honestly one of the best vacations we have spent with our grandkids. It was the perfect spot especially during COVID as we did not feel the need to leave the property other than to pick up groceries. We all had so much fun in the pool and when we needed a break from the very hot sun there were plenty of games and Puzzles and technology to enjoy. We especially enjoyed being able to play music outside while watching the kids play in the pool. The place was spotless and exactly as advertised. Chris and Cindy went above and beyond to welcome us with treats for the kids and adults. They were also very quick to respond to our questions. I know my kids and grandkids will remember this vacation forever. Thank you Chris and Cindy 😎

Lovely property, lovely location, lovely managers

As multi-generational family group, we appreciated so much the split level space which allowed different activities in separate spaces, the lovely outdoor area with the pool, the garden and the abundance of lounging options which was so peaceful and relaxing, and the location of the property -- right amongst a bunch of wineries and breweries and very close to the lake and other hiking/activity options. Given the circumstances (the McDougal fire, Grouse Fire complex), we greatly appreciated the flexibility and concern of Chris and Cindy. We spent more time indoors than we had expected so were happy with the ample space and comfortable furniture for the 7 adults and 2 children/youth. The property was very clean, well stocked with appliances and cookware for easy meal prep. We took advantage of the well-tended garden for fresh raspberries and blackberries and some peppers for meals! We wish we could have taken more advantage of Kelowna itself or even had a view but it was what it was and we were grateful to have had such lovely and comfortable space to retreat in.

A fantastic home in a great spot!

We had a 10 guest party and this home could not have been any better. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was how clean it is. We were also Welcomed with some ice cream treats for the kids and some beverages for the adults. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and cookware needed and there were quite a few condiments stocked as well. The pool area is simply incredible and offers tons of space for lounging as well as a covered area to relax as well. The yard is huge also with tons of privacy and come fruits trees/bushes (by the way thanks for the cherries!) and there was also loads of parking out front for the boat. We did have a wind storm that brought in some debris and Chris and Cindy were prompt in having the pool cleaners get to the property next day to clean up which was so great. They were also very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again forsure!! Thanks Chris and Cindy!

Fantastic home!

Our family of 8 just finished up a 4 night stay over Thanksgiving weekend, in this amazing home. From the moment we walked in, we were all thrilled. The property is incredible and the owners are VERY well organized and quick to respond. Thoughtful touches like wine, information on Kelowna and in an an extra generous move...a gift certificate for our grandchildren to enjoy at a large pool complex as their pool was closed until summer. Our two grandchildren (8 and 5) LOVED the trampoline and tree house. Our daughter kept walking around and whimpering, “I want this house. I want this house.” Because it was Thanksgiving, we had also come armed with extra kitchen gear to prepare all our traditional favourites but I don’t think it would have been necessary. The area was so gorgeous to be in at fall. LOVED our stay and hope to get back there again soon!

Family Get-together

We were seven adults and 4 children. The house was well equipped, with a beautiful back yard and a large swimming pool. We spent most of our time socializing and eating around the patio table by the pool, although we had to scrunch up to fit everyone. There were enough bedrooms for everyone. My wife and I, as the seniors, got the master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. It had lots of storage space for clothes and accessories. The two downstairs bedrooms were roomy but had limited options for clothes storage. The pool was great and enjoyed by everyone. The kids really liked the trampoline, but I was little worried about safety. It’s a very ancient version with no protective pads over the springs and frame and no fence to keep them from bouncing off. Luckily no one got hurt and we all had an enjoyable week. We had a day at the beach, visited a couple of wineries, did a bike ride, and visited the farmer’s market.

Mountain Paradise

If you are looking for a getaway away from the hustle of the city, but with all a city has to offer in a short driving distance you must consider this place. First off let me start by saying my family and I travel from Saskatchewan to BC every two years and actively look for a place that checks most or all of the boxes we are looking for in a VRBO. Out of all the ones we considered, this one stood out for various reasons. It is a large house on a spacious property that had plenty to offer a group ranging from 1yr to almost 60. This place has a huge "heated" yes....heated pool that was used daily by everyone. including the 1yr old and this grandma who cannot tolerate regular temp pools. This is such a fabulous feature and had all of us stating that this has set the bar for any future rentals. The house itself was vey clean and had everything we could possibly need. There was plenty of bath and pool towels as well as all the amenties one could want in a VRBO...so much so that we prepared and ate all our meals there with the food we purchased as it was just that good that we did not want to leave. . At no time did we experience any issues with internet or signal services or any other issues at all. Cindy and Chris were fabulous to work with and always responded to any messages in a really quick manner. They really made you feel like their home was your home the entire time there. Highly recommend this gem

Amazing property

This property is truly amazing and the hosts are very quick to respond to any and all questions. The house is very clean in a very quiet friendly neighbourhood. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with everything you need except groceries of course. There are plenty of bathroom and pool towels and toilet paper. I would bring your own personal soap, shampoo/conditioner. The three bedrooms upstairs are a good size. The main bathroom upstairs is also a good size with a bath/shower combo. The ensuite bath was smaller but the cedar floor in the shower was so nice. Large walk in closet in the primary bedroom and plenty of hangers in all closets. The two bedrooms on the lower level were a fair size. The bathroom on that level was small but so convenient for using when out at the pool. The best part of the house was the backyard and pool. What a gorgeous backyard. The pool is a nice size and the yard is so well maintained. There are fruit trees, a small garden and a hammock. There is a nice eating area with a bbq. There are a few wineries just minutes away and grocery, liquor store is a short drive. We love to walk so it would have been nice to be able to walk to a coffee shop or restaurant but once you are in this home you really don't want to leave. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Wish we could go back every year.
