You will enjoy this "old style Florida" home! It is situated in the heart of Stuart and was perfect for our get-away. You won't need anything other than groceries and yourselves to enjoy this house. If you have children or grands visiting, there is a great front and back yard for them to enjoy, and too, a nice outdoor patio for entertaining. Close to town, wonderful restaurants, shopping, beaches and the river too. This is a very nice walking/jogging neighborhood as well. The host and hostess are great and respond quickly to all messages.

My first impression was that I had a bad smell. I later found dead cockroaches. Washcloths were stained. No extra roll of toilet paper in bathroom. The arms of the chairs in the living room were dirty. It was a nice place but needs more attention to details.

We always strive to provide a seamless and comfortable experience for our guests, and we were glad to accommodate both your early check-in and complimentary 4-hour late checkout requests. We take property cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. Following a long-term guest's recent departure, we have addressed the deep cleaning of the living room furniture. Additionally, due to heavy seasonal rains in Florida, and bright outdoor lighting naturally attracting insects, we always remind our guests to keep exterior doors closed to ensure a pest-free stay. The home is proactively treated on a regular basis by professionals and is apparently working. Regarding amenities, we provide a standard starter supply of paper products, as listed on our site, though we apologize if the backup supplies in the master vanity cabinet and guest basket were overlooked. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us fine-tune our attention to detail, and we wish you the best in your future travels.

I like the location as it was a short walk about 15 minutes to the historic downtown where the restaurants and shops are. There’s a wonderful Riverwalk around there as well. The neighborhood is very safe to walk around. The kitchen was certainly well stocked. The front porch and the back terrace area were wonderful to sit and take a breather.

We had a great stay at Virginia’s house! The bed was great and the kitchen was fully equipped. I especially liked having such a large grass area for throwing a ball for my dog. Very comfortable furniture and a cheerful decor! Thank you, Virginia!

Great location and super clean!

Those two things are most important for us, and were spot on with this place. Well maintained and comfortably appointed. Perfect for our weekend visiting family in the area. Love the town of Stuart and took advantage of the location to meet up, eat, and even do morning runs along the river.

This was the perfect place to stay for us! It was right in the prime area we were wanting to be! Thank you for letting us stay a week here! I will definitely recommend this to others! Thank you so much for your note about enjoying the back porch. We find it a very relaxing space and are happy to know you had a great reunion. Comcast is our only real choice here, and we do agree that their remote control is not intuitive at all. In fact, the button that changes everything is placed right where you would expect the on/off button to be, hence the detailed instructions under the TV. Glad we had some flexibility on your departure available as well, and hope lots of good memories to last.

House was wonderful, very comfortable beds, beautiful back yard where we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and coffee in the mornings. Very close to great restaurants and the water. The weekend we were there, the downtown was having the art show downtown! We had a great time and will be back!
