Ce condominium avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est aussi parfait en personne qu’il est en ligne! Il a été récemment rénové et propose des finitions, des meubles et des appareils ménagers de première qualité pour faire de votre aventure dans notre coin pittoresque du monde tout ce dont vous avez toujours rêvé.



À l’intérieur de ce spacieux condo, vous profiterez d’une plus grande intimité et vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Le salon recouvert de moquette est doté d'un magnifique foyer à gaz River Rock, idéal pour passer une soirée agréable en regardant un film sur une télévision à écran plat 47 pouces. Le canapé en daim et le fauteuil inclinable en cuir constituent l'endroit idéal pour se détendre.



La cuisine entièrement équipée a été entièrement rénovée, avec notamment des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en quartz. Grâce à son concept à aire ouverte, le chef de famille ne manque pas de s’amuser, car il prépare les collations ou les repas préférés de chacun.



L'espace salle à manger dédié abrite une table en verre pour quatre personnes. Par temps chaud, prenez votre repas en plein air sur le grand patio avec une autre table à manger pour quatre et un barbecue à gaz. Un deuxième patio, plus intime, se trouve du côté de la copropriété. Profitez de l'air frais des montagnes tout en admirant une vue pittoresque sur les espaces verts, la piscine et le bain à remous de la communauté.



La chambre principale est un sanctuaire spacieux avec un lit king-size, une commode et une télévision à écran plat. Volez quelques instants seul dans le fauteuil à bascule en bois dur. Votre salle de bain a une douche carrelée.



La deuxi��me chambre a deux lits jumeaux, donc ce condo fonctionne parfaitement pour une petite famille, groupe d'amis ou même deux couples. Le bain principal a une baignoire / douche carrelée.



Horizons 4 propose à ses clients un bain à remous bouillonnant, un sauna bouillonnant, une piscine d'été et un espace communautaire avec une table de ping-pong et une laverie à pièces. River Run Lodge et le centre-ville de Ketchum sont accessibles à pied. Vous y trouverez des boutiques, des restaurants et des attractions pittoresques. À seulement 50 mètres de votre porte est une navette vous transportant à plusieurs domaines skiables.

Nice short term spot

Very nice place for a short stay. Clean, well appointed and 10-15 minute walk to main st attractions. Hot tub bubbler wouldn’t turn on, but that’s a minor glitch.

Perfect Condo with amazing location

From the moment we walked into this condo, we were welcomed with great directions from the manager, a perfectly cleaned and wonderful smelling home away from home. Just a short walk away from River Run Lodge, and downtown restaurants and shops, it really was a great location. Everything was just as described and very comfortable beds and furniture. We will definitely stay there again next year!

Great 2 bedroom with hot tub and sauna

Even though we couldn’t walk to the lifts in the ski boots the condo is so nice from all the points that I had no choice but to give it all five stars. And in addition I really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub.

Our family of four stayed at this condo for a week of summer vacation, and we loved it! Great location, super comfortable with every necessary amenity, charming end unit deck with great outdoor BBQ-ing and eating space, and easy access to tons of great mountain biking trails. The owner was wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend it. Hope to visit again sometime soon!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Rental car not necessary. Great walk-ability to all daily needs and Sun Valley chair lifts. My daughter left her blanket and the host went above and beyond to retrieve it and ship it back to us.

Perfect long weekend getaway with friends in the Valley of the Sun!

My friends and I plan a trip every year to a fun winter wonderland location. We wanted a comfy condo with a spacious hot tub close to town and skiing. Check, check and check! Communication with the host was easy and timely. The kitchen was well-stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. We walked to town and to the lodge with ease each day. Ski Trip

Ketchum was a short 20 min ride from the Hailey airport. Uber, local taxi and the Mountain Bus Line made it so easy and much less expensive than renting a vehicle. 2 Bus stops are within 3 minutes walking from the front door of the property. And if you download the app for the bus system you can watch it in real time as you would Uber. Unit was warm and clean and no hiccups during our stay. Super friendly town. Comfortable beds. Pool and spa are right in front of unit, Quiet, well manicured property.

Comfortable Condo

We really enjoyed this condo. Very tastefully decorated. Comfy king bed. Plenty of everything for making meals. Excellent location to the bus stop. The only suggestion I would make is to add a newer coffee maker. The one that’s there works just fine but, it is slow. Communication with the property manager was excellent! Very responsive (even on Super Bowl Sunday!) when I had trouble finding the door code they had previously sent. We would definitely stay here again if we decided to return to the Sun Valley area.

Excellent Furnishings beautiful condo

This is our fourth time staying in this condo complex. The location is perfect (easy access, close to Run Ski Lift, close to trails, easy walk to down town ketchum). The kitchen in this unit is the best furnished one yet. All furnishings warm and comfortable. Excellent for relaxing by the fireplace with a glass of wine after a long day of skiing. If there is any negatives it would be occasional big black ants. Yes, ants during the winter time, so they must be under the condo complex. I see these ants while backpacking in the Sawtooth wilderness areas and they are harmless. Please work with the HOA in the spring to take of this because I'll be back in the summer! This is an excellent condo unit, you will not be disappointed. By the way, Michael was very helpful during our stay. you will be in very good hands.

In summary, it’s Ketchum and when in Ketchum your time is amazing. I had some concerns with unit and beyond these concerns all else was great. Check in details were provided almost two hours after checkin time upon request. Master shower does not drain and drips nonstop wasting a lot of water (3 drips a second). The morning of checkout the cleaners were knocking at our door at 9:30 reminding us of 10a checkout and they want to get the next people in for early checkin. Master toilet was very loud one night. Outside grill does not work.

Checkin details are automatically sent prior to check-in time. If you don't receive this information please contact us and the information will be re-emailed, texted or offered over the phone. All of these other items have been addressed as soon as we were made aware, which wasn't until after the guest checked out. All told it took 30 minutes to remedy including refilling the grill's propane tank. This is a wonderful property which typically offers an over-the-top experience for our guest. I feel so bad that this guest didn't have the same experience as all of our other guest.

Beautiful property beautiful location

We booked this over a hotel because of the “game room” (disappointed) and the hot tub to soak in after skiing . Was absolutely the worst dissatisfaction ever it didn’t work until 9pm the night we were leaving . Kids upset as we were . Very disappointed in that when I specifically asked if it were working .

Incredible Condo!

The condo is fantastic! The beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, very spacious feeling, close to downtown and ski runs, and Michael was so helpful with my questions! 5 plus stars.

Great Location for Sun Valley!

We had a fun time at this property. It was an easy walk into town for dinner and shopping. The unit was clean and nicely furnished.

The final couple of things I would say is upgrade the coffee machine. Pretty crazy to have this old of a coffee maker. Finally, there’s a strange thing with ants. I haven’t mentioned this anywhere else but, do want to be sure you are aware. We saw large ants daily. One day an aunt was on an apple core that was wrapped in a napkin and had only been on the table for a short time. I simply hadn’t gotten up to throw it away! Weird in the middle of winter. I saw them mostly in the main bath and the living room. It’s not an infiltration of ants. It’s a single large ant at a time. So strange!

Property is fine

Best I can say is this property if fine. Unity felt cluttered and didn't feel super clean. Linens to make the twin beds were warn and stained. We found them on the floor of the closet with vacuum and broom. Towels were warn and some had holes. Location is great for access to the ski hill and a short walk in to town. This unit could be much better given some attention and simple upgrades.
