La cabine est un peu moins de sept miles de Pigeon Forge et de Gatlinburg, vous êtes donc à une courte distance en voiture des deux zones remplies de divertissement. Visitez le parc d'attractions Dollywood, dînez au dîner-spectacle Hatfield & McCoy, ou promenez-vous dans les couloirs du Hollywood Wax Museum de Pigeon Forge. Vous pouvez monter les montagnes russes à Ober Gatlinburg, la tyrolienne entre les crêtes et visiter l'aquarium de Ripley des Smokies au centre-ville de Gatlinburg. Great property … loved the cabin! But unfortunately mice have been living in there for some time. Did not see them until our last night but old dropping hidden everywhere once we searched.

I feel like the actual home would have been good but, we were called by Vacasa 30 minutes before check-in telling us the deck under the hot tub was unsafe and we couldn't stay there. We had already traveled to Tennesse, if called earlier we wouldn't have come, now we had to find a new rental for 7 people and possibly have to stay in a hotel that night, Vacasa sent an email with 2 rentals, but not with the view of rental I had booked, my daughter found 1 rental on VRBO that was open for our exact days and was actually open for that night , it was 900 more, Vacasa gave us back 25% more of our cost which was 342 plus the money already paid. It was a stressful experience but we ended up loving the rental so much, it was directly behind Dollywood, that was my 2nd bad experience with Vacasa, I was already leary about booking with them, lesson learned.

Getaway in the Smokies

We had a great time at the cabin. We enjoyed playing pool and sitting in the hot tub looking at the views of the Smokies. It seems that they put fresh water in the hot tub each time there is a new guest. This was definitely appreciated, but do be aware that it took about 24 hours for the hot tub to get to temp. All in all, a good trip!

Great vacation in the Smoky’s

Great place in a great location. Loved the jacuzzi, the game room, and the house was beautiful. The only negative was the furniture. The master bedroom bed and couches were very uncomfortable.

Very clean, nice cabin..,,

Vacasa was great, But the owners have lock on the central unit control and there’s no way to stay cool our guest had to move to the basement and sleep on the couches, called Vacasa and they tried to help but the owners would not give us the code, so we stayed away until dark, kinda hard to find but I suggest go either in the spring or fall not during record heat wave!!!!🥵

Nice property but some issues

The location and property itself are very nice with very comfortable furniture and all of the amenities one needs. Unfortunately, the air stopped working on the 4th day of our trip and I had to call several times to get someone out then the day before leaving the hot water ran out and never returned.

Great Vacation

The only issue with this property is getting to it. The drive up this mountain is no fun! Blind curves and slopes. The cabin was clean. They only provide 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, and no laundry detergent. So if you plan on staying more than a day or 2 you should bring your own. Plenty of space to park. Lots of room for the whole family. Will definitely book here again in the future.

Cozy family getaway

We loved this cabin very much! The view was amazing. Everything was as beautiful as the pictures. Our dog did break a window blind, but Vacasa handled it very quickly and assured us that it was covered by our damage waiver/insurance. That meant a lot less stress for me, so we could just relax and enjoy! The only thing I would add is more mugs (and plastic cups for kids). We didnt have enough for all of us to enjoy cocoa and cookies by the fire. :) We couldnt have asked for a more beautiful area to visit and hike! Thank you for a wonderful family getaway!

Decent stay

Decent overall, however some things could be improved. 1. If bringing a dog, expect essentially no areas for them to go to the bathroom unless you hike up and down a steep hill to get to a grassy area EVERY time. 2. Hot tub cover is terrible, is broken and falling apart. Hot tub had small pieces of styrofoam in the surface from the cover. Really needs to be replaced. 3. Rugs are disgusting. Rug in bathroom got your feet dirty when jumping out of shower. We did wash it and it was better, but pretty sure it had not been done since it was placed there as it was basically stuck to the floor. 4. Neighborhood is trashed. Trash everywhere including beer cans, bottles, broken glass, etc. 5. People walked their dogs to the only tiny clear spot not on a hill adjacent to the parking area of our cabin and left their dog’s feces behind. So ours weren’t able to go there, and we weren’t picking up other people’s mess. 6. A pretty far drive from anywhere time-wise. Distance doesn’t seem far, but 1 mile there takes longer as it’s all winding roads, poor visibility around curves, and slow moving. If you want to go while there instead of just being in the cabin, plan for long drives to get everywhere. Beds were ok, not the most comfortable but not the absolute worst. Plenty of room.

The cabin was very clean and the view was beautiful. If you like to cook, the kitchen is equipped with everything. My grandson loved the hot tub and air hockey table. We even had a black bear walk out on the road coming to the cabin! Wi-Fi was easy to use. Check - in easy!

Great vacation spot

Beautiful cabin! Perfect for a family with kids. Plenty of comfortable beds, a game room, 3 full bathrooms, a hot tub. Super winding roads to get to the cabin but totally worth it! Cabins are not super close together if you are worried about privacy. Only 25- 30 mi from pigeon forge or Gatlinburg.

Run…Do Not Rent This

Do not rent this unit! We were severely mislead by the advertisement for this property. If you require HVAC during the hot Tennessee summers, this home has one that works for only a few hours a day. Calling VACASA will only get you one lie after another and you wait on the “local team” to show up to repair the problem. The first evening, they sent a repairman at 930. When we notified them at 4:39 the following day that the system was not working, they kept us waiting with the “give us a little more time” excuse until 1130. At 2 AM, we were attempting to sleep in an 84 degree home with open windows when we were awakened by the sounds of repairman. The neighbors in the home next door had also complained and their repairman knocked on their door at 2am to start the work. No one ever showed up at the home and the home was too hot to sleep in at night. We ended up missing several of our early morning planned activities due to be be overly tired from a lack of sleep. The HVAC being off was only part of the problems in the home. The bathroom door in the basement sticks so badly that my 6’2”, 250 lbs husband had difficulties opening it after our youngest spent almost an hour stuck the bathroom yelling for help (at least the noise level between floors isn’t an issue). We also had to put all of our food into cabinets after we noticed mice droppings around the stove. Save your money and rent elsewhere. Our week was ruined by this crappy rental

Girls Trip

Vacation Dear Vacationing Reader Our stay at this cabin was nothing less than adventurous. The roads leading up to it twisted and turned like a roller coaster, making our hearts race as we navigated the steep hills. When we finally arrived, the cabin welcomed us with its cozy charm. The cabin was clean and stocked sufficiently. Our first night in the cabin was pretty restless because a curious little mouse decided to explore. It ran around and made us all a little uneasy. I did contact Vacasa several times and pest control did come at some point to put out glue traps. We were able to catch one mouse but we had to dispose of it ourselves. (Did I mention this was a girls trip?) By the time we reached our third night, things didn't get much better. We heard strange sounds that seemed to come from nowhere, and they woke up several people in our group. Perhaps it was just the cabin settling and eating each night. It felt like the cabin was full of secrets and kept us very uneasy. Things to know: the washing machine did cause holes in some of our clothes. Third floor has no central air (gets really HOT during the day but was comfortable with a fan we brought at night).

Long weekend

The cabin is in a great location! Easy drive and great parking. The view is beautiful! We had a lot of bear visitors, which was fun to see and they didn’t seemed worried about us at all! The cabin is a little tight in the main common area for 2 families, but the sleeping arrangements are great! Down side is the bunk room is open to the rec area and porch for the hot tub. (Not ideal for parents hanging out while kiddos need to sleep. About the hot tub… IT DOESNT WORK. Called maintenance they came out.. is still never worked. The fireplace also didn’t work. The dishwasher leaked everywhere. While the cabin was clean there were still critters in the kitchen. It’s a cook, eat, clean everything immediately type of situation. The property has potential to be fantastic it’s just such a disappointment when you book a property based on amenities and they are not in working order. (And it appears they have been made aware of this numerous times recently.)
