Charmant cottage avec vue sur l'eau dans un quartier populaire avec accès aux commodités communautaires d'Inlet Cove telles que le quai et la piscine.
Vous apprécierez les vues panoramiques et les couchers de soleil parfaits depuis notre porche ou notre jardin aménagé par des professionnels. Si vous êtes chanceux, vous serez peut-être à la maison lorsque les gousses de dauphins nageront en se dirigeant vers la crique du capitaine Sam où ils s'alimenteront.
Vous pouvez lancer une ligne ou déposer un pot de crabe directement à partir du quai à bateaux Inlet Cove, également équipé d'un lanceur de kayak. Nous pouvons vous aider à planifier la location d’un bateau charter directement à partir du quai ou à louer des kayaks pour votre séjour. L'accès à la piscine de Sparkling Inlet Cove est inclus (piscine ouverte en saison).
Faites une courte promenade ou une petite balade à vélo et vous serez au bord de la mer. Il y a 10 miles de plage magnifique à apprécier et vous pouvez faire du vélo sur le sable.
Ce charmant cottage est confortablement équipé. Trois chambres et deux salles de bain assurent beaucoup d'espace pour votre groupe. Une cuisine récemment rénovée, comprenant un bar, un coin petit-déjeuner et une salle à manger. Grand salon avec télévision à écran plat. Il y a aussi un gril à gaz sur le pont arrière.

Delightful location

This property is well appointed and clean. The river/marsh views are wonderful. We saw several dolphins off the back deck. The location is close to amenities and great things to do.

Tranquil bliss

This villa is absolutely amazing. As soon as you open the door for the first time to the last when it's checkout time, you are awestruck by the beauty of the Kiawah River. The dolphins swimming, birds flying, and the other abundant wildlife roaming just lets your mind be at peace. Even if you don't go to the beach, the Villa offers everything you need to be still and reset. I look forward to going back very soon!

Great location and view

Aside from the decor being a bit dated, the property was well kept with a stunning view of the water. It was perfect location to the pool and dock. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it for families.

Great trip!

We had a great time at 49 Sunlet Bend. The cottage has a beautiful view of the Kiawah River and is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen had plenty of tools/pans to prepare meals but the cabinets/layout was a bit dated compared to other cottages. Also, ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been a plus. Overall it is a nice place to stay on the island. We would book it again because of the view alone. You can’t beat it!

Wonderful view and close to everything

This is the second time that we have stayed at this house and we loved it. The view was spectacular--we watched dolphins in the river and enjoyed sunsets from our back porch. The location is ideal. We were just a short walk or bike ride to the beach and very close to the pool. The property manager was incredibly responsive; she answered inquiries in a very short time. We would definitely rent this property again.

Terrific family get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage is in a wonderful location - the river view is spectacular, the cottage is nicely decorated, the kitchen well appointed. We were not happy to find someone's car permanently parked underneath the house - one of the major perks of renting in Inlet Cove of which we could not avail ourselves. We were also disappointed that there was a Ring device installed at the entry door. Ring is essentially spywear allowing the owner to see, hear and record from the front door. We feel this is an invasion of the renter's privacy which should not be allowed.

Great House and Location

Our very first trip to Kiawah. We rented this property for 10 days at the end of February. Started off with another couple, and then it was only us. The house was clean and comfortable. It was great that each couple had their own private bath. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about every utensil/item needed for cooking, which we took advantage of. The beds are very comfortable. The view of the river is spectacular (sunsets!), and we did site some dolphins. We rented bikes, and very much enjoyed taking them on the short ride to the beach to ride along the ocean. There were only a few negatives which is why we did not give this place 5 stars. Noise! The one weekend we were there was lovely but come Mon-Fri all we heard all day was construction across the river and road paving in the development. When you are on vaca you don't want to hear that backup "beep-beep" all day. One morning it started as early as 6:50 a.m.! I guess this is the problem with booking "off season". We did not opt for any housekeeping, thinking we would freshen up as needed however except for a non-working vacuum, there was nothing in the unit to clean the floors, not even a stand-up broom. So if you plan to be there more than a week, you may want to bring your own or spring for some cleaning. We absolutely recommend renting this unit for 2 couples or a small family and wouldn't be surprised if we rent it again!

Although our particular cottage is in need of refurbishing as done by other cottages , the view at this property far surpasses most. We enjoyed the unobstructed view of daily activities of birds and marine life from our deck. In addition, the location was also very convenient to the beach, community pool, and other Kiawah activities.

The bedding is minimal and needs more pillows, pillow cases, and blankets/duvets. The knives were completely dull and everything was a little grimey. The master shower does not drain. The place could use updating for sure but we love the location and view so we keep coming.

You can't see anything resembling a human. The inside of the house was also great, comfortable bed, strong water supply in the shower, plenty of amenities in the kitchen with all new appliances and updated bathrooms.

Being retired seniors my wife and I wanted a week of relaxation without problems with a rental unit. We got our wish as we were allowed to pursue our primary interest of fun and entertainment.

The house has everything you need but it is definitely getting worn in. My kids and I would prefer more pillows and blankets on the beds. The grill did not work for us. The tv in the queen room did not work for us either.

What a view!

I could have lived on the porch just soaking up that view!!!!! Queen and King beds were comfortable/not the twin beds so much. Kitchen had most everything we needed. Location was an easy bike ride to the beach. Property manager was always quick to respond and helpful.

Awesome view

The view was beautiful- never expected the panoramic and changing tides right up to cottage. Watched two distant thunderstorms that provided quite a show over river.
