Nouveau dans notre inventaire de location 2020. Ce spacieux quatre chambres, 2 salles de bain pour 8 personnes est Ă  proximitĂ© du golf Dennis et des plages. La maison a une grande cour arriĂšre offrant Ă  la fois de l'ombre et une terrasse ensoleillĂ©e de taille suffisante avec table de patio, chaises et parasol. Salle de jeux bonus de deuxiĂšme niveau avec beaucoup de jouets, jeux et puzzles pour enfants. Les installations comprennent des unitĂ©s de climatisation dans la chambre principale au premier Ă©tage et la chambre / salle de jeux Ă  l'Ă©tage. Également inclus est une laveuse et sĂ©cheuse au premier Ă©tage, lave-vaisselle, tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble et WIFI. À l'extĂ©rieur, vous trouverez des barbecues au gaz et au charbon de bois et une douche fermĂ©e.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was great, plenty of room. My kids loved all the toys and games. The only issue we had was there seemed to be very little cleaning between renters. There was stains on 2 mattress pads we had to wash and an empty bag of chips under 1 bed.

Golf is right around the corner literally and location to other attractions. On a quiet road off the main roads. Would do it again for sure.

There was a large deck with 2 umbrellas and lounge chairs. The house was very clean and very well stocked. We had a wonderful time and recommend it highly. The house was also in a great location- close to beaches, restaurants and stores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is well suited for a family with small kids. We were 4 adults and 2 children under 5. The attic bedroom/playroom was well stocked with toys and gave my grandchildren hours of fun. The house was a quick ride to Mayflower or Corporation beach which are beautifully clean and calm. Refreshing as our vacation temps were in the 90’s. The house very well stocked with everything you could think of and an outdoor shower and porch that was a nice added feature. I do not think you could ask more for price. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that I wish there had been central air. It happened to be a very hot week and there were only two window units for two bedrooms so we spent most of our house there. The town of Dennis itself is amazing. I haven’t haven’t good this good in ages. We visited Sprago, Fin, and Pheasant which were more than I could have expected. Finn, was especially good! We were very impressed. I really don’t like the star rating since you have to take into account what you get for the money and everyone’s expectation is different. My next visit will likely be something larger, and closer to the beach.
