Great place and good location. We were here for a wedding. Just a short distance to Auburn. Very convenient and we were able to just relax and enjoy our time here.
Located on the water with a great view! Close to a grocery store and restaurants and within a very beautiful gated community. The condo itself had a couple of snafus but all in all it was a beautiful location and we enjoyed our stay!
Enjoyed visit although parking fees for boat not disclosed in details and driving access to condo is confusing and inconvenient. Nick quick to respond to questions.
This area on the lake has some of the best sunsets and is so peaceful. We had a great time and the property was wonderful. Meeting some wonderful people both residences and vacationers. Property manager was great.
The condo was very nice and a great location for our Auburn football weekend. Our family has stayed here previously and looking forward to staying again. Our host was very prompt in answering our questions about check-in and providing information about activities.
We enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was locating the condo. It is actually in building 300 that also had a sign that said 203. At night in the dark, that was confusing. We really enjoyed the area, the restaurants, and the condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
Upon arrival we were not impressed that the sidewalks to the front of condo had no walkway to take our stuff in the front sliding door. Itâs very hard to tote stuff up the stairs and even harder to roll across the rocks and grass. The yard was pretty but not a good idea for someone older to drag suitcases etc across the rocks. There was only one very large skillet to cook in and no baking pans except for a large one that was just too big and all the others looked to nasty to use. The stove was dirty inside food crumbs, light on stove top didnât work. Refrigerator was not clean and was full of groceries that someone left and old. The couch was nasty and stained very bad. Fall risks were also noticed. The rugs would slide when you stepped on them in every room. I had to fold them up out of the way and Shem I did the floors had tons of sand under them that I had to clean up. The bathroom needs a rubber mat in tub so you donât slide and a bar to hold on to when stepping out of the shower. To me there was just way too many personal items everywhere. The patio cushions were nasty and covered with dog hair on the back cushions. Sorry but I just wanted to be truthful. I would not stay in this unit again. There also was no key card to use designated pool for this unit. Nick was nice enough to tell us to just use unit 200âs pool. Also every time you took a shower the smoke alarm would go off.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Our location was perfect for the children! They could fish off the pier, swim in the pool, and enjoy swimming in the lake!
Great place to stay for a getaway weekend. The place was extremely clean and well put-together. It's an excellent option for football weekends. We will definitely return again next season.
This was a nice property that has a beautiful lake front view. My only complaint is that they had over 5 airwick plug-ins that were very strong. I suffer from environmental allergies and am very sensitive to smells. We unplugged them all and opened the doors which helped. My only point to this and is not a knock on the property (I've stayed at two other properties run by this group, and would stay at their properties again) is rental properties need to be aware that strong smells can cause issues for their guest. The other issue (not the owners fault) is that the sprinkler system sprayed water all over the patio so we were unable to enjoy the beautiful weather due to the furniture being soaked.
