Quai privé et quai flottant, pêche et kayak
4 chambres / 4 salles de bain: 1 lit king, 2 lits queen, 2 lits simples, 1 canapé-lit queen. Quai de pêche et quai flottant (construit en août 2018). Les clients sont invités à attacher un bateau (maximum de 18 pieds) ou des kayaks aux deux taquets du quai flottant. Location de vacances idéale pour la pêche en eaux mortes. Seulement cinq minutes à pied de la plage. Spacieuse véranda avec mobilier située du côté de la voie navigable offrant une vue magnifique sur la voie navigable Intracoastal. Télévision avec câble de base, chaîne hi-fi et accès Internet sans fil. Frigo supplémentaire dans la buanderie pour le stockage. Grande maison spacieuse avec beaucoup d'espace pour une grande famille. 2 ensembles de salle à manger (un pour 6, un pour 4) et 4 au bar dans la cuisine. Douche extérieure fermée avec eau chaude et froide et barbecue au gaz. L'ascenseur à bateau n'est pas à la disposition des clients.
