Hi James, we are sorry to hear you had some negatives about your stay. The dead roaches you found is because we do have pest control that comes out every other month. We rather you find dead ones then them alive. That means it's doing what it should be doing. Our cleaners cleaned the day before your arrival, so I apologize if any died in-between then. I will speak to our maintenance about the kitchen drawer and get some ice trays for there. The AC I wish you called us we could have got someone out there to check it for you. We try to make all our guests as comfortable as we can. Thank you for the feedback.
