Lorsque vous entrez dans notre unité joliment décorée, vous serez frappé par la vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique! La disposition ouverte de notre condo vous permet d'avoir une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan depuis presque tous les espaces de vie. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout le confort de la maison, avec de beaux comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et de nouvelles armoires. Vous avez un accÚs direct à notre trÚs grand balcon de 10 'x 28' via le salon et la chambre principale. Notre balcon est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de votre petit-déjeuner, passer des aprÚs-midis relaxants et admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil tout en écoutant les sons paisibles des vagues de l'océan!

Notre unité est sans fumée. Condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain peut accueillir confortablement huit personnes avec un lit king dans la chambre principale, deux lits doubles dans la chambre d'hÎtes et un lit queen dans le salon.

Pendant votre séjour, profitez du service de plage parapluie gratuit avec 2 chaises longues rembourrées du 15 mars au 31 octobre. Des chaises supplémentaires sont dans le condo pour votre usage ainsi que des serviettes de plage et des jouets de plage.

Pour votre commodité, le condo est également livré avec une place de parking couverte gratuite réservée à quelques pieds des ascenseurs.

Everything was just as it appears in the photos. Fantastic views. Very clean and communication was clear and thorough. Check in and check out was simple. Some bonus wins: Excellent water pressure. Decent toilet paper! Large balcony with privacy from other units. Good soundproofing.Things to know for this property: Kitchen had everything we needed. Unit was stocked with a few travel toiletries, a couple laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and extra trash bags. Spacious layout for family of 3 or 4. Nice size tvs with good internet. We packed a bunch of things we didn't end up needing. Would plan to stay here again and know we could pack a little lighter.Other extras that were great: family games, beach toys, beach towels, chair service for the beach. Access to beach was super easy. Rinse stations were easy to use coming in. Pool was warm. Parking was very convenient - elevator goes straight up to the unit which made unloading very easy. Luggage racks were available for guest use. Things to know for this property: Parking garage turning radius and parking spaces are very tight.The owner of this property is great. He has made a clear effort to ensure a pleasant stay at this property. We reached out prior to booking with a question and got a quick reply. Had one issue arise during our stay (caused by other guests and completely out of his control) and he made every effort to resolve the problem and communicate with us throughout the process.

My wife and I and our 14 and 12 year old came to stay to enjoy the beach and soak up some sun and Florida weather for a week and we were not disappointed. The condo was the perfect size for us and we had a Birds Eye view of the beach and gulf from our 12th floor balcony, which was very large. Check in was super easy. We had our instructions emailed to us and we pulled in to the parking garage, loaded a cart with our luggage and went to our room. We put on our bracelets and got the parking tag and took it to our car and that was it. Super easy. Our host, Randy was super easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. He even reached out to us to let us know we could check in early if we were in town because the condo was ready. We were still on the road, but that was a major plus to know! Check out was easy too. Very simple and easy to follow instructions. We will definitely look for Randy's condo again when we head back to PCB.

Best vacation we've ever had

He had everything you needed for the beach in the condo. Sooooo clean!!!! I was extremely impressed walking in. I will be returning!!! The owner was so nice and so great with communication. I would 100% recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo!

We had such a wonderful time! The condo is really nice and that balcony is huge with amazing views. The condo was very clean and comfy! Fast response from the owner when asked a few questions which was great! Would definitely recommend 👌 I do want to say the maintenance/ staff crew were on tops of things everyday keeping the property very clean. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and nice. Just wanted to acknowledge their hard work, it doesn't go unnoticed. We will return!

You won’t regret reserving!!!

I cannot say enough great things about #1206, nor working with Randy in reserving this condo!! Randy is the type of manager you WANT to place your trust in & hand over your hard earned money for a week of relaxation. The condo is immaculately clean & decorated. This was a huge plus for my family. The washer/dryer inside the condo was a huge convenience & they are top notch. We were like kids on Christmas morn when discovering the large closet (in the living area) which included absolutely EVERYTHING needed for a beach day!! At least 5-6 chairs, umbrella, TOYS of all kinds for younger ones, extra beach towels, & even a nice canvas beach bag. You need NOTHING bc Randy & his team have taken care of every situation possible to complete your stay. We actually bought 2 boogie boards & 1 skim board and left those behind for the next family to enjoy. The master bed was EXTREMELY comfortable as well as the full beds in the second bedroom. Smart tv’s in bedrooms & living room was nice touch. Besides the extra beach towels, most comfortable bed ever, all extras in kitchen & beach closet - the reserved parking spot was a huge WIN!! No crowds at elevators not worrying about having a spot to park each time you leave. This is huge. We decided to give Mike's Oyster Bar a try & Im glad we did bc the food was GREAT! The beach wasn’t overcrowded but the beach attendants could’ve been nicer to deal with as they weren’t but not a deal breaker. We’ll be back!

Beautiful/Exceptional condo & beach!

Randy's condo was outstanding for our family of four. The condo itself provided everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The balcony was huge! Our family enjoyed eating numerous meals watching the waves. We even saw dolphins as we are breakfast on our last morning there! The beach was beautiful, clean, not crowded, and the beach chair service was a added bonus. Lastly, Randy was a great host! Check-in, check-out, and everything in between was well communicated and easy. If you get the chance, this condo is a definite 5 stars! Thank you Randy for a great stay!

Best place to stay if you have young kids.

This place was amazing. It had everything you needed for the kids. The view from the balcony was breath taking. The beach was not crowded at all. You won't regret staying here. Definitely will be coming back.

My two sisters and I spent a few days for one of my sisters birthday. Condo was as advertised. Super great location. Beautiful. Well maintained. Great pool. Getting to the beach was easy. The beach chars was an awesome bonus. Really enjoyed the large patio. Will rent again.

PCB vacation

Unit worked well, it was well equipped and we loved the large balcony. The communication was excellent. We really enjoy the Tropic Winds, it’s fairly quiet and well kept. This unit was much nicer than one we previously stayed in. Definitely coming back.

We were looking for a beachfront property we could use as a weekend getaway or to spend the winter months. Tropic Winds satisfied both requirements. We are both still working and aren’t able to enjoy our condo nearly as much as we would like. We made the decision to rent our condo out when available and hope we can provide a great vacation experience to our guests.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We’ve traveled to beaches around the world and found that the clean emerald water and soft white sand of Panama City Beach provided one of the best beach experiences we’ve had. We chose Tropic Winds because of it desirable Oceanfront location on the West end of the beach. It is one of the newest in all of PCB. The Oceanfront views from both the master bedroom and living areas are unmatched.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Tropic Winds offers some of the largest Oceanfront balconies in all of PCB. The layout of the condo was extremely functional, offering a great use of space and spectacular views. The reserved, covered parking just steps from the elevator made the decision all that much easier. The location is close to Pier Park and has easy access to both Front Beach and Back Beach Road. The building has a sauna, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, sun deck and a huge hot tub. Gas and charcoal grills are provided for shared use on the ocean side.
