Lorsque vous entrez dans notre unité joliment décorée, vous serez frappé par la vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique! La disposition ouverte de notre condo vous permet d'avoir une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan depuis presque tous les espaces de vie. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout le confort de la maison, avec de beaux comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et de nouvelles armoires. Vous avez un accès direct à notre très grand balcon de 10 'x 28' via le salon et la chambre principale. Notre balcon est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de votre petit-déjeuner, passer des après-midis relaxants et admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil tout en écoutant les sons paisibles des vagues de l'océan!

Notre unité est sans fumée. Condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain peut accueillir confortablement huit personnes avec un lit king dans la chambre principale, deux lits doubles dans la chambre d'hôtes et un lit queen dans le salon.

Pendant votre séjour, profitez du service de plage parapluie gratuit avec 2 chaises longues rembourrées du 15 mars au 31 octobre. Des chaises supplémentaires sont dans le condo pour votre usage ainsi que des serviettes de plage et des jouets de plage.

Pour votre commodité, le condo est également livré avec une place de parking couverte gratuite réservée à quelques pieds des ascenseurs.

Beautiful condo!

We had such a wonderful time! The condo is really nice and that balcony is huge with amazing views. The condo was very clean and comfy! Fast response from the owner when asked a few questions which was great! Would definitely recommend 👌 I do want to say the maintenance/ staff crew were on tops of things everyday keeping the property very clean. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and nice. Just wanted to acknowledge their hard work, it doesn't go unnoticed. We will return!

Great Condo

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. The closet with beach chairs was an extra bonus. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo! The balcony was fabulous and one of our favorite parts of the condo!

You won’t regret reserving!!!

I cannot say enough great things about #1206, nor working with Randy in reserving this condo!! Randy is the type of manager you WANT to place your trust in & hand over your hard earned money for a week of relaxation. The condo is immaculately clean & decorated. This was a huge plus for my family. The washer/dryer inside the condo was a huge convenience & they are top notch. We were like kids on Christmas morn when discovering the large closet (in the living area) which included absolutely EVERYTHING needed for a beach day!! At least 5-6 chairs, umbrella, TOYS of all kinds for younger ones, extra beach towels, & even a nice canvas beach bag. You need NOTHING bc Randy & his team have taken care of every situation possible to complete your stay. We actually bought 2 boogie boards & 1 skim board and left those behind for the next family to enjoy. The master bed was EXTREMELY comfortable as well as the full beds in the second bedroom. Smart tv’s in bedrooms & living room was nice touch. Besides the extra beach towels, most comfortable bed ever, all extras in kitchen & beach closet - the reserved parking spot was a huge WIN!! No crowds at elevators not worrying about having a spot to park each time you leave. This is huge. We decided to give Mike's Oyster Bar a try & Im glad we did bc the food was GREAT! The beach wasn’t overcrowded but the beach attendants could’ve been nicer to deal with as they weren’t but not a deal breaker. We’ll be back!

Beautiful/Exceptional condo & beach!

Randy's condo was outstanding for our family of four. The condo itself provided everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The balcony was huge! Our family enjoyed eating numerous meals watching the waves. We even saw dolphins as we are breakfast on our last morning there! The beach was beautiful, clean, not crowded, and the beach chair service was a added bonus. Lastly, Randy was a great host! Check-in, check-out, and everything in between was well communicated and easy. If you get the chance, this condo is a definite 5 stars! Thank you Randy for a great stay!

Best place to stay if you have young kids.

This place was amazing. It had everything you needed for the kids. The view from the balcony was breath taking. The beach was not crowded at all. You won't regret staying here. Definitely will be coming back.

My two sisters and I spent a few days for one of my sisters birthday. Condo was as advertised. Super great location. Beautiful. Well maintained. Great pool. Getting to the beach was easy. The beach chars was an awesome bonus. Really enjoyed the large patio. Will rent again.

PCB vacation

Unit worked well, it was well equipped and we loved the large balcony. The communication was excellent. We really enjoy the Tropic Winds, it’s fairly quiet and well kept. This unit was much nicer than one we previously stayed in. Definitely coming back.

Wonderful, clean, beautiful condo. Loved it

This was our first experience with a condo, we have always booked hotels. The condo was beautiful, very clean beds were great, furniture was comfortable, stocked well, had games to play and beach towels for us to use and float toys for the beach, kitchen stocked with everything for cooking and really enjoyed the Kuerig and coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach. Couldn’t have had a better view, watched dolphins and Stingray in the mornings. Thank you soo much for a wonderful place to stay! We will be back again!

Girls Beach Trip

Started off a little stressed cause of the extreme tight parking deck (park across the street) & the 6 page instructions (getting the code to work) could be made simpler. Randy was very helpful. I found mold on master shower curtain & inside washer door (I’m allergic to mold), but overall a very nice condo!

Great Condo in the Perfect Location

We loved this condo for our stay. It was exactly as advertised, very clean and the location was perfect. It’s located on the west side of Panama City Beach which is a little quieter but only 10-15 minutes from the heart of the action. The beaches were beautiful and the reserved beach chair service was a huge benefit. Everything in the condo was in great condition and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. If there was any “knock” on the building, it would be a lack of enough elevators. There are only three and one was not working so you had to wait for an elevator at times. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and we will definitely be staying here again. Randy was super easy to work with and very friendly.

Condo 1206

The condo was beautiful and as promised.. our issue was with the elevators. At one point, none were functioning. Walking up 12 flights is a beating especially with kids..it was miserable.. Shame on the condo for not working faster to fix it.. but your condo sir, made it better.

Great condo in PCB

Our experience was great. Condo was actually better in person than in the pictures. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Really liked the location in PCB. Ate at Mike’s which is walking distance twice and it was awesome. The beach at this resort is not too crowded. No issues with check in or out. Condo was stocked with lots of beach supplies - boogie boards, toys, goggles, etc. Great stay!

Great location with an awesome stay

The property is gorgeous and central to great restaurants and of course the beautiful beach. The condo has all the essentials and is very nice, well maintained. Plenty of space for our family. It is an HOA and parking is a bit tight and limited if more than 1 vehicle but overall a lovely place to stay. Communication with property manager, ease of check in and overall experience were excellent. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Loved this condo and location

This was our second time staying at Tropic Winds because we love the quiet atmosphere and how the beach front is not busy which makes it perfect for families. Our condo was extremely nice, they have several beach toys/Crab catching nets, 4+ nice backpack beach chairs available for use and a TON of beach towels. I was unsure how nice these things would be because nobody in the reviews really raved about it but as a mom of 2 (ages 2 and 4) I loved these amenities. I only had 1 compliant about the condo itself which I did address with the property manager. They claim on the listing that there is a dead bolt on the front door but there is not. All you have to do is grab the handle and out you go. That made us nervous with our littles who could've slipped out the door very easily. The key pad probably needs replaced soon. Another con was there was a lot of smoking on balconies going on, cigarettes and marijuana.. signs were posted everywhere that smoking was not allowed but guests were not compliant. They did have several staff on site which was a plus! Grounds were kept clean. Gas & charcoal grills available.

Property as avertised. Only negative is king bed was old and hard. Couch was uncomfortable. It's the 4th stay at Tropic Winds for us so we knew what to expect from the facility.

Amazing location and fantastic condo

The condo was perfect. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. The kids slept on the pull out couch right outside the master so they were close to us. The balcony and view are to die for! We ate as many meals as possible on that balcony. The elevator is a just a few steps from the door. There is private covered parking. The indoor/outdoor pool was so much fun for the kids when we had enough of the sand and sun. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella were awesome as we did not have to rush down to reserve spots on the beach every day. They have almost everything you could need provided in the condo so you don't have to bring any towels, chairs, toys, or nets with you. Randy was so easy and super fast to communicate with. The condo is towards the end of Front Beach Rd, but just by under a mile, so it was very close to visit everything, but not in the middle of all the traffic. If we make it back to PCB, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10!

We were looking for a beachfront property we could use as a weekend getaway or to spend the winter months. Tropic Winds satisfied both requirements. We are both still working and aren’t able to enjoy our condo nearly as much as we would like. We made the decision to rent our condo out when available and hope we can provide a great vacation experience to our guests.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We’ve traveled to beaches around the world and found that the clean emerald water and soft white sand of Panama City Beach provided one of the best beach experiences we’ve had. We chose Tropic Winds because of it desirable Oceanfront location on the West end of the beach. It is one of the newest in all of PCB. The Oceanfront views from both the master bedroom and living areas are unmatched.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Tropic Winds offers some of the largest Oceanfront balconies in all of PCB. The layout of the condo was extremely functional, offering a great use of space and spectacular views. The reserved, covered parking just steps from the elevator made the decision all that much easier. The location is close to Pier Park and has easy access to both Front Beach and Back Beach Road. The building has a sauna, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, sun deck and a huge hot tub. Gas and charcoal grills are provided for shared use on the ocean side.
