The property was fantastic. Great location and ease to campus. Restaurants downstairs made eating easy. Beautiful scenery. Place had everything in it we needed. Lot of thoughtfulness was put into it.

Felt like home

We've stayed at many rentals when going to Tuscaloosa to visit my daughter. This was, by far, my favorite!! It felt just like home...clean, fluffy towels, the most comfortable beds, and even a "junk" drawer when I was looking for a pen and paper. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Second time staying here

Love this place! Great location to all things we like to do in Tuscaloosa- football games, restaurants, walking our dog, etc. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are roomy, and kitchen has everything you need. Best part is having a cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the river!

We had so much fun/ walked to the Alabama game, enjoyed the river views and had a comfortable and enjoyable weekend!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice size place and great location. Just really needed to be cleaned better. Floors were dirty. The patio has great view of river and nice size. But we could not use because the patio furniture was so dirty we could not sit on them....

July 4th Tide

Tide on 12th is a beautiful and clean property. Each bedroom had its own restroom and the powder room down a hallway offered something you usually don't get it rentals. All updated appliances, decor etc. Truly lovely. The area is safe, I walked alone every morning. The location is great for game day, you could walk if you were wearing comfortable shoes. The property is as advertised. Contacting the property manager and check in was very easy. We will definitely be coming back to Tide on 12th.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience at land of Oz was more than perfect. The accommodations fit our group and also was close to our granddaughters dorm room. Everything we did was easily accessible and quick to get to.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the shower was amazing, everything was spotless and the owners thought of every possible thing you could ever need. I was in complete awe of this home. And the river view...WOW!!! And the team was so responsive and caring!!I would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Football travel stay

Very nice place to stay. Riverwalk is right outside your door along the Black Warrior River, which was really nice. Everyone in our group, loved breakfast @ the Broken Egg in the same complex. Convenient location for walking, too football stadium, but only if its not 90 degrees. Easy enough, we took uber to the game, but did walk back to the house at night.
