Le complexe Timbernest est un endroit idéal pour l'hiver ou l'été. Il faut moins de cinq minutes à pied pour rejoindre l’ascenseur Quicksilver et l’école de ski Peak 9, ainsi que les boutiques et restaurants de la rue principale historique de Breckenridge. Vous aurez accès à une piscine chauffée ouverte en saison et à des bains à remous int��rieurs / extérieurs. Et le prix est correct!

Ce condo confortable et bien situé est un choix formidable pour les familles et les groupes jusqu'à neuf ans. Le salon dispose de grandes fenêtres laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière et de nombreux sièges pour se détendre devant le grand téléviseur à écran plat et le foyer au gaz. Il y a une cuisine entièrement ��quipée avec tout le nécessaire pour préparer d'excellents repas et collations pour le gang. La table à manger peut accueillir six personnes et il y a de la place pour quatre personnes au comptoir. Juste à l'extérieur, vous trouverez un patio avec un gril à gaz. Great space and location

Perfect space for our family of 5. The location could not have been better. Easy walk to the quicksilver lift and shops and restaurants. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Management was very responsive for a minor maintenance issue we had.

Don’t stay here if you plan on cooking a meal for your family.

The location was great and the place was modern and clean. We frequently stay in this area when we come up to ski. We have never experienced an issue such as this. We didn’t have appropriate cooking utensils to cook for a family of 5. Pots and pans were provided but not compatible for the Induction stovetop. Spent two days discussing the stovetop issue. Someone reached out and asked if we would like pots and pans to cook with in which we responded Yes! I asked for the bare minimum, a large pot to boil pasta and a large skillet. We received no response and therefor had a very difficult time. The advertisement states a stocked kitchen would be available but that was not provided to us. We were very disappointed and will not advise anyone with a family to stay here.

Overall good!

Great location if you don’t mind walking a short hike to/from lift. We like location since it’s close to everything in town without having to deal with being there. We had a few little issues which were both resolved within a day. We were only 3 adults this trip, but I’d say the condo would be comfortable for 4-5.

Unbeatable location!

We loved out midweek stay! Plenty of room for our family of 5. Easy walk to the Quicksilver lift, even for our young kiddos. Equally easy walk to Breckenridge village, which is well lit even after dark. Our only complaint was the bathrooms were small and the shower doors need attention. Otherwise, we would highly recommend.

Timbernest A8 was OK

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was pleased with the response from Summit team throughout our visit. Each time I had a question they would quickly respond via text. I also appreciated housekeeping dropping off extra blankets and pillows. The unit is in need of some TLC beyond a standard unit turn cleaning. Check for dust on baseboards throughout, dust on small bathroom vent and black mold at bathroom sink overflow drain. One of the community hot tubs was out of service one of the evenings which resulted in not enough room for us to enjoy. One of the stove burners does not work. The twin bed squeaks terribly and is not ideal to sleep on. The location is very good and I would think a refresh to this unit would pay off in the long run.

Reviewer Comments: Good location, unit is tired and is in need of updating, the flyer should say in sleeps four people comfortably, unless you are ok with five people in one of the two bedrooms. The loft is in one of the rooms, the vertical ladder to reach the loft is not for everyone. Service from the management company is excellent.

Pros:Location to slopes, town, and pool/hot tubs Washer and dryer for building right at base of stairs and it’s free (bring detergent and dryer sheets)- 2 washers and 2 dryers Setup of loft room is good for kids (it’s a tall ladder, not steps, to the loft)Kitchen well stockedPlenty of towelsEasy text communication about any issuesCons:Bedroom with single king is warm and stagnant at night- must keep door open/there is no fanKitchen and bathrooms are very datedLiving room furniture is datedIce maker is broken and obviously has been for some time. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend the rental company and location. The condo itself could use major updates, so I’d look for another unit here if I stayed in this location next year.

Easy walk to Charter Sports rentals in Marriott Resort - and they store your skis. Very close to the pool/hot tub complex. Quick walk to downtown area. Kitchen had what is needed. Did not use the loft area, but stair/ladder is very steep. Appreciated the large TV and fast wi-fi. Slightly dated bathrooms, but all was clean. Easy check-in/check-out process. Would stay again.

Only one quick note to the owner: the wooden beam LEAKED during heavy rain. We move the sofa a bit to protect it from getting wet. We left on the floor right below the leak a blue dish I guess used for snow sliding.

Spring Break

We had an excellent week in this condo!! Walking distance to Peak 9 and our kids ski lessons. Decent sized kitchen where we cooked all of our meals, and beds for our 2 kids plus our sister and brother in law to come and stay. Perfect rental for our family!!

Great location near peak 9 skiing and main street.

We've stayed in this building a couple times now and the location is one of the best areas to stay while in Breck. Everything is an easy walk from the unit including skiing at the quicksilver lift, rentals from many locations, and all the dining and shops on main street. The unit was good sized and although we didn't need all the extra sleeping space, there was a room suitable for a large family with a loft and extra bed along with a king sized bed for parents. The other room in this unit is just the king bed. The unit is on the second floor which made a last minute it pretty amazing when a couple of local moose stopped just below our balcony to graze for a solid 5 minutes. Best seats in the house! Check-in is through a local rental office (no keypad or combo lock) which adds a little inconvenience but the staff was friendly and efficient and check-in and out went smoothly. The only issue i have with this unit and i think it's all units in this building (we had the same issue with a different unit) is the bathrooms are very small. The tub and toilet area is just large enough to stand in which makes it a little tight when you are in there. High Speed internet to this unit was fantasticly fast. Overall very pleased with the stay.

Just a short walk (less than 5 mins) to the Quicksilver location and just a touch more to downtown. Convenient for restaurants, ski rentals, etc but also felt more local than being at a resort or right downtown. Everything was very clean and extras (towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen spices, local maps) were all provided. As a heads up...the steps leading up to the loft are steep but my teenage boy loved it.
