Le condo est situé au milieu de l'île et offre une vue magnifique sur le marais. Il y a des points d'accès à la plage de haut en bas de la route principale et ils sont presque tous les autres pâtés de maisons!

Wonderful time.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s villa. Absolutely incredible view. The home was open and spacious, giving plenty of room for all your beach needs. Including my 6 month olds pack and play and floor space to play. Had one complication that was handled effortlessly with Mary, who was very responsive and quickly handled the small issue. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay.

Comfortable and Inviting Villa

If you love drinking your coffee in the morning sitting on the deck overlooking the marsh watching the wildlife, then this is your place! Beautiful views morning and evening. Great location! Central to just about everything. Very comfortable bed upstairs. Great table for card playing. We hope to return in the fall.

Great Week at the Beach

The 1 bedroom unit was next to the tennis courts - but more important only a short walk to the beach. The decor of tge unit recently had been updated and was very nice. It was very quiet and comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the marsh. A great view!

This 1 bedroom Tennis Villa is in a perfect location on the Island, with a short walk to the beach and easy access to bike/walking path. The Villa is spotless and comfortable with a wonderful view over the marsh. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the beautiful views from this condo. The host was very responsive and easy to work with when we had questions. We left a little early because of approaching Hurricane Ian but were so glad that Fripp fared well.

Quiet and serene inside and outside

My sister and I enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee. The location makes for quick access to the swimming pool and restaurant across the street. Perfect! Loved it!

Nice condo in Fripp Island

I stayed in this unit July 2 - 9. The property was well maintained, clean and spacious. The location was ideal being directly across from the town center, fairly close to the beach and on the tennis courts. The marsh view from the deck was excellent. I rented a golf cart for the week which made getting around no issue. The only negative that I had was the bedroom being on the 2nd floor with a metal spiral staircase. It really wasn't an issue for me but someone with a mobility issue may have a problem. Overall the stay met my expectations.

Perfect little place

My spouse and I stayed here for a week, and really enjoyed it. We had no issues. The host was very communicative and the place was clean. The marsh view was great, and it was in a convenient location on the island. The place isn't lavish, but if you're going to enjoy time on the beach each day, it's great. I would rent the unit again in the future.

Mary’s place is a little slice of heaven. The sunsets on the back porch are unbelievable. I had everything I needed. The upstairs loft is so nice to relax and after a long day… Great view of the marsh and super peaceful. I highly recommend!

My 15 year old daughter and I had the most joyful start to summer!!!!! The Villa has everything we needed and more. We loved the tranquility of the location!!!! The view of the Marsh is truly one of the best on Fripp!!!! It’s a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The location is spectacular!!!!! We can’t wait to return!!!!!!
