Beau condo mis à jour à quelques pas de la plage de Bonita. Emplacement parfait pour se détendre, profiter du soleil et du sable et laisser fondre vos soucis. Ne manquez pas les magnifiques couchers de soleil directement depuis votre véranda!

Vous aurez un accès complet à notre condo studio magnifiquement rénové pour profiter de vos vacances à la plage. Situé au 9ème étage en direction sud-ouest, vous serez étonné de la vue sur l'océan. Cuisine neuve avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, le tout, un beau marbre comme un sol en carrelage. Les mises à jour se poursuivent dans la salle de bain avec une douche à l'italienne. Le condo est situé en face de la plage de Bonita avec une promenade piétonne pour un accès facile. Nous fournissons une cuisine entièrement équipée, draps, serviettes, serviettes de plage et chaises. Nous fournissons également un kit de démarrage pour votre papier hygiénique de base, serviette en papier, savon à vaisselle, etc. Ça ne va pas beaucoup mieux que ça.

Vous avez accès à toutes les commodités du condo, y compris deux grandes piscines et une piscine pour enfants, des courts de tennis, un jeu de palets, un grill, etc. Laveuse et sécheuse à pièces sur place. Parking gratuit sur place.

A great place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation. The room is cozy, the ocean view and sunset is incredible, and it’s nice to have a full kitchen and a balcony to enjoy your coffee or wine. I’ll definitely recommend and hope to return.

Nice place/ location

Not their fault but the one elevator was down for most of the stay, not the end of the world by any means. Great views, clean, plenty of beach amenities (umbrella, towels, beach tote) Would stay again, no questions asked.

Great location to the beach, close to the Airport in Fort Myers. Host was quick to answer problems we had with sofa sleeper. I would definitely come back next year.

Very nice unit with all the essentials and beautiful views. Our only complaint was that their smart TV won’t let you download any of your own streaming apps without a “Roku PIN” that the owners either don’t know or won’t divulge. So, for instance, if you want to download and sign into your YoutubeTV account you won’t be able to because the YoutubeTV app isn’t installed on the TV.

8 Days at the Beach

Everything was clean and very comfortable. I had no issues during my stay. I arrived just after the storm, and shortly after, the weather started to improve. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the public beach, which is fantastic for swimming and even has a jet ski rental (and Doc's Beach House).

The location was ok across the street from the public parking to the beach, but the building itself is so old and run down. For the price, it was all we needed as we were barely in the unit. The AC has a hard time cooling the studio. It took all night to get it comfortable running it on 67 degrees. The beach chairs are very rusty and one was snapped. But again, for a cheap quick stay this place is ok. It was quiet as no oft else appeared to be there, literally!

Near family wedding venue

The condo was perfect for two. All amenities inside the condo were great and access to beach and restaurants nearby was easy. This was a family wedding at the beach club nearby so we did not take advantage of the close public beach access because we were too vacation lazy to carry our chairs! Communication with host, entry, parking, and checkout were flawless. The top star rating unearned has nothing to do with the interior, but reflects the constant work on the property’s common areas and exterior. If they ever finish, this would be a great spot but given the lack of pool and tennis along with the construction, the nightly rate would have to be discounted to earn that top star rating!

Very nice property as described by the hosts. No surprises…Liked the beach chairs, umbrellas, and cart. The property does require a short walk to the public beach but again this is clear in the description and we did not have any problems. Walking distance to two restaurants. Nice pool. Great view from the balcony.
