The villa suited our needs perfectly. The host arranged for a bbq to be delivered. The property has no TV but that was not an issue with us.

The property was as listed. Well stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor spaces that were lovely to hang out in. The pool and hot tub were a really nice addition. You definitely need a car. Great location. Naxos is a wonderful island with different areas to explore. Many beaches other than the one directly in front of the property. There were several groceries within easy driving distance. Several Tavernas to enjoy meals and an easy drive to other small towns to explore and eat. Our contact Alexandra was responsive and very helpful. Google maps will get you everywhere.I would suggest a book with instructions about the property and area. I realize it would need to be in several languages but it would have been helpful to have a few resources. All and all beautiful, comfortable house and property. We loved Naxos.

Paradise on Naxos

Best VBRO that I have stayed in. Great location. I rented a buggy and went all over Naxos from this central but close to the beach location. A market and several Taverna's within close walking distance.

A very homely place, a bit tired in parts. But a great place for a week. Talke very helpful. Loved the many seating areas !

Wonderful Stay

Absolutely great property, great position with wonderful views. Beautifully decorated, obviously a great deal of thought had gone into providing everything you could possibly need. The villa was beautifully decorated and the garden areas and pool stunning. Everyone was very helpful, with arrival instructions, local information and checking we had everything we needed. Thankyou...a lovely holiday.

We stayed for 5 nights in September, 2 couples. We thought the location and property overall was excellent. Well stocked and great private layout of the property. The overall cleanliness was fine however two things definitely stood out. The outside tables and chair/couch cushions were very dirty. We sat on them with light color shorts and you could see the dirt on the clothing. The tables were very dusty/dirty. I realize that it is outside and dusty at times however this was night one that they were so dirty. I had to clean them. The tile floors in the house were very dirty. on initial look they appeared clean but walking on them in bare feet or white socks proved very unclean. I cleaned the whole tile floor, twice, with wet paper towels and the dirt I removed was unacceptable. Un-mopped, just swept I am assuming. The bedding was also very cheap quality and scratchy and rough. Queen bed had 2 twin top sheets and cheap twin comforter looking blankets. Queen bed is semi comfortable. Twin beds are very hard. We enjoyed our stay and mgt was helpful when asked for assistance, but we would choose other accommodations next time because of the comfort of the beds and linens. A/C worked great. Nice breeze in main living area. Pool was cold first week of September. We used the nice hot tub. Small grocery down the hill is easily walkable and has most things you might need. Naxos was beautiful and affordable. We will return someday!

During that period, there were particularly strong winds, and unfortunately, due to the surrounding garden and natural environment, dust can accumulate on the outdoor furniture and cushions very quickly. That said, we completely understand your comments, and we are sorry that you had to clean them yourself. We also take your comments regarding the floors, bedding, and linens very seriously. Superb

We would thoroughly recommend this small villa complex to anyone. Our villa exceeded our expectations in terms of presentation and practicality. The different outdoor areas, all with stunning views were beautifully set out and gave lots of flexibility throughout the day. Talke was so welcoming and helpful.

Amazing week at Kamari/Naxos

The house is very clean and spacious, the kitchen is well stocked. Privacy is absolute, and pool and hot tub are a nice alternative to the beach which is just 7 min walk away. Several good restaurants nearby if you don't want to drive to town. A supermarket is 300 meters away too. Talke, the housekeeper, is the nicest person, very helpful and caring. Car is a must and it better have automatic transmission because most roads are narrow, steep and winding. Overall it was a very pleasant stay which exceeded our expectations.

Magnifique semaine en famille

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort et la propreté de la villa. L’environnement est calme. La plage est superbe et la piscine très agréable. Talke, l’hôtesse est très chaleureuse et toujours à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons !

Le paradis sur terre

Une semaine de pur bonheur. Une terrasse pour chaque repas . Une vue magnifique avec en prime les couchers de soleil sur paros. Une piscine délicieuse. Nous y retournerons.

Das Haus war gut eingerichtet mit AC, Ventilator, Pool und Jacuzzi...Wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer incl. Sonnenuntergang. Das ganze Haus hätte vorher einer Grundreinigung durchzogen werden sollen da der Kühlschrank und Küche recht übel gerochen hatten. Nach kurzer Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber wurde das behoben.

The location is peaceful and beautiful. Located just south of Naxos town by about 20 minutes, it made a perfect home base for us. We prefer something in and quiet area but accessible to everything. This had spectacular views, was near a full store with amenities including beach stuff, and the layout was great for our family of four. The pool and hot tub were really nice to have. There are some great restaurants nearby and our host made us feel like very welcome to the island.

Such a lovely villa

The hosts were really helpful and very attentive. The villa is beautifully kept and furnished throughout. It is equipped with everything you need and the local supermarket is great. We were only two guests so it was quite expensive for just us. Tiny tiny gripes. The location is a little further from the beach than we had anticipated, but they absolutely do state you really need a car. The beds are not the most comfortable, for the price I think I expected more comfort. It is very private - except for the very frequent pool cleaning throughout our stay. Overall it was wonderful.

Excellent vacation with kids

The house and frontyard and backyard are excellent. Even ti was very hot, we spent beautiful time with our small kids. They had fan in their bedroom, as well as us, it helped calm sleeping. The kitchen is totally sufficient, both bathrooms are nice. But the best thing with the house is the location: you are in the best part of Naxos, close to the best beaches, not far from towns, but it is real countryside, you hear roosters, goats, cows, everything is clean and calm. Especially, we would love to thank Zahia and Talke from the service team who helped us with our departure problems and their hospitality was more than 5star hotel. Great vacation, we fell in love with Naxos!
