Perfect family friendly condo

The layout of this condo is ideal for a family vacation. With enough space for everyone, plus comfortable, updated furniture and amenities, it made for the perfect downtown Steamboat experience. We loved it and will stay here again.

Great Place in a Great Location

Stellar unit in great condition in a wonderful downtown Steamboat location. The whole of downtown Steamboat is very walkable from the property. Hosts were very communicative and helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Great property! Had everything we needed in a very comfortable space and great downtown location

Very comfortable space for 5 people. Could use a better bunk bed for adults but overall had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Attentive property manager. We would come back for sure!

Fantastic condo! Excellent service! Great communication

We had a fantastic stay at with Steamboat Lodging at the Waterside Village B condo. The beds were comfy, the condo was clean, the fireplace was super easy, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, the flatware was gorgeous, and the management company was SO helpful anytime we needed anything. The location is also incredible...we walked to breakfast, dinner, shopping, and Howelson Hill. Snowmobiling at Thunderstruck Adventures was only 1.5 miles away, and there was a shuttle stop for the free bus to the resort right outside our door. Everything was amazing! Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful

Everything was excellent except operating the TV. We finally found the button behind the screen. One of the remotes needed batteries. The apartment was gorgeous and well furnished. The heated garage was appreciated.

Great Place and Great Management Company

First of all, the management company was SUPERB - attentive, intelligent and cheerful about every little thing. Secondly, a well-maintained and comfortable unit with solid construction, which meant deep sound-proofing from one part of the unit to the other. Sounds like a small point, but it meant I could be working at the desk in the master bedroom and could not hear a grandchild fussing around in a back bedroom. thanks for all

Location

Nice location in town, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. At times, unit had sulfur smell which we reported. Agent provided candles. Kitchen faucet required service, needing batteries. Beds were very comfortable. Need more towels and soap dish for bathrooms. Pans need replacing and in need of better cutting board.

Waterside Village

This property is located in an excellent downtown location. Unfortunately it's extremely loud at times because it's at the corner of an alley/road and the trash removal/snow removal will wake you up in the middle of the night and early morning. The unit is well-stocked, master is comfortable but one of the bedrooms has a foldout bed which is not comfortable. Dishwasher was not working when we were there.

Awesome unit, location, and management!

Can't say enough good things about our stay here. The unit is in like-new condition, and designed with practicality, comfort, and good taste. It was spotless on our arrival and the manager (Peggy) was super friendly, communicative, professional, and helpful. We enjoyed being just steps from downtown Steamboat, and rode world class mountain bike trails on Emerald Mt., just across the river. Perfect layout for our family of 4 plus grandparents, 6 total. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Top end finishes and all the amenities. The garage was handy to store bikes and gear in. The beds are ridiculously comfortable. Great place!

Guests love the views from that side of town and you'll have to come back to cross country ski and hike them in the winter season! Beautiful, comfortable downtown condo

We very much enjoyed our stay in this tastefully decorated condo home, well-located to restaurants and shops in downtown Steamboat. The furnishings and fully-equipped kitchen were of high quality. It was handy having 2.5 baths for our family of 3 plus our married couple friends. It was nice having all of the rooms on the same level, once you ascend the outdoor stairs. We weren't massively bothered by early morning snow plows or garbage pickup. The one car garage was too narrow to park our rented Suburban. The thermostat had a sign not to lower the temperature below 68 degrees, which is too warm for sleeping. Management might check the slow drains on the second bathroom sink and tub. Thanks so much, we hope to return next year.

Great Location

This is a great Condo. It has everything you need. The space is perfect for a family. Bring some ear plugs though because the snow plows come around 2:00am to clean the streets in the winter or at least they did when we were there. It would not keep us from renting this property again but would be prepared with ear plugs.

Wonderful Home

The condo is lovely, clean and plenty of room for family and friends. The location was perfect for us for fly fishing and close to all the shops and restaurants. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

Delightful

Loved the unit - construction is SOLID, so you don't hear other people etc. We felt that both the management group and the owners cared for the property and it showed in terms of a clean and well-maintained unit along with a highly responsive and personable management group. Do bring ear plugs: somehow the road traffic reverberates at night. The outdoor gas grill and deck were a plus. We liked being in town - easy to walk everyplace.

Lovely condo!

The condo was lovely. Sadly the dishwasher was broken, but it ended up being ok. It was pretty loud at night. There were lots of snow plows and garbage trucks right outside the windows, since the East facing side of the condo looks into an alley. Overall it was a great stay though.

Perfect Location in Steamboat

The size and location of this place was incredible! The management company was extremely responsive and made sure everything was perfect. You are right in downtown, blocks from shops and restaurants, with a quick 10 min drive to the mountain. Will definitely be back!

Steamboat lodging responsive and courteous. Steamboat mountain implemented Ikon pass skiers only during Christmas/New years . Steamboat Lodging called me of the restrictions in time to cancel reservations if needed. A professionalism that's appreciated . Fortunately my 6 all had ikon passes. I would use them again

We enjoyed our stay very much...very disappointed about the mountain closing as soon as we arrived in town...the no ski ski trip.
