Réveillez-vous au soleil, aux palmiers luxuriants et à une vue imprenable sur la piscine. Prenez votre café du matin sur la véranda et détendez-vous au bord de la piscine sous un ciel de saphir.

Barefoot Beach est à 5 minutes en voiture; 10 minutes à vélo et 35 minutes à pied. Cette maison peut accueillir quatre adultes et deux enfants de moins de 18 ans.

Profitez du meilleur de tout ce que Bonita Springs et Naples ont à offrir tout en séjournant dans cette maison haut de gamme située dans le quartier très prisé de Bonita Shores, à l’ouest de l’autoroute 41 et à moins de trois kilomètres de la plage de Barefoot.

Les plafonds voûtés et le plan d'étage ouvert confèrent à cette maison spacieuse une atmosphère aérée. les portes françaises menant à la véranda ajoutent une touche d'élégance. Cette maison de deux chambres et plus offre suffisamment de place pour quatre adultes et deux enfants. Un lit de repos avec un lit gigogne pouvant accueillir des enfants de moins de 18 ans ou des petits-enfants en visite. Un bureau et une chaise confortable dans la tanière offrent un espace de travail ou un lieu idéal pour utiliser votre ordinateur portable.

Les hôtes profiteront de nombreux équipements, dont un nouveau canapé, un mobilier de chambre, des matelas, une télévision connectée, un barbecue et bien d’autres pour rendre votre séjour aussi confortable que possible. Cette maison est équipée d’une nouvelle vaisselle, d’une batterie de cuisine, de serviettes de bain et de plage haut de gamme, de draps de 550 fils, de draperies et d’un mixeur pour smoothies aux fruits et pina coladas.

Située au sud de Bonita Beach Road et à l'ouest de Vanderbilt Drive, la maison se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture de tous les magasins, restaurants et autres attractions de Bonita Beach et du nord de Naples. L'épicerie Publix est à seulement 1, 3 miles. Et les clients sont à quelques pas du Royal Scoop, le magasin de glaces le plus populaire de la région!

Des vélos sont fournis aux invités: deux femmes et deux hommes. Vous pouvez aller à la plage en vélo, à travers les quartiers résidentiels pittoresques à proximité, ou emprunter la piste cyclable pavée qui longe Vanderbilt Drive en direction du nord de Naples.

Best rental we’ve ever had!!!!

The house is clean and so comfortable. The owners are very available and helpful and have stocked the kitchen and rooms with everything one would need. The pool and hot tub were perfect for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Home. Fantastic location. Great hosts

We just enjoyed a week long stay at this home. The owners provided thorough communication, a clean and well kept property, and a welcoming environment. The house is well equipped, and in a great location for beach access, grocery shopping, and provides for excellent relaxation on the pool deck. We certainly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again next year.

Perfect oasis

Everything was as clean and neat as anyone could hope when we arrived, and the extra supplies and quiet neighborhood was a bonus. We didn’t have to go far to find great food, beautiful beaches, and interesting attractions and shopping. We’ll be back, and highly recommend this home.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property in Bonita Springs! The property is clean and well maintained and the online photos don't do it justice. The pool was refreshing during the day and the hot tub relaxing in the evening. Location was a great for our daily beach excursions. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect quiet retreat

This home has it all!! It’s close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and activities. The home and pool were immaculate and we felt right at home the second we walked through the door! Communication with Paul was extremely easy and he even checked in with us to make sure there were no issues. We had a great vacation here!!!!

5 star stay

The property owner, Paul is very nice and responds immediately. Check-in process was very smooth. Beautiful, clean home with a wonderful pool/hot tub! Close to Barefoot Beach; however, it was still under some construction from Ian so it wasn’t as pretty as the 20 min drive to Lowdermilk Beach. All in all, 5 star stay!

This is a BEAUTIFUL property. So many things to do in the area. Don't pass it by.

This property was meticulous upon arrival. It was everything the host(s) had described it to be. Loved the privacy of the beautiful pool area, the incredible ranch home, bikes, beach chairs, all for your use. So many family activities located so close to the house. A "must" if you're looking for a beautiful ranch home w/pool.

Perfect getaway!

This home was particularly clean and well organized. A lot of attention to detail throughout and excellent communication and responsiveness from the owners. Bonita Springs 2023

We had a terrific visit. It was our second time staying at this property. The house is quite comfortable and well furnished including all the needed kitchen equipment for making meals yourself. The pool is fantastic, nice and warm. Close proximity to the beach, great restaurants and, of course, The Royal Scoop. The house showed no damage or impact from the hurricane last fall.

Our first VRBO experience!

This was our first experience with VRBO. We enjoyed it very much! The property was well appointed and very clean which I really appreciate! Everything we needed was there for us. Great neighborhood, quiet and bikes for us to ride. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy and they were always there to make sure we were taken care of. We would highly recommend this property!

Great home and even better hosts!!

Beautiful and well appointed home. Paul and Linda are wonderful hosts and very responsive to all your needs. We were able to bike or walk to a number of restaurants and entertainment. Spent a lot of time just relaxing in the outdoor pool area. Would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Bonita! 5 stars all the way! Thanks again Paul and Linda.

The house is fully equipped and has all of the required amenities. A special emphasis goes to the beautiful pool and extra large spa. If considering this property the privacy and quality of the pool / spa should not be overlooked. This location is super convent to great restaurants, shopping and the beaches, Our host Paul maintained open communication and his property manager Eileen was available if need (but we had absolutely no issues).

Great experience and property!

We enjoyed very much our stay at Linda and Paul's house. They were very easy to communicate and work with before, during, and after our stay. Location was convenient and a short car ride to beaches, shops, and restaurants, and a very short walk to Royal Scoop ice cream, which is an added bonus. Nice, quiet neighborhood. House is well-appointed, including beach chairs, pool floats, pack n play, and bikes for adults. Lanai with pool, hot tub, and plenty of seating is fantastic. Overall a nice spot to getaway from winter!

A personal oasis!

Such an enjoyable stay! When we weren't enjoying the pool and hot tub, we took the bikes plus chairs and umbrella to the beach, liked the recommended restaurants and played a couple rounds of mini-golf. The bed was firmer than we are used to but a soak in the hot tub took care of any aches. The pool heater had some issues at the beginning of our stay but Paul was very attentive, kept us informed and everything was resolved by the second night. They also provided a gift card to the nearby ice cream shop as an anniversary gift! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

The house was very clean with a great pool and spa. It was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood just off Bonita Beach Road. We made many trips to the beach and spent time on the pool deck with evening soaks in the hot tub. The bikes were a plus and we took a bike ride around the neighborhood. The furnishings were comfortable, but the house could use some more kitchen supplies. Paul and Linda were great to work with and very responsive.

Excellent vacation home

We spent a week in this lovely home in November 2019 to escape winter for a few days. The house is in a great location, a nice quite neighborhood perfect for taking walks, riding bikes, close to my favorite Barefoot Beach and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean, warm & cozy with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. The lanai, pool and spa had plenty of seating to lounge and perfect spot for enjoying dinner if you want to stay in for the evening. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. They communicated with us during our stay to see if we had any questions and see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this home for your vacation getaway.

After many vacations on Sanibel Island, we rented a house in the Bonita Shores neighborhood in January 2018. While biking, we saw a for sale sign and fell in love with a beautiful pool/spa home. Two days later, we submitted an offer, and came home from our vacation with a very large souvenir. It was one of the most spontaneous decisions we've ever made, and as it turned out, also one of the best.

In the next few months, we sold our cabin in Northern Wisconsin, where we had enjoyed fishing, biking, and boating for many years. We also had been renting our cabin for 15 years so we were comfortable doing the same thing only in a much warmer climate.

One of the greatest rewards of renting our cabin in Northern Wisconsin was the positive feedback we received from guests and the relationships we built with them over the years. We are so grateful to see this happening again with our new guests in Bonita Springs, and to hear how much they are enjoying their vacations!

We love having our own pool and spa . . . and the palm trees, lush landscape and proximity to the beach. Bonita Springs and Naples have so much to offer -- fantastic restaurants, shopping, entertainment, boating, fishing, and golf. We enjoy biking, and favorite destinations are Cocohatchee River Park and Vanderbilt Beach at the Bluebill Beach Access about four miles south on the Vanderbilt Drive bike path.

--Den/office has a full-sized desk and printer, a great place to work if you need to stay in touch with the office while you are away.
