Bienvenue dans notre charmant condo de 1 chambre à coucher, 1 salle de bain en bord de mer appelé "Surf’s Edge". Ce condo en bord de mer, situé dans le complexe de condo Perdido Skye, offre un hébergement fabuleux pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes!

Rare Find! Unité en bord de mer, située au dernier étage et à l'extrémité ouest de la construction! Il n'y a qu'un condo à votre gauche et en dessous de vous. Personne à ta droite ou au dessus de toi! Les unités d'extrémité ont plus de fenêtres pour plus de vues et plus de lumière naturelle!

Le condo peut facilement accueillir 6 personnes avec 1 lit king-size dans la chambre principale, un lit superposé pour enfant dans le couloir et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Une porte de poche dans le hall offre une intimité au salon.

Le condo comprend également: un balcon privé en bord de mer, un salon, une cuisine joliment équipée, un espace salle à manger pour 6 personnes, une salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche, 2 télévisions à écran plat avec chaînes câblées, Internet sans fil et superposées laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo!

Cette belle unité est située dans le coin ouest du dernier étage de Perdido Skye. Ce complexe de condo de 7 étages à faible densité hautement souhaitable est situé dans le pittoresque Perdido Key, en Floride. Les installations du complexe comprennent: une piscine chauffée en saison sur le golfe, des barbecues sur charbon de bois et une salle de remise en forme. Il y a un parking pour 1 véhicule par unité. Les remorques de stationnement, les véhicules récréatifs, les bateaux ou les jet-skis ne sont pas autorisés. Pour ces gros articles, il y a des espaces de stockage dans la région, il suffit de nous demander.

Pendant votre séjour, vous adorerez les vues fabuleuses depuis le balcon en bord de mer, l'emplacement idéal du condo, la piscine chauffée en saison (généralement chauffée d'octobre à février), la salle de remise en forme, la cuisine bien équipée et le rapport qualité-prix de vos vacances. ! Vous pouvez dormir jusqu'à 6 personnes dans ce condo, faire la lessive dans l'unité et préparer de fabuleux repas dans la cuisine bien équipée.

Les Snowbirds accueillent chaque hiver de novembre à fin février. Ce condo est une excellente option pour un couple ou une famille de 6 personnes maximum.

The property was well kept and our hosts were quick to answer any questions. The beach was gorgeous and we saw dolphins from our balcony every day we were there.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great. The pool was very nice and the beach access was perfect. The bedding smelled a bit musty, like it needed a good laundering. The microwave smelled very strongly like whatever had last been heated in there. Other than that, it was perfect!

Left early

Pool closed. They sent me a message prior to my arrival stating that there was an emergency maintenance repair but should be up soon. The entire pool deck was gone and under construction. The boardwalk beach access wasn't accessible due to this issue. I wasn't about to walk around the construction site on unlevel sand when I have back and hip issues. As far as cleanliness, sand all on tge bed, mold all over the shower curtain liner. I was only there 12 hours. This was my birthday present to myself on my first available day/weekend off this year and I was completely upset. No pool, no beach access, mold. Will not be back.

Good and bad

The condo was easily located and the view truly could not be beat. The decor was very cute and beachy. However, when we arrived we were almost knocked over by the smell of the febreeze plug-ins. We unplugged them immediately and soon realized their purpose. The entire condo had a horrible musty smell. It was the worst in the bedroom. Even the dishes in the cabinets smelled kind of musty andsour. (everything in my suitcase had to be washed when I got home due to the smell.) Kitchen counters and appliances were very clean but the floors were absolutely filthy. The tiles were practically black and we had to wear our shoes the entire time. When we moved the chairs to the table you could clearly see the outlines of the furniture where the floors had not been cleaned in quite some time. There was dust covering the light fixtures. And the ice maker was also broken. The hosts were made aware of these situations, but apparently there were some communication issues as they kept telling me they were trying to text/call even though my phone never rang. My phone was receiving calls/text otherwise so I'm not sure what was going on there. I find it hard to believe they were actually trying to get in touch. We were finally told there should be ice trays, which there were not. There was construction going on as well so there was nowhere to sit around the pool whatsoever, but it wasn't a big deal since we spent most of the time at the beach anyways. Great Location with beach view

Location was great with a few restraunts, shops and sweets within walking distance. Other restaurants were just a short drive. Great views of the gulf!!! Condo had everything you would need. Communication was great with detailed arrival and departure instructions. instructions.

Larger balcony on 7th floor Unit was super clean and didn't overdo the beach theme. Just enough but not too much. Management addressed all our small questions very quickly.

Excellent condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. Although Hurricane Francine crashed most of our visit, we were extremely cozy and conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. We came in and the place was really cleaned and smelt good. Robert was checking in on us and answered calls and texts quickly. We are definitely coming back here next visit.

Roaches are a problem

We had a terrible experience at this property, which seems to be poorly managed. The floor was dirty and covered in sand. My children’s feet turned black with dirt within minutes of arriving. Everything appeared grimy like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. But the worst part was seeing live roaches in the unit a few hours after we arrived. We called the property manager who was aware of the roach issue, but didn’t see it as a problem. We contacted VRBO, but that was little help. We were told their rebooking team would call, but we never heard from them. We ultimately canceled the rest of our reservation and found our own accommodations elsewhere. We eventually did get a refund from the property manager, but we had to push to get that. The state of this unit is not as advertised and should not be hosting guests until it is in better shape and free from roaches. You know the property is in bad shape when a six year old could tell how much cleaner our new accommodations were.

Enjoyed

Had a great time, room was clean and as described. Only a few things could be better; such as the dryer doesn’t dry very well, the bedroom TV remotes didn’t work, and a few more cooking utensils would be great. We also knew going on there was construction going on, however we didn’t expect to be bothered first thing in the morning to replace a door hinge that absolutely could have waited until we checked out the next day. Overall it was great and we would stay again!

Disappointed

arrived on Thursday, went to 7th floor and none of the rooms had numbers (painting in progress this week apparently), so we had to just enter our code on all the doors until one worked. -Friday went to our car to get beach chairs and approached by 3 construction men telling us to move our car across the street and if not the chemicals they were using to pressure wash would remove our paint. -Also Friday, was leaving to go to beach and again, construction crew at our door and wanted to replace the threshold to the door while we were away with the door unlocked, so instead we just had to wait till they were done. -after getting back from beach our room was blocked by construction gear (picture attached) -counter tops were dirty upon arrival with crumbs. - patio was not swept, had lots of sand from previous guest. -the condo has a ROACH problem, pictures attached! -we also lost power for acouple hours, ofcourse this was right during the time my wife was getting ready for a concert (the reason for the trip)and couldnt use blow dryer or curling iron, etc...not condos fault I assume but also not our fault. When you take all these factors in a 3 day period, it was just a terrible experience Pleaseet me know what avenue I need to use for my request of a partial refund, just to many issues not to. Terrible experience

Unit was not as nice as pictured . Had three days with workers replacing front door and frame , still not finished. No privacy with that , came in one afternoon with the door wide open and the workers gone to lunch . Had to hide our valuables every day . Elevator not working for a day and a half , staying on seventh floor walking up and down steps inexcusable. Found out when we got there they are painting exterior of building so we had to park across the street in strip mall parking lot . Not very happy , will not be back !

Great beach front condo in Perdido Key, FL

Nice property! Pretty beach decor thru out the unit! Clean, comfortable and has everything you need for kitchen, linens, bedding! HVAC works great, unit stayed cold but did smell abit moldy/mildew smell which we brought Lysol and air freshers to combat the odor! There was a lot of noise coming from workers repairing exterior of the building which was ongoing the 5 days we were there! We loved being so close to the water! Only 1 elevator serving 7 floors, so sometimes it was a wait to use! Pool was clean, warm and nice to swim in! You can rent chairs at beach but pricey! We would stay at this property again! Great/helpful staff too!

Perdido Skye vacation

Excellent location, excellent faculties. There was work being performed. while there. The work had been delayed and no control from owner. It is a great place to stay. I'll go back to Perdido Skye for sure. (Thanks Shelly)
