Beautiful, spacious property in a perfect location. Comfortably snug, a lovely sunroom for reading, living room for TV viewing, ample sized rooms and a light filled landing with views across the golf course. A quiet setting with a good sized garden and plenty of privacy. Lots of parking space in the driveway.
The house is in an excellent location to amazing beaches and Dunfanaghy. It could have done with a few more kitchen stuff like a baking tray more than one dishwasher tablet and decent knives. The house is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The information from Trevor was very good and he was very responsive when we needed to clarify how to turn on the hot water during our stay. Thanks
Very comfortable cottage, great photos of the area. Right next to local golf course and beach, and short drive to Rosapenna golf and beautiful bay. Hope to stay again!
Excellent location, house was perfect, all mod cons, easy check in/departure.
All rooms great sizes, having 3 bathrooms was ideal, the kitchen was very well equipped, large gardens.
Easy walking distance to both beach and town, there were 5 adults in our group and all said we would return and /or recommend
Trevor was very easy to deal with and his property is beautiful. It is ideally located 5 minutes walk to the beach and the town. Would definitely return.
This property is superb! So close to the beach, the golf course, and the village. It suited our needs perfectly, was spacious, and had excellent facilities. Brilliant!

This house ideally located - 5 mins walk to the beach, Dunfanaghy village, and right on the golf course with lovely views of Horn Head and across the wild Atlantic way. The house is very roomy with 4 bedrooms each with v comfy beds. The fire in the living room is modern and secure and very quick to
light. The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge freezer, good oven and has a dining table for 8. Next is the utility room with washer and dryer. Ideal. Bathrooms upstairs and down, plus front and back gardens in this enclosed new estate - we had the perfect place to stay. We plan to return.
Cottage was even better than expected from the photographs. Very clean & welcoming. All rooms spotless. Lovely wood burning stove that we made use of every evening & sun room was lovely to sit & relax. Bars, restaurants & golf club all a stroll away. Lovely meal in Lizzies diner & Sunday roast at Arnold's Hotel. Friendly welcoming village & Trevor gave us great information of where to visit & recommendations. Definitely recommended & we will certainly book again.
A great cottage, spacious and well maintained. Very warm when using the wood burner. Next to the golf club and 5 minutes to the village or beach. Loads of dramatic coastline to explore. Patsy Dans and the a Rusty Oven highly recommended.
We stayed in this beautiful house in July and it was lovely decorated - everything that you ever needed for a relaxing holiday. The owner, Trevor, was very welcoming and nothing was a trouble to him to ensure our holiday was a success. We met him a few times in the town when we were having coffee and he was very helpful giving us information on what to do and see. Within walking distances of the lovely town of Dunfanaghy was the beach, which was only a few mins walk away. It was next to the golf course and golf club which served great food. Lizzie's diner is a must, as is Arnold's hotel serving great food and toe tapping Irish music. Trevor is a great photographer and his work can be seen throughout Donegal.
May I take this opportunity to wish him well with this little gem of a house and I can't wait to come back.

We have uncovered a real gem in the picturesque village of Dunfanaghy, Donegal. The house is a beautifully well portioned house with the finest finishes applied at all aspects. It's location can only be described as ideal, situated off the main road and beside the golf course means you get wonderful views of the golf course during the day and at night it is extremely peaceful. If you have a small family like us, the leisurely 5 minute walk to the village is all by footpath, ideal for the reason of safety and convenience. The other benefit to the location comes from the road that splits the golf course and leads to the breathtaking blue flag beach. The walk takes 3 minutes from the house and you won't be disappointed. It's one of the cleanest and prettiest beaches we ever visited.
Dunfanaghy is surrounded by stunning coastline and wonderful villages. In particular, Glenveigh National Park is worth a visit. Their homemade food was a family favourite!
The owner Trevor was extremely polite and friendly. A typical Donegal man! He had great local knowledge, full of recommendations from places to eat to local attractions and was genuinely concerned about our holiday. By the way, he is quite the photographer!!
I would recommend this property to anyone and already have to a number of work collegaues. We will be back ourselves to sample the wonderful Donegal atmosphere and this great house.

Until recently a teacher in International schools, now a photographer living in Dunfanaghy, Donegal but travelling at various times of the year as a 'travel photographer'. The joint owner of 'Alternative Visions' running workshops and photo tours in Donegal and overseas.
The location is perfect for holiday makers wanting a good location in proximity to a golf course, beaches and the inimitable seascapes and landscapes of Donegal, Ireland. Dunfanaghy is one of Donegal's main 'honeypots' with a small but exclusive ambience.
Its location together with the way in which is is planned with space in mind and an interesting blend of traditional and modern. The floors and furniture are modern and all made of oak. It has a beautiful fireplace and wood burring stove with a very modern kitchen and dining area. The four bedrooms are comprised of a mix of 4 single and two double beds. The walls are a gallery of local and some global photography.
