Ceci est 1 des 3 superbes locations de vacances dans le bâtiment. Je n'ai pas beaucoup de critiques sur VRBO mais beaucoup de merveilleuses critiques sur d'autres sites.

Cette unité est située dans l'un des meilleurs emplacements de la ville, la bretelle d'accès au pont du fleuve Mississippi à 1 pâté de maisons du parking arrière. Il est à 1 à 3 pâtés de maisons des attractions, des restaurants et des bars, mais dans un petit complexe calme pour votre tranquillité. Accès LSU et Interstate pour des déplacements rapides partout en ville.

Il s'agit des EXTRAS. Nous avons de beaux matelas, des oreillers et des draps haut de gamme pour votre confort. La salle de bain a une pomme de douche SPA double et à main avec plusieurs réglages de votre choix. Les serviettes sont épaisses de qualité Prestige. Enfin, nous fournissons maintenant du savon, du shampoing et du revitalisant de qualité Matrix Salon qui ont été fabriqués exclusivement pour Wyndham.
Mais nous l'avons eu !! Notre objectif est d'essayer de fournir les choses dont vous avez besoin et que vous ne saviez peut-être pas.

Nous avons beaucoup de parking gratuit et réservé pour tous les clients.

L'unité est décorée à merveille avec beaucoup de caractère. Les lits sont moelleux avec de nouveaux draps et oreillers de haute qualité pour un sommeil paisible. La cuisine est complète avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et cuisinière à dessus lisse.

Il y a une cour commune au milieu du complexe pour se détendre aussi.

Nous fournissons un merveilleux goût de la Louisiane en fournissant le mélange Signature Café torréfié communautaire pour commencer vos matinées.

Great location to downtown

I had a bit of difficulty with the check-in process. The check-in message I received through VRBO listed the unit number and lockbox code. Upon arrival I discovered the lockbox did not have a key in it. Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with the property manager and found out that I was not in the unit noted in the VRBO message. Once the property manager informed me of the correct unit everything went smooth from there. I had to ask the property manager a question and received an immediate response. Don't let your initial sight fool you, the unit I stayed in was clean, decorated with modern fixtures and is within walking distance to most thing downtown.

Great quiet place

It was nice. Much more spacious then I thought. The internet did not work after the first day but it was raining really bad so I’m sure it was the weather. Everything is within 10 min drive. Even Walmart. It was quiet and I felt safe. I would definitely go back!

The property was in a convenient location for us. The deadbolt was broken so we only had the door lock. The apartment looked like it had been vacuumed but there was dust on all the furniture and it needed a good deep cleaning. The only shampoo and conditioners were what other guests had left. Not what was advertised. The owner was great with responding and communicating.

Convenient to downtown

We rented this unit for the weekend. We were new to town and visiting for my daughters volleyball tournament. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the Raising Canes River Center. Property manager was friendly and communicated well with us before and after our stay. The unit itself is older, but well maintained and very reasonably priced. Courtyard area was a nice place to sit and relax in the evenings. If we ever come back to Baton Rouge we would definitely book again. Also, we discovered a local restaurant for bbq and seafood that we absolutely loved. Pit-n-Peel and it’s less than 10 minutes from the rental. Excellent food and service. Do yourself a favor and check it out! Thanks again Paul for opening your rental to our family.

Clean, convenient. Not well maintained.

I get it. Downtown Baton Rouge is fun and always seems to have something going on..especially around some great LSU football games! This place was...just like the owner said...very convenient to downtown. I had no idea what type neighborhood we were in, but one of the tenants in the building....now these are his words, not mine...told me that “even though there are a few homeless people hanging around the street, it’s a great place.”. Personally, even though I did see a few, it was NO big deal, and we felt totally safe. His place isn’t exactly new, and there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s clean and fairly comfortable. But the place needs some TLC. We had an unfortunate big water leak in the kitchen ceiling which pretty much blocked our access Friday night to the refrigerator & half the kitchen. And the kitchen water faucet leaked badly, but we didn’t discover that until it soaked us. No...it wasn’t the end of the world..to us, anyway..and even though he was apologetic, I would’ve thought the owner should have offered us some small refund for our inconvenience. After all, we had to mop the place up and keep an eye on the water buckets and ceiling for him. After coming over Friday night to check on it, he never mentioned it again, which surprised me because his communication after our reservation & prior to our arrival was great. One thing he hit the nail on the head concerned the bus transport to the LSU stadium. The pickup spot was about a block down the street, at a great little hole-in-the-wall bar/restaurant. Very much appreciated this place & it’s service before and after the game. Really, even though my team came and got whooped by a very good LSU team, we had a good game experience with all the unexpectedly gracious Tiger fans we met!

First time in Baton Rouge!

We booked this to be close to LSU for a game and it did not disappoint! The unit was just as advertised and plenty of space for us. Paul was easily accessible if needed and made the check-in and parking super easy!

Clean and Convenient

The apartment was pretty nice on the inside, the area it was located in was alright, but it was quite convenient to downtown spots and around 5min from campus. Overall not a bad place at all. Would definitely visit again

Marathon weekend

Great place! Courtyard was so relaxing pre and post Louisiana Marathon! Easy to walk to downtown area for restaurant and grocery. Close to USS Kidd and LSU too.

Great place to stay, excellent location

Paul makes it very easy and casual to stay at this place. Close to everything downtown including museums and great restaurants (too many to try in four days). Do yourself a favor and go to the Jolie Pearl and don't be fooled by the bar-like appearance. Get the shrimp po boy fully dressed (of course); you can thank me later. There was a minor issue with a few others staying at the condos a bit verbally abusive after the game in which LSU literally destroyed my school. But that was out of the control of the property owner. I thought people that smoke pot got mellow but this guy was aggressive verbally. Bad winner, I guess. Everyone else around the property and in the city couldn't have been more gracious and kind. Southern hospitality, for sure. Overall I would stay again, no question.

I LOVED it!

Super great location, walking distance to everything, great price. Awesome place! Quiet, homey and the owner was SUPER helpful and friendly with things to do, location, and events that were occurring while I was in town! If I ever come back to Baton Rouge, this location will be the FIRST I try and book! Extremely happy. Great stay :) <3

My Louisiana roots run deep from the founding of the state. Yes, I've got the Cajun blood running through my veins. I enjoy travel, exploring new places, good music and especially good food. I'm always open to new experiences.

Setting up my place to share with Airbnb guest was a no-brainer. The downtown Baton Rouge scene has changed a lot over the years and has become the new HOTSPOT again. I can direct you to all the local attractions and the best restaurants around for your taste pallet.

I enjoy my hometown teams, LSU and the New Orleans Saints, but won't hold anything against you for supporting your favorite teams. My spot is minutes up the road from LSU.

I'm in the real estate and mortgage businesses so I'm pretty much available all the time. If I'm tied up I certainly get back with you asap. I try to give guests space unless you need something and I'm there.

So with all that said you can book my place with confidence you'll get the most out of your visit to Baton Rouge.
