Recommend for a quick stay

Getting through the gates was easy. Getting inside the house was a little difficult but quick to figure out . Pool and house looks great . Nice little welcome note from the owners n fam . But a minor issue . First day in the upper big room with bathroom I got welcomed by a big roach . But figured we in a tropical place it happens . The last night I’m clean and in the kitchen there was a little cockroach. Now I was feeling a little disgusted. One okay two or more a little concerning. And blankets in double full bed room had a little smell to it but with a quick wash it was easy to fix . Other than that had a great time. Easy access to every major park and restaurants . Can’t complain for a weekend get away.

Will stay again

I will definitely stay at this location again. The townhouse was clean and spacious for my family of six. The private pool and pond view was an added bonus. The other amenities of the resort was great too. We had an enjoyable stay

Family vacation

There were a few things that could of been better Ice machine didn’t work lock for sliding door to pool was broken. Great location loved having private pool just needs to have a few things fixed but we will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip

Good stay for our family

This property provided a good stay for our family while visiting the Orlando area. It was about 35 minutes from the airport and Universal. One hour from Cocoa Beach. Nice location for where we needed to go. Close to many restaurants and stores. More amenities than listed - lots of towels, toaster, blender, pots/pans, utensils, plenty of blankets and pillows, washer/dryer. There is also a nice pond you can fish at out back and another by the main lobby (need own fishing supplies). Some beds were not the most comfortable and some items were not in the best working order, but overall it worked well for our stay.

This management company has the worst communication and I would not recommend this place

The only thing good this place had going for it was it's location and resort pool. To begin we decided to go a day early due to weather with plans of going somewhere for one night, to find out the minute we landed that our reservation was canceled. When I called them all they said was there was a payment issue. Not once was I contacted about anything regarding payments and I had spoke to someone a week before to pay for the heating of the pool. No one ever said anything and just cancelled my reservation although it all said paid in full. Then after reinstating our reservation we pulled up to the complex entrance to not have our names added to their list so we could not enter. I then had to call and get us on the list before we could even get in. Once we get to our place the place smelled very clean, but the floors were sticky and when wiped with a wet paper towel they were black. There were 3 bath towels in the whe place for 6 of us. Multiple closet doors were broke as well as the toaster. There was absolutely no paper towels or garbage bags as stated in their description. There kitchen is extremely bare as far as cooking necessities. And when I reached out to the property management they kept insisting someone would bring some more bath towels and it was an empty promise. Also upon arriving I went to wash 4 new shirts that we bought and after washing and drying them I noticed bleach stains all over them! It appears someone (cleaning people) must of poured bleach in the washer tub and ruined a the shirts. I've reached out multiple times about this and the other things and they tend to get dismissed. The pool to the townhouse was not heated as I had paid for. They kept saying someone would come and that it was working. After a week on our last day it finally was heated, but then there was over a foot of water missing. To say the least we never got to use our pool. After staying on this property multiple times previous with different management companys I can sure say this experience was absolutely the worst. I would not reccomend this company or place. Finally on our last day they did respond with towels will be sent which never happened and that they would mail me a pool heating refund along with 10% off a future executive rental. Nothing else as far as my shirts or anything else. If you're looking for a place to stay in Orlando Paradise Palms is great.... executive villa management is not who you want to rent from! Big disappointment!

Spatious Peaceful, but be aware


Even though it was quiet and clean to sight while renting this property, there were roaches in the kitchen and living room. There was no iron to use and the pool was not clean, so we did not get in.

Bugs

This property is well used. That is ok but there were ants in all our food. We called and they came and sprayed. The beds are hard but I understand this property gets a lot of traffic so maybe that is why they choose FIRM mattresses. Location is great. Price is great but you get what you pay for.

Ótima opção, perto de tudo!

O imĂłvel Ă© exatamente como o das fotos. Perto da dos parques da Disney (15/20 minutos) e de Ăłtimos restaurantes e comĂ©rcio local. Ótima limpeza e cozinha completa com os utensĂ­lios necessĂĄrios. A agĂȘncia que gerencia a casa tambĂ©m Ă© muito boa e de fĂĄcil acesso por telefone e e-mail. Recomendo sem restriçÔes. Na correria, nĂŁo usamos nada das facilidades do condomĂ­nio.

This is a lovely home. Deff a self serve property tho, as it didnt come with any kind of toiletries or cleaning supplies shampo dish soap sponge toilet paper ect. The pool was the perfect fit for my littles ages ranging from 4 to 11. The beds could use updating. The living area kitchen included was amaazing. The good deff out weighed the bad for this property.

Multi Generation stay

Thank you for sharing your home with us! The floor plan was great for accommodating multiple generations (my parents and my children) with a bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the second floor. We were 6 and there was plenty of room for us. The pool is a perfect size for unwinding after a day at the park and the kids loved the community pool with its slides and zero entry pool. The gated community gives you a sense of security and privacy. Convenient location near to stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!!

Nice townhouse, well appointed

1st time using VRBO, had a lovely experience. The townhouse was clean. Love to cook, kitchen had excellent utensils and cookware, better than other units from what I hear. Very happy with the location, a bit away from clubhouse so less traffic and noise.

Didn’t spend much time at place but it was nice. Could have been cleaner, but i’m kinda a freak about that so most would think it was just fine. Had everything you could need and was very spacious. Did not heat little pool which we did not use but would recommend if bringing small children. Only complaint was the main pool/hot tubs closed at dusk...so 5 o’clock which was not much use since we were still at parks. Great location easy to get to all parks and restaurants stores.

Awesome , Great location , Great Decor , comfortable , quiet area , & highly recommended

1st off , I choose this condo over several others due to the nicer decor and bedding ect. Others were very old fashioned and dated. I was thrilled everything was as pictured when we arrived. Beautiful condo , comfortable (I personally loved the couch). All kitchen items we needed were available. The pool was nice to have too , perfect size. Although next time I’ll opt for the pool heat , was a bit chilly. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. We were gone most of the daytime , but when we got home from our daily adventures , we were happy to come back to the condo. I have nothing negative to say. However I do hope our trash was picked up , we did not know what to do with it since it’s not picked up on Sunday’s. I hope that worked out , we left it in the bin outside. By the way , the bench that’s a trash bin is a cute idea 😊. I even washed all the towels and the master bedrooms sheet set to help out before we left. I highly recommend this condo. I hope to come back one day for sure ❀ It made our first family vacation to Disney so much better. Let’s not forget the LOCATION is amazing. Sooo close to everything , but away from the crazy. LOVED IT !!!! Walmart , restaurants , gas stations, even an ice cream stop is right there. I could keep going. Thanks so much for opening your home to us đŸ€. Thanks , Jennifer Jimmy Alyssa & Ana
