Cet appartement 1 chambre récemment rénové se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du cœur du centre-ville de Charlottetown. Juste sur l'avenue, vous êtes à proximité des épiceries, des restaurants et le bus s'arrête juste devant.

Cet espace est situé au deuxième étage de notre immeuble avec votre propre entrée extérieure personnelle. Il y a un lit queen avec un canapé-lit (lit double). Nous avons l'air conditionné et un ventilateur debout pour les chaudes journées d'été.

Notre salon et notre cuisine sont à aire ouverte. La cuisine est équipée d'un four, d'un réfrigérateur et d'un four micro-ondes. Il y a une cafetière, un grille-pain, des casseroles et des poêles, de la vaisselle, des verres, des couverts et plus encore pour votre commodité. Nous fournissons à nos clients une Apple TV, Netflix et le wifi gratuit.

La salle de bain a une douche debout, ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse. Nous avons des serviettes de plage et de bain, et quelques petits extras de salle de bain si vous oubliez quelque chose à la maison.

Notre maison est à 2 minutes en voiture de notre immeuble, nous sommes donc toujours là si nos clients ont besoin de quelque chose ou ont des questions.

Great little gem in Charlottetown

Everything about this VRBO was exactly what we wanted. Very clean, easy check-in, lovely owner, parking and a great location. Grocery stores very close and walking distance to many restaurants and the waterfront area. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Modern, clean and excellent location

This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed in to date. The owners not only set you up will all the amenities and extras in their spotless property but they also respond quickly to any questions you might have. A close walk to the center town and definitely a rental I will be visiting again. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Home away from home

Cozy, clean, quiet, centrally located. Many generous details that we were not expecting ..including welcome notes, snacks and bathroom products.Hosts are extremely hospitable, available and extra helpful. A true gem of a place in the heart of Charlottetown . Would definitely recommend.

Great stay in Charlottetown

The apartment was so very clean when we arrived. Pictures reflected the property very well. Great spot for a couple. Close to downtown, harbour and restaurants. All within walking distance. The property is located on a busy Main Street. The street noise was the only negative.

Great spot.. Great location…very clean… Thoughtful hosts :) One mention the pull out bed may need a new mattress or a foam pad… it’s quite thin and uncomfortable with the springs coming through… Other than that great experience :)

Perfect Spot in Charlottetown

I stayed here for one week on a trip with my partner and his parents. We could not have been more pleased with the apartment. It was spotlessly clean with lots of storage and all the amenities you could want. Walking distance to downtown and an easy drive to the many beaches nearby. Philip and Kelli were excellent hosts who checked in with us and provided great suggestions on local dining and attractions. If we come back to PEI we would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

Exactly as advertised. Tastefully decorated, well appointed, spotless condo. Our hosts' thought of everything, from the welcome bottle of wine to enough coffee to get us started for a few days. We prepared a number of meals in the room and there wasn't a kitchen utensil, pot or pan that was missing.

Unbelievable experience

My wife and I came to PEI for the first time and we could not be happier with the property or the hosts. Philip and Kelli were amazing people and provided everything you could need for an amazing vacation. First time to Charlottown & PEI. This apartment made our stay so enjoyable & it was in a fabulous location. Kelli & Philip were so wonderful & so helpful with restaurant & lots of other recommendations. We survived Hurricane Fiona with their help, so generous, concerned & caring hosts. We would highly recommend this rental while visiting Charlottown. Only negative comment is the extra charges that are added on as it was a VRBO rental & there is so many additional charges that were added that hotel rooms don’t have. So that was a surprise when booked the room through Expedia.

PEI VRBO Oct 2022

We were a group of 3 adults from Manitoba in PEI for the U15 Soccer Nationals. This property was conveniently located for the games at UPEI as well as restaurants within walking distance. They have one bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed. We bought groceries and cooked breakfast and lunch in the apartment. The apartment was very modern and beautifully decorated. The hosts went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome. We were able to check-in early and check-out late since it worked out for their schedule as well. They responded to any questions very quickly. Overall we would give a five star rating and definitely would return in the future.

Fantastic Suite

This suite is beautifully decorated and has loads of extras like toothbrushes, deodorant etc for those that forget anything they need. There were beach towels in the closet along with sand toys as well. Upon entry you are greeted with a bottle of wine and some snacks on the kitchen island. The fridge had water, drinks and a snack. The closet in the bedroom is huge with extra pillows and a blanket as well as lots of hangars. Conveniently located near amenities and walking distance to downtown. The hosts are a wonderful couple who are knowledgeable about the area and willing to make suggestions for dining and other activities. Be sure to pop into their store downstairs to have a chat. They are kind and very willing to accommodate your needs. There is a cute little duck in the bathroom which we have taken on a journey. So many finishing touches in this suite that deserve recognition as an exceptional place to stay in Charlottetown. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone.
