Cette belle maison sur une él��vation 4420 pieds est la plus récente dans notre programme de location, situé dans la subdivision Eagles Nest. Cabine de 2 étages, avec des vues fascinantes. Profitez du spa extérieur avec des tables de pique-nique à proximité pour les réunions de famille. Porche couvert juste à côt�� de la cuisine avec une table à manger pour 6, plus une table à manger int��rieure pour quatre. Armoires de cuisine noir et comptoirs en granit, TV dans deux chambres et un grenier.

1er étage: Salon, cuisine, foyer au bois, appareil en acier inoxydable, table de salle à manger pour 4, v��randa couverte avec table à manger pour 6, bar, cuisine spacieuse, chambre de maître King avec salle de bain complète, baignoire de jardin, douche de plain-pied

2ème ��tage: Loft avec coin salon, Chambre Queen avec deux lits jumeaux, salle de bain complète avec baignoire de jardin, Chambre à deux lits

Great house

Took the family to go skiing at Catalloche ski resort. Perfect location to everything you need, but secluded with incredible views. The house was big with everything we needed. Definitely would recommend staying here if you are visiting Maggie Valley or Waynesville.

Paradise in the Smokies

This cabin is beautiful and well maintained. It has everything you need. Very clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed staying here. Gorgeous sunrises!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third rental on Smoky Mtn. Retreat.I am never disappointed with any house we have rented here at Smokey Mountain Retreats. Everything we need, the mountains, it's just so beautiful. We always come back to this same Eagles Nest and it is a highlight of the year, twice a year. There is so much to do, don't miss Buttered Biscuit and Waynesville's Mass Gen. Fun places. So close to Asheville an Biltmore. Easy access road.

Mgt was called to bring us clean blankets and they did an excellent job of replacing right away. Cabin was very dusty also. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Perfect place for our winter getaway

We enjoyed 5 days of skiing and exploring and being in awe of the beautiful views. The privacy of the neighborhood was a plus and the kids could have spent an entire day at the community park. We would love to return soon!

Escape the Florida heat in luxury

The road up/down was challenging for a Floridian, but the average temp of 74* for the month of July was worth it. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and the furniture very comfortable. The owner and prop mgt were very responsive to our needs. I couldn't recommend more highly!

Family Vacation at Pilot's Paradise

It is beautiful and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a fabulous week in the mountains. The cabin had room for everyone to spread out, a gorgeous view, well-equipped kitchen, and all of us enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and large porch with comfy furniture.

This was by far the best experience we had yet. The cabin was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities you would expect and more. Summer Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property in 2019 and again this year. We had some issues with it in 2019 especially the satellite reception then. The reception this year was even worse. We got very few stations if any most of the 2 weeks we were there. My wife missed Wimbledon finals, we missed most of the NBA finals and missed most of the British Open. We are not huge TV watchers but having nothing available via satellite was not good. No local weather in mornings to plan the day. Fortunately the Internet connection was pretty good for Wi-fi. To be fair the owner did try to correct the reception problem (could not), arranged for technician to come out, however; they cannot go up on the roof where the dish is located, so nothing was done. Trees and/or branches need to trimmed to facilitate reception or the dish moved to a different location.

Smokey Mountain Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pilots Porch was a wonderful place to stay. The pictures on the site don’t do it justice. Well appointed rental. The sunrise was spectacular every morning. The switchbacks were fun. We videoed the trip up to show friends and family. The only thing that needed attention was the grill. It needs to be cleaned before summer guests. We visit Maggie Valley almost every year. My granddaughter enjoyed the playground. We enjoyed the PowWow in Cherokee, Maggie Valley shopping including Cabbage Rose, Maggie Mountain Crafts. The Biltmore in Asheville was wonderful. I would definitely stay in Pilots Porch again.

Wonderful Stay!

The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated, spacious, and has many wonderful places to sit and enjoy the mountain view. This house was perfect for two couples and a child. The loft pictures don't show it, but there is a giant tv with surround sound in the loft which was great for watching movies on a rainy day. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which makes for an ultra comfortable stay. If you plan on cooking, I would take inventory of their dishes/pan, etc. before you get started. I found the kitchen a little less equipped than I would need if I was cooking for the entire trip. But, it suited our needs perfectly. The drive up and down the mountain is an adventure. I would recommend four wheel drive. You get used to the switchbacks, but it can be nail-biting at times. :) It's worth it though. The management company was professional and we had no need to reach out with issues during our stay. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend Pilots Perch to anyone looking for a cozy mountain retreat. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Pilot’s Perch Pre-Christmas Family Getaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Pilots’s Perch despite a few unpleasantries. Overall the home was clean, however, the coffee pot had molded coffee in it when we opened it up. The garage was very messy and hot tub area and grounds could of used a little picking up (gutters laying on the side yard). After the first day we realized the refrigerator wasn’t working properly so we had to keep our perishables in a cooler outside. We had an unwanted guest (a mouse) living in the kitchen that got into our bread and chips. Although we weren’t as pleased with the property itself, we were pleased with the Smokey Mountain Retreat rental company. They were professional and accommodating, allowing us to change our original reservations after a family emergency. We enjoyed the properties views and amenities, however, we will look at staying a different house for our next visit.
