Notre douce maison sereine est situĂ©e en face d'un parc et d'un lac. Il est Ă  distance de marche de nombreux magasins et endroits pour manger. Il n'y a qu'une seule route Ă  prendre pour aller Ă  la plage! Notre propriĂ©tĂ© a des planchers en bois, une cheminĂ©e, cour clĂŽturĂ©e, patio, mezzanine et terrasse qui surplombe un parc. Si vous recherchez du repos et de la dĂ©tente, c'est le bon choix! Le meilleur de tous si vous avez un membre de la famille Ă  fourrure, ils peuvent ĂȘtre avec vous aussi! Je suis un enseignant spĂ©cialisĂ©. Si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit ou d’aide pour dĂ©cider oĂč aller, nous ne sommes qu’à dix minutes! Vous apprĂ©cierez absolument Sarasota et le temps est spectaculaire!

Great Location and Bird Watching

We had a great stay at this property. There were plenty of dishes and towels. The beds were comfortable. We loved sitting on the front porch watching the birds. It's a quick drive over to Crescent Beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Carrie was very responsive to messages I sent.

Best Pet friendly place

Host was very helpful with recommendations for beaches, dog parks and restaurants. We needed to check in a bit earlier due to fur babies and made it possible! House was clean, cozy and a great yard fly our pups. Highly recommend

Wonderful Host!

Carrie was so helpful throughout our stay. She was in constant communication whenever I would message her. We had 4 animals with us and truly appreciated being able to bring them with us. Backyard is fenced in so we didn't have to worry about the dogs. The house is cute and homey, very pet friendly with all the little signs hanging around. It is in a great location, especially if you're staying on vacation!

Had the owner told us in the ad that they had bugs we would NOT have stayed there. I feel we deserve a 50% refund as the owner was less than honest in our accommodations. The owner left a message for us on the refrigerator that said because this was in South Florida and that it was 'bug season' we could expect this. That is not right because we stayed in another home in January and had no bugs. Sincerely, KE and ME

Cozy little place

The property was clean and ready when we arrived. The layout of the house was a little strange as the master bedroom had a loft, like it was set up for kids. But if you are staying with children I'm sure they would love it! The property owner had everything labeled so there was no confusion. We found it very helpful and had a great stay.

Great stay!

The place was great and the pups loved running around the yard. The pictures don’t really do it justice because in person it is bigger then we anticipated. It was super close to everything and close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and they left great recommendations on were to eat.

Dog friendly, close and cozy

We stayed there 3 weeks while our home close by was being remodeled. Owner was a delight! Answered every question I had. We and our pups loved all the birds!! So many useful tools in the kitchen from Keurig to Espresso machine! Close to Publix and easy delivery too!

Wonderful wedding trip

Home owner had everything labeled and had everything you need and more for a getaway. Great indoor screened back porch and fenced in yard. All utensils needed to cook with and even spices and seasonings. We forgot our shampoo and she had some there to use.....really no others words but amazing to describe home owner and experience. Extremely hospitable

A Happy Anniversary trip..

Very happy with this booking, lovely cottage, all rooms nicely decorated; well maintained, very clean and stocked with everything you needed to feel like a home away from home. Nice fenced in back yard for our pup to roam and play. Close to many attractions to visit and lots of restaurants if you wanted to dine out. Also close to beaches. Our host, Carrie, left lots of helpful suggestions on places to visit, also Carrie was always available to answer any questions or if you needed to contact her. We plan to return later this year, catch up on some places we did not get to see. Highly recommend this property.

Great lil' getaway

The owners were absolutely the BEST!! They were so great to deal with; easy communication, quick responses. The place size was perfect for us and how they allow dogs without any extra fees is fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here for easy access to the beaches. Will use again. Thank you.

Sarasota Cottage

This cottage was ideal for our family. We were coming into Sarasota for a family party. We were close to everything! The beach and our family! We had to come on late and the owners were so nice to have some lights on for us. The home is across from a pond. There is a loft in the main bedroom which my kids climbed onto to check out birds by the pond. The bathroom is a bit small, the eating areas were open, the back yard was fenced and a nice size. We were not at the cottage for much time due to our plans so we didn’t take advantage of the yard. This was just right for the price and location.

The house was clean but small. Back yard and screened in porch were messy. No outlets in the bathroom more pots and pans needed.

Getaway long weekend

The cottage was very cozy and dog friendly with a fenced backyard which is why we chose this property. Disappointed though with what was listed as a lake and park across the street. It was a small lake with no access to walk around and the park didn't have walking trails wasn't much more than a small grassed area. We walked the neighborhood with our 2 dogs to get a feel of where we were. The neighborhood was a little questionable so we only walked it once. If you are bringing dogs this might be something to consider. The cottage is in good location to grocery store, restaurants, beach and other attractions. We enjoyed the coziness of the cottage and it being dog friendly. We also enjoyed taking them to the Beachfront park to walk by the water and Mayakka State Park both are about a 15 min drive. Mayakka has great trails to walk the dogs. The owner was very sweet and responsive.

We have 3 beautiful boys, 4 dogs, and 3 cats! We have been truly blessed in our lives and wish to share our home so you can see what life should be!!! Sarasota is a hidden gem and like us I am sure you’ll want to stay in paradise!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Less than 3 miles to the beach. Our home is the one road to Siesta Key! The cottage is close to everything. You can walk to many restaurants and shops. I love the fact that not only do you hear the sound of beautiful birds in the morning, but plenitude of sunshine is exactly what the soul needs!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Nature view, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, deck overlooking a neighborhood lake, loft, fireplace, wood floors, and a screened in back porch with outside backyard deck. Our home is pet friendly and the backyard is fenced in for privacy. Best of all pets are FREE! This is a cute smaller home that is close to everything.
