April was a wonderful guest. I was so delighted to meet her and her husband. She made me feel so good that she complemented me on my decorating and liked it so much. She her self is a gem . I too will be looking so forward to them coming again. Such a warm couple just delightful ! They took care of my home same as it were theirs. Thank you Chanel

Nathalie and her family were truly great ! Loved having them and it makes us feel so good that they enjoyed the house so much and their stay with their family. We could not ask for a nicer family to choose to stay in our rental. They left the place as if we’re their home. We will be so looking forward to them staying again . We so enjoyed meeting Nathalie and her family.

Disaster Yes ! Day of arrival check in was at 3:00 pm . They asked could check in any earlier because they had food with them. I allowed them to arrive 3 hours early. I greeted them and they loved the house ! They brought all their things in. Next thing I know the husband comes walking out of the master bedroom and says there is no TV ? Well the husband became irate you could clearly see he was mad and very angry that he had not or perhaps his wife had not read the amenities Clearly that TV was not a amenity in the house.. I spent near 2 hours trying to please them . I opened double front doors and 2 other doors going to the porches off living room. Yes this is a 3,000 sq ft home. It would be costly to let all the A/C out to trying to appease someone and than cool the whole house down again. There just was no pleasing him. He storms outside to his wife than comes back in a few minutes later starts removing their things not saying anything to me. I ask are you leaving he says yes and I’m sure you are a very nice lady and I’m sure you will give us a refund. Than his wife says and you should list this as a smoking house. I said that will never happen as I’ve told you there is no smoking allowed. My home has all high end furnishings and beautiful works of art as well. So they left and I was sorry I tried to do what I could. They all wore thick white mask 😷 smelling through them is difficult.They never removed their mask not once . I can barely breath through mine as I’m sure most people feel the same and get a stuffy nose too .Yes there were pipes out in the house they were from my deceased husband Collected over past 45 yrs. There were no cigar butts all over the lawn. He states he saw a display of pipes that doesn’t mean there smoking in the house. Clearly he is assuming there was smoking so to say our home smells disgusting is so unkind and definitely not a true . Our home is immaculate. Gave TV’s more thought and we have since put a 50” 4K smart TV in master bedroom and 43” in queen rooms.We have repeat guest and have never had a complaint such as this. There is not a justified reason to refund their stay . They choose to leave over no TV if truth be told by husband.. His wife left a new bottle of water in the house when I handed to the husband in my face he emptied it on too the driveway as if I had the virus Just because I touched it. This was so not nice. They knew I had to go to work and made me 25 mins late. So rude they were.

It was so nice to have you and your family stay . You were great guest and hope you will come for another stay again sometime. It was delight to meet you. Merry Christmas to you Andy our family.

Regan was a wonderful guest and we hope will return time and time again. Took care of our home with great care as if it were her own. Just delightful guest. Was so kind and sent us a wonderful picture of our home that she caught on a perfect weather day that added a great look of Fall in the picture. That was so kind and thoughtful of her. It was such a delight having Donna and her husband stay. We too enjoyed getting to know them and getting to spend time with them. We very much will be looking to them staying again. ! Such a cute couple .
