Bienvenue à notre South Haven Brockway Beach House! Nous sommes les fiers propriétaires de cette maison de vacances idéale à la plage. Grande disposition, taille, salles de bains et commodités pour deux familles à partager ou à étaler et à apprécier. Deux canapés-lits apportent la capacité de notre maison confortable à 12.

Imprégnez-vous du soleil du matin sur le perron de la pergola. Chargez le tout nouveau chariot de plage pour la marche rapide de deux blocs à Oak Beach (chaises de plage, parasol, glaciÚre et jouets fournis). AprÚs une journée de soleil, de baignade et de sable, rincez-vous dans la douche extérieure avant de préparer le dßner sur le barbecue à gaz naturel Weber nouvellement installé. Terminez votre journée autour de la fosse à gaz facile à utiliser en sirotant des cocktails ou des smores.

Sous-sol fini comprend une table de billard, nouvelle télévision à écran plat avec Direct TV, lecteur DVD, et un systÚme de jeu Wii. Nous avons une petite bibliothÚque de films et beaucoup de jeux de société.

Barre humide complÚte au premier étage pour les adultes - apportez simplement vos boissons préférées! Mangez dans la cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et une table pour quatre. Salle à manger séparée qui est ouverte aux siÚges de cuisine 6-8. Belle terrasse avec table de parasol et des siÚges, ainsi que des chaises longues. Le terrain dispose également d'un panier de basket et d'une allée pour le stationnement hors rue de jusqu'à 4 voitures.

Profitez de tout ce que South Haven a à offrir de notre emplacement calme et pratique. Marcher à Oak Beach ou faire une courte promenade ou conduire à de nombreuses autres belles plages publiques. Le centre-ville de South Haven se trouve à environ 1,5 km. Profitez donc d'une agréable promenade, d'une balade à vélo ou d'un trajet en voiture pour vous rendre dans tous les restaurants et magasins.

TOUS LES LINGE DE LIT SONT FOURNIS. S'IL VOUS PLAÎT APPORTER VOTRE PROPRE SERVIETTES DE BAIN ET DE PLAGE (comme seules les essuie-mains minimes sont fournis).

Loue généralement du samedi au samedi pendant les mois d'été. Email via VRBO pour demander des exceptions. Nous répondrons rapidement. Les locations 2019 seront du samedi au samedi.

Excellent place to stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property & we love it. My sisters & I are planning on staying here every year for our sisters weekend. This property is clean, spacious & we loved the back yard, patio & fire pit.

Would definitely stay here again at this location. Home is decorated so cute. Short walk to the lake. They have so many items available for your use. I thought I was organized bringing everything I needed. What I forgot, was easily located in the cupboards, closets or drawers. Communication is top notch. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

Perfect house for a family vacation

The house was immaculate, and had anything and everything you could ask for during a family vacation. The private backyard with the gas fire pit was a huge hit at night,and it was a short walk or drive to all the beaches. Hope we visit again!

Spring break ‘21 on Lake Michigan

The property was excellent for our family with 2 kids. Lots of games, books, and toys in the garage, the house is one block away from the beach, and close to everything. We had a great time, highly recommend.

This was a great property and so close to all the north beaches and an easy walk downtown. My only issue was the lack of a bath tub traveling with small kids. Other than that, it was fantastic!!!!

Very relaxing week!

We had a wonderful week in South Haven at this property. The house was very tastefully decorated and comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 7 children. We also appreciated being able to use the kayaks and other beach toys in the garage. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful property and owner!

Once again, 117 Brockway did not disappoint! This home has everything you need and is always super clean. Jen, the owner is very nice and so easy to work with. Location is great, close to the beach but yet provides a quiet retreat. We love our time in SoHa at this wonderful home.

We loved this house! Plenty of room and convenient to town and the beach!

We visited for our fall break and the house had everything we could possibly need. The kids loved the basketball goal, the pool table and all the games. The beach is only a block away and the kids did a “polar plunge”. Town is less than a mile away too and an easy walk. We can’t wait to visit again next year!

We are so excited to share our beach home with you and we look forward to providing you with a wonderful vacation home experience! We live in Chicago and have 3 kids who love the beach! We have been frequent vacation home renters and we will strive to provide our guests with a fantastic beach home experience!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Over the past few years we have been visiting Southwest Michigan. We quickly fell in love with the beautiful beaches and sunsets. As we learned about each town, we knew South Haven was the place for us! Our home provides a quiet, yet convenient oasis. Walk to the closest beaches, or take a short drive to explore the town and the many other beaches which make South Haven so special. We have also discovered that we love South Haven in every season. Fall, winter and spring offer no crowds while enjoying shopping, dining, Lake Michigan, orchards, cranberry harvest, wineries, biking and hiking trails, ice festivals and skating in town, day trips to Saugatauk, and so much more that we have yet to discover or learn about from our guests. It is our hope that you will find everything you need and more in our comfortable, well maintained and well equipped home.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The gas fire pit in the yard is so easy to use and makes for wonderful way to wrap up each night! The easy walk to the beach can't be beat with our beach wagon and beach chairs/toys for you to enjoy. The front porch with a pergola overhead is so inviting. Plenty of room to sleep 12. 2.5 bath. Pool table and new TV in the basement. These are just a few of the many benefits of our South Haven home.
