RĂ©servez notre maison pour l'obtention du diplĂŽme et profitez de vacances dans la vieille ville historique du Colorado pendant que vous ĂȘtes ici! Grande vie en plein air. Quelques attractions locales: l'hĂŽtel Broadmoor, Red Rock Canyon, le parcours de golf Patty Jewett, Old Colorado City et le centre-ville de Colorado Springs.

Il est situé à distance de marche des commerces, bars, restaurants, randonnées, VTT et de nombreuses attractions touristiques situées sur le cÎté ouest de Beautiful Colorado Springs. Nous avons une maison super propre et rénovée avec des vues spectaculaires sur les contreforts, Pikes Peak et le jardin des dieux.

Il y a un patio extĂ©rieur ensoleillĂ© et lumineux pour visiter et profiter de notre beau temps et 320 jours de soleil par an. Il y a un patio couvert ombragĂ© Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine oĂč vous pouvez faire griller un steak, allumer un feu rugissant dans le foyer extĂ©rieur ou simplement vous asseoir, vous dĂ©tendre et visiter. Nous avons une table de ping-pong et des stands de fer Ă  cheval.

Il y a 3 chambres situées au niveau principal, la suite principale a sa propre salle de bain attenante privée et un lit queen. Une autre chambre a un lit queen et l'autre a 2 lits jumeaux. Il y a une salle de bain complÚte juste en face du couloir. Il y a une "ambiance" moderne rétro du milieu du siÚcle dans le salon et la cuisine lumineux et ouvert avec une cheminée à bois.

Le sous-sol a un wet-bar, une télévision grand écran, une table de ping-pong, une table à cartes et une 4Úme chambre avec un lit queen et deux lits jumeaux, parfait pour une famille avec deux enfants à «superposer» ensemble. Il y a une belle grande salle de bain rénovée avec une grande douche.

Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur, et il y a aussi beaucoup de stationnement!

La maison est située en hauteur et sur une colline et est située dans l'une des plus belles rues de la vieille ville du Colorado.

C'est un trajet panoramique de 45 minutes jusqu'Ă  Cripple Creek, parcourez 50 mils plus Ă  l'ouest sur certains des plus beaux cols du Colorado et vous ĂȘtes, et vous arriverez dans le comtĂ© de Summit. Les villes de ski de Brekcenridge, Keystone, Frisco, Dillon et Copper Mountain sont d'excellents endroits pour skier en hiver et profiter de l'hospitalitĂ© et de la sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© des montagnes qui abondent.

L'amphithéùtre Red Rocks et le concert Fiddler's Green sont à Denver, à proximité, et accueillent certains des meilleurs musiciens du monde.

This charming retro house met the needs of two senior couples, a 40 something and a teen for our 4 night stay to attend a wedding in the area. Our schedule was so tight we didn’t get to use the outdoor area much, but it is so inviting. The house is well supplied for travelers. The three bedrooms and two baths upstairs were perfect for older folks while the suite downstairs allowed the younger people to disappear happily. The location is amazing - so close to everything in the COS area, just minutes to Garden of the Gods, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs, etc. We loved watching the deer on the lawn and walking down the street! A great bargain in a beautiful location!

Good property in Colorado Springs with plenty of room for our family. Plenty of room for our group, and good set-up. Enjoyed the spa. Retro theme for certain. Kitchen missing some basics (limited silverware), and no dining room table in doors for a larger group (8 of us). Great views from the front yard.

Great Mid Century Modern in good location

My son was married at Garden of the Gods and it worked out great. The Garden was less than 10 minutes from this house. The house is unique and we had a great time staying there!

Great stay

We had a wonderful visit! The house was just as expected and the owner was wonderful to work with. Beds were very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the outdoor space and the ping pong. The house was well equipped with basic supplies and toiletries which was appreciated.

We spent one night in this cute home as we traveled between national parks with our 4 young adult kids. Everyone in our group had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the entertainment it offered from ping pong to the outdoor space with the hot tub and corn hole. It was a great break from our strenuous hiking and skiing. The host was gracious and communication was excellent!

Perfect house in perfect location!

My family of adult children and I stayed here for a weekend visit. It was like walking back in time, in a good way! The decor was very retro 70/80’s and very cool! Accommodations were comfortable and there was a TON of space! We enjoyed games in the downstairs, and watching football and using the hot tub in the backyard. The location was perfect for visiting Garden of the Gods, the Cheyanne Zoo, and walking around the wonderful town on Manitou Springs. Wish we had more time! Nancy was a great host, communicating throughout the checkin and checkout process. Will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Great place to stay and enjoy Colorado City and the area!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the property. The location was perfect for our adventures and the house had wonderful spaces to gather as a group of 8 or in smaller groupings (including "seniors," and a 5 and 7 yr old). The inside and outside living spaces gave us lots of options, including hot tub, fireplace, dinner on the patio, and even views of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. We had plenty of parking in a quiet and nice area with a cul de sac street. The accommodations are pictured accurately and Nancy was easy to work with. We'd plan to stay here again if we return for another family gathering to Colorado Springs and area. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Everything you need retro retreat!

Wow!! Nancy the hostess is awesome, understanding and very kind and easy to work with. Location is incredible! Close to everything we wanted to do and more!!! This home is like walking into a time capsule. The vintage vibe is real and exactly what we were looking for! We love how clean and well maintained everything is! This home is charming, thoughtful and fun for people of all ages!! My family and I appreciated this experience! We’ll be back!

Lovely Stay

Nancy’s property was the perfect home for our stay. It was my 85 year old grandmother, my two kids (13 and 9) and myself. The home is located on a quiet street, a few blocks to the strip and about 10 min to Manitou and Springs. Nancy called prior to our arrival and was in constant communication to ensure all was good. The hot tub was on and ready for us when we arrived which was much appreciated after the long drive. The backyard is awesome and used every day as well as the ping pong table. Nancy has thought of every detail and was a very pleasant host to interact with. I highly recommend.

Best stay possible, great views and home!

This home and Nancy impressed us right away. Great communication! We were in town for a wedding, and couldn't resist staying here for our base. The views out the front are amazing from the front patio or inside. The outside back patio was amazing as well, and great to listen to and enjoy the rain showers. The home was as clean as you can get! The main bedroom had a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The AC works great in every room. There is NOTHING I would change about this home, except I would own it! :) This home is so relaxing, with the Garden rocks one way, and Pikes Peak the other way. You can even see the highway, and the lights going each way. Watch the rain move in. Enjoy the cool breeze and no mosquitoes (when we were there, but a few black flies that thought I was juicy). Great location but little traffic.

Retro Room for Everyone!

The property was exactly as described. My family thought the retro decor and furnishings were super fun. 4 bedrooms with SEVEN beds!! Loved the backyard fireplace, hot tub, and hang out space. Wonderful location just blocks from Old Colorado City and minutes from Garden of the Gods and Old Manitou Springs. We frequently had deer in the yard and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Fantastic communication from Miss Nancy. Overall a great stay!

Great Get-Away Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our planned activities
we went to Garden of the Gods several times since it was so close. The hot tub was relaxing after a day on the go. The view of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods from the front yard was amazing. The bedrooms were perfect for our group’s size. We fixed most of our meals at the house. The weather in July was perfect for the outside table, as there was not a good indoor eating arrangement for our group of 6 adults and one teen. Another note, the best bathroom is in the basement
.the Master bath is convenient, but pretty tiny. Our host, Nancy was still at the house when we arrived and gave us a tour. She also called and checked in halfway through our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Time and Amazing View

I don't know which was the best part: view from the front window, hot tub, location or plenty of room for everyone. All of the above!My husband and I celebrated the holidays with our three adult children at this wonderful home. We used all the amenities - streaming, ping pong, grill, outdoor fireplace for s'mores, outdoor tv and of course the hot tub. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of spaces to come together. We cooked in for several meals and ate out at local restaurants - easy walking distance. So close to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and more. The view from the front picture window is just amazing. The daily visiting deer were a treat. And the host is perfect! Very friendly, not intrusive at all, and quick responses to the couple of questions we had. Highly recommend this property for families and group get-togethers.

We have a huge family with 8 adult children and their spouses and 18 grandchildren and one great grandson. Our family is a blast! Al is a former Airforce Academy Boxing Coach and Airforce retiree. Nancy is veteran real estate licensee and investor. We live very nearby and love engaging with visitors from all over the world. We'll be happy to come over and visit while you're here!
