California Beach moderne maison sur la côte du New Jersey. Ambiance décontractée, beaucoup de lumière naturelle. 3 minutes à pied de la plage, vue sur l'océan depuis le balcon à l'étage.

Marcher sur la promenade au nord à travers Ocean Grove dans le parc Asbury, ou au sud à travers Avon, Belmar et Spring Lake. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants à Bradley Beach, de petites boutiques, etc. Essayez de surfer, faire du vélo ou simplement vous promener. Il y a quelques terrains de jeux pour les enfants w / à distance de marche.

Il y a habituellement un couple de vélos w / locks autour pour l'utilisation. 2 min à vélo en ville aux restaurants et magasins. 7 minutes en vélo à l'historique Ocean Grove. 12 minutes en vélo à Asbury Park. UBER ou LYFT pour sortir la nuit en ville.

Great house for a week at the beach! Owners are very responsive. House has all the amenities and good location. That we could bring our pup was a huge bonus and he loved the fenced in back yard.

Great location to the beach. Beautiful house that was open and bright. The yard was very nice and perfect for outside activities. The house was very well appointed with the needed essentials. We certainly would stay at this property again in the future.

Great Holiday Stay by the Ocean

The house was beautiful, clean and well appointed with all of the necessary household items. The location was ideal and the fenced in yard was spacious. Owners were very responsive and nice, we would certainly stay again.

Fantastic Shore House

This is a perfect shore house in a great location. It has so many little details that you wouldn't think about and it's very clean and well maintained. We loved our stay here and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful modern house!

Wonderful property exactly as pictured. The master bedroom is gorgeous. Even with the cold weather we enjoyed walking with our dog to the beach to watch the sunset. Communication with hosts was easy and quick. We would love to come back in the summer!

Family Wedding at the Jersey Shore

Great house with amazing location so close to the beach. Modern & roomy with great layout. Bedrooms/bedding very comfortable. Lovely back yard & front porch. Owners very friendly & responsive. Would love to come back again and stay!

Fantastic Vacation Home!

Beautiful accomodations, exactly as photographed. House was stocked with everything you would need. (I did not need to pack an outdoor cooler, beach chairs, sheets, towels etc). Excellent location, 1.5 blocks to beach. We were 10 adults and everyone had a very comfortable stay. Many places to be between backyard and multiple decks. Fabulous week!! Would definitely stay here again. Fabulous and helpful hosts. 5 star all the way

Ideal house for vacation

We had a wonderful time renting this house for 2 weeks. The house was beautiful and stocked full of amenities that were very much appreciated. The location is perfect and offered easy access to Bradley beach boardwalk and beach. The owners went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. During our stay I lost my diamond from my engagement ring and the cleaning people found the diamond and the owner dropped it off at my sisters house a few towns away. Very trustworthy group of people. I would absolutely recommend renting this house and I hope to do so again next summer. 5+ stars all around

2nd visit to Bradley Beach property

This was the 2nd year that we stayed at this fabulous property. They add some outdoor furniture in the backyard since last time we were here. Chris responds immediately to all texts. We love staying here as the house is clean and well stocked. Hope to visit again next year!

Great property for a family vacation

This is a great property for a family vacation. The hosts were super responsive. They conveniently equipped the house with baby gates and a high chair which was incredibly useful for us. The location is a short block from the beach which makes it a nice location for traveling families with small ones.

Beautiful Beach Property

This house is even better than advertised. Chris and Christine are great, accessible hosts and really thought of everything! House is so close to this beach and has great upstairs and downstairs outdoor sitting areas. Nice backyard too with brand new furniture. Centrally located in Bradley as well. Thanks for an unforgettable stay Chris & Christine! We will definitely be back.

Perfect house, perfect spot

Decompressed in this beautiful home. Clean, comfortable, as lovely as pictured. Great location to walk up and down the beach or to town. Porches and nice yard add to the charm. Very dog friendly. We had no kids, but great house for family. Hosts very responsive. We hope to be back!

Beautiful Bradley Beach Digs

The house was large, beautiful, clean and centrally located. You can see the ocean from the master deck as the beach is a block away. Chris was a great host and quick to respond via text. Beautiful and 2 min Walk to the Beach

This home is gorgeous. Owners have designed it beautifully. Everything has been meticulously thought through to make the experience excellent for their guests. The views from the master bedroom balcony and front porch cannot be beat and it’s less than a two minute walk to the beach. Our kids really enjoyed the spacious backyard. Overall would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

My wife and I built the house in 2011. We lived in Bradley Beach and it for 7 years and now for the first time we are putting it up for rent. The house design is Inspired by modern architecture typical of what you'd see in California. So a little bit different than your standard victorian or seashore colonial.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Quick walk to beach, close to Asbury Park. Great restaurants w/in walking distance and you dont really need to drive a car if you're comfortable riding a bicycle. :)
