Ne cherchez plus pour votre aventure à Sun Valley! Idéalement située sur le 15e green du parcours de golf d'Elkhorn, cette maison de 4000 pieds carrés flambant neuve sur la scÚne de la location de Sun Valley propose 4 chambres King avec salle de bains (dont deux maßtres), une chambre avec lits superposés pour les enfants, table de billard, cour spacieuse avec un grand barbecue, bain à remous pour 6 personnes, foyer et une "cuisine de cuisinier" entiÚrement équipée. Notre maison dispose de tous les nouveaux meubles (installés en 2018), de la climatisation centrale et plus encore! Internet haute vitesse dans toute la maison avec téléviseurs à écran plat «intelligents» dans toutes les chambres, salle familiale, salon et salle de billard. (Family Room et Master ont également Apple TV). La «grande salle» a des plafonds aux poutres apparentes de style lodge, une cheminée à bois du sol au plafond et une salle de billard surélevée.

Notre maison dispose également d'un garage chauffé pour deux voitures et d'un parking hors rue pour 4 véhicules supplémentaires.

Veuillez noter que notre maison n'est PAS à l'épreuve des enfants et, par conséquent, ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 4 ans.

Home is as advertised. Nothing is lacking. Kitchen is completely stocked with excellent cookware and barware. Spices and condiments are provided. The bedding is also top notch and very comfortable.

The house was nearly perfect. Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Backyard easily hosted 8 adults for dinner and conversation after around the fire pit. Spotlessly clean. Everything as described. Owner very communicative and helpful before and during stay. Couldn’t have been better. Would definitely stay again when coming to Sun Valley

Best Vrbo rental ever

This was the most well appointed rental I have stayed in. The kitchen was exceptional and the host had so many glasses in the kitchen that for our large group it was perfect. We had 8 people in the house and didn’t have to worry about running the dishwasher to make sure we had enough glasses, plates, cutlery etc in between meals. No shortage of towels either! Very private yet convenient to the bike paths across the street and truly 5 minutes to ski at Bald Mountain.

Great home with all the amenities. Beautiful neighborhood with easy access to bike/walking trails and great view of Hole #1 on golf course. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sun Valley.

Paradise home in Ketchum

This home is absolutely FANTASTIC! We had a family event in Sun Valley and this home elevated our experience to another level. It’s beautiful and has every amenity imaginable. The hosts are the most gracious hosts we’ve ever had making sure we had all the information and were taken are of. I highly recommend this house for your rental needs in the area and feel lucky if it’s available!

Great property!!

The house is amazing! A definite upscale house! It was clean and very inviting. The kitchen was well stocked, with much more than most rentals provide. The location was fabulous, right on the golf course in a quiet, beautiful area. The owner was quick to respond to questions we had. The bike trial was across the street end gave access clear to Hailey. We loved riding around town and up to the resort. I highly recommend a stay here. You won’t be disappointed!!

Outstanding Family Home Base for Wedding

This home was a truly PERFECT home base for our family during our daughter's wedding week! Easy and quick access to Ketchum/Sun Valley. Fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces made great gathering spaces but with ample privacy with 4 of 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. First floor master suite with door to outdoor patio was perfect hair/make-up/getting ready area for bridal party, and there is a 2nd floor master, as well. We loved the fire pit and comfortable outdoor furniture. Christy was an outstanding host, so quick to respond to all questions, both before our visit and during our stay. Stay here. You'll be so glad you did!!

This is the perfect luxury host house for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out and entertain. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen! Everything you could need/want in the house. Great location, convenient for everywhere you want to go. We would come back here without hesitation.

Amazing!

The house and the service was absolutely incredible. All of the instructions and assistance were clear and helpful. Absolutely everything was labeled and had instructions. Check in/out was a breeze. The house was so well stocked and better than the pictures depicted. The house was an easy five minutes to town and even closer to the ski resort. The layout of the house allowed for 4 adult couples and one child to visit comfortable but still have privacy. The back yard was great for our little one to safely play in the snow and a beautiful backdrop for some impromptu family photos. The hot tub was an extra bonus! The owner was so helpful and politely stayed in touch without being overbearing. She was very responsive when we reached out. No complaints other than we wished we stayed longer!

It doesn't get better than this!

A yearly ski trip with friends is always on our schedule and this year we chose Sun Valley for our destination. When looking for accommodations, i look for certain needs for our group of professionals and this house checks all of the boxes! Everything from booking, check-in, and checking out was seamless. The host, Christy, was very attentive and prompt with checking in to make sure things were good and responded within minutes for requests or to answer any questions that we had. The house is absolutely as advertised, and had all the amenties you could need. Plenty of cookware, spices and enjoyed the pool table and jacuzzi after a great day on the slopes! There is no question, we would book this home again and again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home to stay at when visiting Sun Valley.

First Class Stay!

Our group of 4 couples was in town for a wedding and we had a delightful stay at this property. It was just as described and more. The owner was very responsible and helpful. The home was beautiful with lovely interiors and a great outdoor entertaining space. It’s a short distance into town- not too close and not too far away with paths just across the street towards the mountains and Into the city center. The house was extremely well stocked - they have thought of everything you could have possibly forgotten. Thank you for a great stay! We would love to visit again sometime!

Stellar Private Elkhorn Home

This home rocks and so does Christy! Great space both indoors and outdoors and not a detail overlooked. Private setting in a great Elkhorn location on the golf course. Quality throughout the house

Gorgeous house

This place is stunning. I’ve stayed in dozens of vacation rentals claiming to be “luxury.” This place puts them to shame. En-suite bathrooms in 4 of the bedrooms. Truly high end chef’s kitchen. Gorgeous finishes throughout the home. Great location in Elkhorn with community amenities. Great place. Would definitely stay here again

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased this home because of the fantastic Elkhorn golf course location and privacy. We also were happy to find a property in Sun Valley that was traditional in style.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our home offers 4 King bed Bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom facilities. Additionally our home features a "Bunkroom" with one twin over full and one twin over twin bed. (Please note that the Bunkroom does not have it's own dedicated backroom. All bedding/pillows are down alternative. Additionally, our house offers a billiards room with large flat screen TV.
