This location is perfect for families! Plenty of space in the condo for parents and kids- this one had a pack and play, highchair, and kids utensils! Super helpful. The beach is an easy walk through the pool area and over some small dunes. The multiple pools and splash pad offered endless entertainment for our young kids. The host was very easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

Fairy clean room, overlooks the resort, pool and waterfall. You can see the ocean at the far left corner of the balcony, but still a gorgeous view.

Great view and room!

This was our first time staying at waterscape and we absolutely loved it. The room had everything we needed and had a good view of the pool and we were still able to see the ocean. The resort is perfect for families and has a lot of things for kids to do. We will be booking again next year for sure!

Great Condo and loved the Resort

Family Vacation

This property was great for young families, and anyone looking for a stress free vacation! Beautiful and large pools, easy beach access, and includes beach setup for stress free enjoyment! This condo was well maintained, great size for family, and the resort was very clean! Will definitely be back

Our fall break stay

We have stayed in this condo before and booked again! It’s a great one, we can see ocean and bottom pool, and we are right across the elevator. Owners were great to contact and we will book again in the future!

Great location

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Waterscape B312 unit. Very spacious and nice balcony overlooking the pool and you can see the beach/ocean. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely would stay here again.

Great unit ,very clean,easy walk to the beach and great choice for family and fun the pools and play areas were great and the gas grills were a big plus.

Amazing Condo!

This was the best family vacation I could imagine. The resort/condo was beyond our expectations and so reasonably priced. We will be back every year. This trip was nothing short of magical!! Very nice inside, good location, can watch the Wednesday Okaloosa Pier fireworks from the balcony here, great view of the main pool area, just very nice overall. I would stay here again.

Waterscape Experience

We're stayed at this condo repeatedly over many years and it never disappoints. Tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean, and close to the elevator. If there is a problem it is promptly addressed. Love the amenities and closeness to the beach. Great family condo. Will continue to book this condo in the future.
