Your Own Oasis est une nouvelle retraite 3bed / 2bath, avec piscine lagon privée, proche de la baie et de la plage sur l’île Anna Maria. (RBT19-000064)

Holmes Beach et Anna Maria Island vous attendent, à vous et votre famille, avec cette retraite d’île construite sur mesure (2013). La grande salle centrale est un endroit merveilleux pour se réunir pour partager un repas ou jouer à un jeu, tandis que la configuration de la chambre séparée crée une certaine intimité. Planchers de bois franc grattés à la main et plafonds de 11 pieds complètent l’attrait des maisons. La cuisine entièrement équipée dispose d'appareils électroménagers haut de gamme et d'un ensemble lave-linge / sèche-linge pour faciliter votre séjour. Il existe également un système de filtration de l'eau à domicile complet.

Derrière la cour arrière clôturée se trouve une piscine lagon privée, avec beaucoup de terrasse pour se détendre après une journée de divertissement sur AMI. L'emplacement central fait de cette maison la base idéale pour toutes vos aventures sur l'île. Il est proche du tramway de l'île (1 pâté de maisons), juste derrière la marina pour lancer votre kayak sur la baie. La plage est facilement accessible à pied. Vous êtes à proximité des nombreux restaurants appartenant à des chefs si célèbres sur l'île. Il y a un garage pour une voiture et deux vélos ont été fournis pour votre exploration de l'île Anna Maria.

Nous proposons un plan de protection contre les dommages couvrant jusqu'à 3000 $ en dommages accidentels à la maison. Vous pouvez vous retirer du plan de protection contre les dommages et déduire les frais de 49 $, mais nous exigerons un dépôt de garantie de 1 000 $. Wonderful stay!

House is exactly what you see online - spacious, clean & Suzanne was excellent to work with. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/Tupperware, just under 1/2 a mile walk to beach and bikes make it handy to get around. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. As first time visitors to AMI it was a great spot, we will be back!

Delightful stay in AMI Very close to the waterways

Property was just as described and pictured online. Lovely decor, nicely kept and well-maintained. Very clean. Sheets, towels and bedding all nice. There was one dish towel in the kitchen drawer that needs to be tossed. It is all stained. A little difficulty with the shower faucet and the toilet in the first bathroom on the left. But overall a lovely property and very comfortable for At least four people. Also very well stocked for cooking as well as a day at the beach for fun in the pool. Management group was very responsive. Indeed, a little oasis of your own. Thank you.

We loved everything about this beautiful and comfortable home

This home ticks all the boxes: it is spacious, beautifully furnished, private and well located. We have rented homes and condos on AMI for over 20 years, and this is one of the best and most comfortable ones we've ever lived in. It has beautiful art on the wall and rugs on the floors, exquisite pieces of furniture and an especially well-equipped kitchen. We like to cook and give dinner parties, and were easily able to accommodate as many as ten for sit-down dinners making use of both the dining room table and the outdoor table and chairs in the garden. Being able to cook on a gas stove was a special treat on the Island, where electric stoves are just about all there are. The garden is an absolute delight, beautifully landscaped, completely private, amazingly quiet except for the birds, and with a nice lagoon pool for cooling off on a hot day. Suzanne, the manager of the property, couldn't have been nicer. When little things went wrong (they always do -- like burned out light bulbs), she was always there in an instant doing whatever needed to be done. Appliances are new, beds are comfortable, TVs are in the living room and in all three bedrooms. We couldn't have asked for anything more. One matter to note: the garage is small -- our 2-door BMW just made it, with about one inch to spare front and back. Any larger car would fit in the garage only if the door is not closed, or would have to park in the driveway. We felt as if we were living in our own home the entire time we were there.

Beautiful property. Perfectly clean. We could not have been happier!

We could not have been happier with this rental property. Very good condition, perfectly clean with nice clean furniture, couches (no spots, tears, crumbles). It has a beautiful small, very private backyard with a small but nice and clean pool, comes with nice outdoor furniture, a clean grill, sun umbrella and everything you need to have quality time in the backyard. The property also provides you with plenty of beach supplies like a beach cart, beach umbrellas, some floating devices, children's beach toys, beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, etc. It comes with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is nice and clean and has everything you need (big sink in granite countertop island, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, etc... The 3 bedrooms are nice, clean, with beautiful furniture, all rooms have TV, and the 2 bathrooms are spacious, with a big modern shower, and in perfect condition. The walk to the beach is not long, it took us at our pace with 3 children 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach entrance at 73rd street. It really was our own little oasis on our trip to AMI and we were super happy with everything! The cherry on top was that the property management was also super nice and helpful! They allowed us to check in early and we were allowed to check out a few hours later. They went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable, amazing vacation!

A Wonderful Vacation!

"Your Own Oasis" was a really lovely property-it was very clean, well maintained and beautiful. The pool was a great bonus for evening and night swims-we loved it! Suzanne and her team were absolutely the best-very attentive and on top of any needs! We loved AMI-the beaches, the sunsets, the food-it was all wonderful!!

Great place to vacation

We truly enjoyed our vacation here. The home was beautiful. It was spacious and very clean. Had everything we needed and then some. The pool was great l!!!! Thelocation was amazing. And communication with the owner was always almost immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

Good stay

House is very nice. Well equipped. Pool is small with partial shade. Only one lounge chair but patio area is very small and prob can’t fit more. Not too far from beach, but long walk if carrying beach gear, recommend golf cart or bikes if staying at this house. We are regular ami visitors and have stayed at many houses on the island. This one is good considering price and ammentites.

Great stay on AMI near the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach home. It was well appointed with everything you would expect, and the pool and short walk to the beach were as explained and certainly enjoyed. The location to restaurants like the Ugly Grouper, Sandbar and the Waterfront was very convenient.

Book with no worries !

We stayed July 2021 and had a wonderful experience. The house was meticulous. The owners responded to any and every concern. The house has comfortable amenities. The pool is shaded, but that is nice on days you don’t want to be in the sun. If you have mobility issues, be aware the house is elevated and has steps, but not many. The windows are tinted to keep the Florida sun from warming the house. They have 2 large fans in the living area that keep the house cool. Every pot you could need is provided. The towels are plenty and soft. The house is a short walk from the beach, but the Florida sun can cook you, so we did drive and parked with no issues by the beach. The house provided one beach umbrella, but I would suggest a cabana instead. 4 adults trying to squeeze under the one umbrella wasn’t easy or enjoyable. In the Florida sun, most use a cabana. This house is located closer to the north end of the island, so it is much quieter- which is what we loved. Check out sunrises on the bay side and sunsets on the beach side. Pine Avenue shopping, Two scoops ice cream, North Street cafe is a must for coffee and avocado toast! Book a private boat with island boat tours & adventures and dolphin watch during sunset! Local food store is a 5 min drive. So many places to eat. Take a trolley around the island, eat at the ugly grouper , get your picture at the AMI jail house, play miniature golf on the south end of the island! So much to see and do and staying at this house adds to your enjoyment. The owners address it all in a matter of moments, they care about your stay and want you to enjoy and come back! This is the best house on the island!

Didn’t want to leave!

My family of 5 loved this property! It was just as advertised. Pool was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked. House was spacious where we all had plenty of space. 2 full baths were great. Bikes, beach chairs and beach cart were so helpful to have to use! We wanted to stay longer and will be back for sure in the future! Loved AMI!

Pandemic vacation

Anna Maria Island felt completely safe with mask required and social distancing everywhere! I was super impressed with the island’s safety! The house was amazing and one of the most well maintained houses we have rented over the years. Super clean and house had a personality with all the art work! Pool was a little cold but a great size for our two kids!

Fantastic Stay

We enjoyed staying the week at YOUR OWN OASIS. Everything was just as the photos showed. We enjoyed the pool being shaded in the evenings after a long sunny day at the beach - it was refreshing. The only negative would be the heat pump. They ask you to keep it at 74... there were very hot days & the heat pump had a hard time keeping up. It got 78-80 inside a few evenings. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed this rental! Would definitely stay there again!

Our week on Anna Maria Island was great! The house fit our needs perfectly - the perfect size for the six of us, beautifully furnished, perfectly equipped and thoughtfully accessorized. Suzanne was a delight to deal with, from our first contact right up until check-out. And she was immediately responsive to any enquiries. Anna Maria Island was a very pleasant surprise for us - the perfect way to spend the christmas week. It's a tranquil oasis with great beaches, nice shopping and services, and only a short drive to all the attractions of the Tampa/St.Pete's/Clearwater attractions. If life brings us back to this region, we will be sure to check back with this property.

Amazing stay on the island

Travelling as a party of 4 adults this property fitted our requirements perfectly, is was very well stocked in terms of cooking utensils and other items you may need during your stay, beds were really comfortable and the rooms where spacious, it matched perfectly to the pictures shown online. The only slight negative about the property was that we found the pool is a little too shaded making it a little cool as not in the sun although on the positive side it’s very private. Thanks to Suzanne for being attentive throughout the process.
