My husband and I stayed with our giant dog for 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was beautiful and very peaceful. We visited a few beaches in the area but kept coming back to the cabin as the private water access was unbeatable. The cabin also provides many different areas to hang out outdoors so we never got bored

We absolutely loved this cabin and the host was wonderful. She always got back to me when I had a question. The night sky was magical. Being able to see the Milky Way will be a forever memory. The sunrise and sunsets were stunning. We will be back for sure.

Our vacation in Tracy’s cottage was amazing!It is so beautiful out there .There were everything we need in the cottage and even more.

We really liked it because its a quite and more private location. The house is clean and you have everything you need. We for sure plan to go there again.

Unbelievable time

Tracy is the best. The cabin is perfect for a family or a group a friends. It's clean and has everything you need. This was our second time stay here and we will be back

Quiet & Peaceful

Our family enjoyed staying at this cabin for a week together. The screened-in front and back porches are an asset to this property and make enjoying meals, late night games or early morning coffee at sunrise easy to enjoy without sharing the moment with pesky bugs or mosquitoes. The beach front is great for small kids to enjoy with shallower water - note: bring aqua shoes to navigate the rocky shore line a bit easier. The kids spent hours in the lake and enjoyed ice cream at The Narrows campground a few minutes away. Our gracious hosts provided us with all the timely information we needed to get the most out of our stay (booking, prior to our stay and during our stay) and were always ready to help. Wonderful hosts! Their cabin has everything you need for a family vacation at the lake.

Perfectly Relaxing

We absolutely loved our time at this rental! Even on Labor Day weekend, it was quiet and relaxing on that part of the lake. The owner, Tracy, is simply wonderful and kind. Her communication was very prompt and professional, answering any questions we might have. We loved the outdoor spaces, especially the screened back porch. I honestly think we spent at least 50% of our time there. The “small touches” all through the cabin were great. They were like little Easter eggs that we would keep finding! Tracy, thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness! Oh, and the wine! It was delicious!! We hope to see you again in the future.

Great family weekend

Our family had an amazing time at Edgewater Escapes. The cabin had everything we needed, lot of games and movies for the kids, plenty of towels, and so many other little extras all over, totally exceeded our expectations for sure. Tracy was an excellent host, always available when you needed her, but not intruding. She knows the area and was very helpful. The fishing (the main attraction for us of this trip) was excellent. The kids caught plenty of fish and had a great time doing that. Tracy was kind enough to supply a filleting table to make it easier, thank you for that. Definitely recommend this property to anyone. Thanks again Tracy for a great weekend.

Week of perfection

Our stay at Tracy and Lorne's was perfect for our family vacation. The location was great and cottage has everything you need. The outdoor BBQ and table area was used every night as it fit our party of 8 nicely. The kids loved the water mat on the lake and the dog enjoyed going for walks around the neighborhood. We had a great time and we will be back!!

Perfect family cabin

Our family had a great time at this cabin. Our kids loved all the movies and games inside, and had the best time playing in the water, especially on the lake mat that is anchored off shore. The owners were always available if we had any questions, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely book again. Thank you Tracy!

Our stay at Edgewater Escape

We really enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater Escape! Tracy was very accommodating and provided more than we expected, as we overpacked lol! The cabin was very clean and a great location, huge yard for little kids to play in. Tracy let us know that meteor showers were forecasted and we saw them which was awesome! We took advantage of seeing every sunrise and sunset. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay! Thank you, Tracy & Lorne!

Stylish small town comfort.

Thank you for a terrific weekend Tracy! Everyone enjoyed themselves. You are welcoming and accommodating and provided us with more than enough information about the cabin and surrounding area. Beautiful location with lots of activities to keep busy. Various great spots for water activities and fishing within walking distance or a short drive. I would certainly revisit.

Exactly what our family was looking for for a cabin getaway. Lots of style and all the amenities.

Our family of 4 just returned from Edgewater Escape and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The cabin is spacious, newly renovated and has all the amenities you could ever need. We could have stayed on the back screened in porch forever. There was lots of grass for the kids to run around and play on, and then the lake just a few feet beyond that. There is also a dock just steps away. Tracy was an excellent host and caretaker, always nearby when you needed her but never intruding. She had lots of great advice and useful info about the area.
