Magnifique condo au 5ème étage Oceanfront Puerto Vallarta Studio à partir de 50 $ la nuit.
À quelques kilomètres au sud de la vieille ville à côté du Park Royal Hotel.
Vous n'avez pas besoin de voiture. Nous sommes juste sur la ligne de bus. Il faut environ 50 centimes pour aller jusqu'à la vieille ville environ 6 $ pour un taxi.
Nous avons notre autre condo 5 étoiles en bord de mer au 5ème étage sur VRBO (239356) depuis de nombreuses années.
Le condo a été rénové avec de nouveaux carreaux, boiseries, beaux meubles et décoration.
Le lit King super confortable a un surmatelas en mousse à mémoire de Costco.
Le coin cuisine comprend un réfrigérateur de la taille d'un appartement, un deuxième réfrigérateur intégré au centre de divertissement, une cuisinière à deux brûleurs, un four micro-ondes, un grille-pain, un mixeur et une cafetière. Nous appartenons au club de blanchisserie des bâtiments. Gratuit pour votre usage ..
Nous avons une nouvelle TV Ultra HD incurvée de 50 pouces, une télévision par câble avec plusieurs stations en anglais, un lecteur DVD et une chaîne stéréo Bluetooth pour vous permettre de connecter votre téléphone. Nous avons également un nouveau système AC climatisé.

Excellent value for the price- it is right above the industrial ac units of the place next door- but quite frankly, it became white noise in the background and for the price, we got over it pretty quick- and would absolutly stay here again. a beaches, little market right onsite with all the basics- the restaurant onsite is decent- a hidden gem for the frugal crowd for sure…

Location, location, location. Right on some of the best beaches in Vallarta. The hosts are always as accommodating as they can be based on the bookings of the unit. The staff if the condos are friendly and helpful. The unit and entire complex is clean. The price isn't bad and the property is located on some of the best beaches in Vallarta. The only downside is the constant drone of the air conditioning system of the adjoining hotel. At least the sound is consistent so you do kind of get accustomed to it.

This unit has a fantastic view! Nicely decorated and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful beach towels and chairs with umbrella if you wanted to have one in the sand, but we just used it on the balcony for shade. This was perfect! Plenty of fridge room with having the big wine fridge also. Bed was wonderful, water pressure was strong in the shower, so perfect.the owners Matt and Deidra are very responsive and gave us tons of good advice on what was around to do and places to eat etc. they are very responsive and helpful! We highly recommend renting from them. Thank you for allowing us to have this lovely stay! Sue and Kevin. 10/10 trip

The location of this studio condominium grew on us through out the stay. The experience, beauty and fun got better each day. Whales entertained us each day, as well as music nights at the restaurant on Monday and Friday. So convenient to have a market on site for snacks. The only negative was the air conditioner noise from next door but the positives out weigh the negative.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, which boasts direct access to two of Puerto Vallarta's most beautiful, clean beaches just steps from the room. The stunning ocean views lasted all day, and the suite itself was highly functional, equipped with everything needed for cooking and cleaning. Having an on-site mini-market was incredibly convenient and helped us save on dining out.The location is excellent—centrally located near the area's best beaches and less than ten minutes from the Malecón, with a convenient bus stop right outside the Girasol building. While the downstairs restaurant and bar were convenient, the food was just average (3/5 stars).There were a few drawbacks to note: we encountered unexpected extra fees at both check-in and checkout (cleaning fee) despite we always clean up after our stays. Additionally, the ambient noise from the adjacent hotel's turbines unfortunately masked the natural sound of the ocean waves. While the room's cleanliness could be improved—specifically regarding dust and debris left under the bed—the bedding itself was exceptionally comfortable, offering some of the best sleep I've ever had.Overall, the owners have put great effort into creating an enjoyable stay, and we appreciated our time here.

Perfect Stay

Well appointed Studio with modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Pool and beach are beautiful and the on-site restaurant serves delicious meals at very reasonable prices.

The room was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool was lovely and the restaurant was great. The beaches were fabulous. The air conditioning worked very well, thank goodness. The noise from the building next door A/C exhaust system was so loud we could not enjoy the amazing view from the patio or leave the front door open for fresh air circulation.

Excellent Getaway

I've always loved Girasol Sur, and Matt and Dede's condo was fantastic. This condo had great AC and was exceedingly comfortable after a hot day on the beach or in town. Will definitely rent again.

The property and location were lovely. The room was well equipped. Property and staff wonderful. Our main issue was that we could hear the neighboring condo industrial air conditioning unit fans directly next to the room. This is our biggest complaint, that the VRBO description of the unit was not transparent about the loudness of the AC unit from neighboring property. This was especially very loud from the outside patio, which we love to sit out on, and enjoy the view of ocean when relaxing at the condo. The sound was so loud it drowned out the ocean. So not enjoyable from that standpoint. We could also hear it all night as a low white noise when doors were closed. Maybe not a problem in cooler months.With that said, we have enjoyed our stay at the complex several times before, but we were in other condo units, beginning with 06-12 numbers on any floor. I would actually highly recommend staying at Girosol Sur, but in a different condo. Buen viaje!

Semana Santa Stay

The unit is as advertised and perfect for a couple. The property is in a good location, next to some of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta; that's the reason to stay here. The owner responded very quickly to an issue that we had early in our stay. They get an A for being good managers/owners.
