We traveled from Ga and vegas was our 3rd and longest stay, house was big and back yard was spectacular, like being in a tropical paradise. We were in great area and the house was just what we wanted, comfortable with a little vegas glam!!
We were in town for a bunch of family celebrations and wanted to spend time away from the strip. We would travel into the downtown area for activities and food and then come back to the house for some relaxation. The outdoor pool, hot tub and TV were a hit with everyone and was a great way to wind down.
Easy check in. The location was perfect. The backyard "oasis" was relaxing and was a nice spot to get away from the sun. I would definitely consider staying here again if we ever make it back to Vegas.
This home is so fun and amazing. Spacious oasis in the desert. Wonderful use of space and delighful kitchy decor! Step back into the 80s with this awesome space. Oh and the pool area? Unreal. Watch your favourite movies at the swim up bar!! My family was in heaven.
Fantastic accomdations. Clean, spacious and close enough to strip that itâs a quick Uber away. Great communication and fast response from property manager to any questions. But what really sets this property apart is the pool and spa. Second to none and better than most! Did not want to leave!
Great place to stay if you do not desire to be right on the strip. Plenty of places to eat within a short distance. Always have a quiet place to relax in after the bustle of the strip. The host is very responsive to inquiries throughout your stay. We had a great time.
We can to Las Vegas to celebrate my husbandâs 50th birthday. The house was perfect and had everything and more than we needed. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and the layout of the house was awesome. The pool table was a lot of fun and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would love to book the house again. Thank you so much for a perfect house for our vacation.
This was the perfect spot for our anniversary trip. We lounged around the pool and hot tub during the days and and at night went down to the strip or the art district. This was exactly what we were looking for. We avoided the crowded pools at the hotels and were able to relax during the days. At night we would hit the town and it was short Uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be staying here again.
This place is a cute little get away. Made for light entertaining, privacy, and relaxation. Natural light, soft tones, and retro feel are all wonderful.
There are some things I would upgrade, but overall this place is a winner.
We will definitely return soon.
If youâre looking for a break from the strip, and over priced hotel rooms, this is an excellent option. Richard was easy to deal with and met our every need, including heating up the pool to 87F!!! We had to drag our wives out of there! Lol
A very pleasant stay, and having a pool / outdoor oasis while in the middle of 109 degrees -- a big plus. I spoke to Richard about VRBO indicating the property is listed in a not so desirable area, but he clarified that it is in a quite residential area. True to his description, a beautiful set-up and quiet at night.
We have visited Las Vegas many times n this by far was one of our nicest stays. The house was emaculant n the pool is large in fun. The house is spacious and is equipped with all the amenities. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed sun filled days by the pool. This was an awesome stay and wonderful way to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The neighborhood was nice with plenty of stores close by. The owner was very accomodating and made the process stress free. Would stay at this house again when next visit Las Vegas.
The pool is amazing! This was the only property I could find with an oasis type backyard with waterfalls. The house itself has a very 90âs Miami feel to it which I love. Open concept and huge living space with a huge living room TV. All rooms are spacious with a television in each room. Richard the property manager was great. The power did go out at one point but that is expected with rolling blackouts in the desert. Richard however kept me updated and power was back on within an hour or so. I would definitely stay here again.
we had a great stay, the only thing that bothered me was the dishes were dirty. Im talking the dishes put away in the cabnets have dry food peices in them and the knives in the block have meat residues. The plastic bowls and cutting boards had food stains which is very understandable, but the glass dishes/ cups, and stainless steel knives arent.
Not a very good area. Sketchy people walking buy keep the gate shut at all times They Kept our deposit even though we got the insurance and made a $2500 claim against the insurance saying we disconnected the pool pump đ€·ââïžWhy would we do that. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else
This home is a hidden gem, with a pool set up comparable to barbie's dream house. Everything is extremely clean, inviting, decorated tastefully. The interior is a perfectly preserved time capsule of the mid-90's (think Casa Walsh, Beverly Hills 90210). Vintage cocacola items were paired with the pool table and bar, the decor was tasteful. The beds were VERY comfortable and the AC kept everything cool in 111 heat. The kitchen had every ameninity we could want, and the house felt spacious for the 3 of us (my husband and my sister enjoyed this palace to ourselves for a birthday weekend). The best part about this home is the privacy, even though there are houses nearby, with the waterfall running there is peace and tranquility. This was a thousand times cleaner and more comfortable than the best resorts. The host was responsive and kind, and we sincerely appreciate him sharing this home with us.
For starters, Richard was responsive to us, which is a plus. We arrived and once Richard open the door and we got inside to tour, disappointment sunk in immediately. The inside of the house was VERY dated and from the furniture being old and warn out to each of the bedrooms having personal items in closets (snowboard, coats, boxes ect.), carpets stained and actually torn and pulling away from walls. The bed mattress are so old they have a mattress toppers on them making a good nights sleep hard. The inside was certainly a huge disappointment to say the least. The best part was the outdoor pool area, which is where most of the photos are taken. Stereo did not work which was another disappointment, but we did bring a speaker that worked well. Personally, we will not stay here again for the price we paid.
