Immeuble de luxe achevé en novembre 2007; Luxueux condo de 1450 pieds carrés, deux chambres, deux salles de bain avec une grande terrasse de 400 pieds carrés équipée d'un barbecue à gaz, deux coins salon et une table à manger pour 4 personnes. Près de San Jose Del Cabo au KM 29 sur une autoroute à 4 voies.

Une propriété unique pour les clients exigeants. La plage de Costa Azul est l'une des plus longues et des plus belles plages de la mer de Cortez et abrite cette luxueuse propriété en bord de mer de 1450 pieds carrés. Haut de gamme dans la conception, la décoration et les équipements, il offre une vue panoramique panoramique sur l'océan, donnant sur trois piscines et l'océan au-delà.

Les grands espaces de vie et de salle à manger ouverts sont servis par une cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée récemment rénovée avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une télévision à écran plasma de 42 pouces et un centre de divertissement dans le salon.

Les chambres, la cuisine et les salons donnent tous sur les piscines et l'océan avec des baies vitrées du sol au plafond donnant sur la terrasse. L'immense terrasse de 400 s / f est entièrement équipée pour la cuisine en plein air, les repas et les divertissements ou le bronzage - avec trois coins salons dont une élégante table ronde pour 4 personnes. Patio a également un NOUVEAU barbecue à gaz de luxe en acier inoxydable Ducane.

Accès par ascenseur aux grandes piscines chaudes et froides, bain à remous, court de tennis (à venir) et salle de fitness dans un immeuble commercial par l'autoroute. À distance de marche du dépanneur (Traders Mini-Super) et de l'accès à la plage, trop de restaurants, dont le restaurant `` Mama Mia's '' de Coral Baja (à côté) et le restaurant Zippers Beachfront (5 minutes à pied sur la plage). Les restaurants de restauration rapide (Domino's Pizza & Subway) sont situés à 2 minutes à pied sur l'autoroute à 4 voies dans le développement Coral Baja à côté. Mega Grocery Store (comparable à un grand Wal-Mart) est à 2 pâtés de maisons.

El Zalate est situé à quelques minutes en voiture du centre de San Jose de Cabo pour certains des meilleurs restaurants de la Baja ou pour le golf, le surf, la plongée en apnée et la pêche en haute mer de classe mondiale, tous situés sur le tronçon du couloir. Amazing condo and property!

This unit is top notch! Very well maintained . We have stayed in several VRBO’s in the same area, this condo was our favorite. It has amazing views and very relaxing! This is the perfect place, the property is very beautifully maintained. We prefer San Jose over Cabo area, great beach, no vendors! We will definitely be back,Les was a great host.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

My husband and I had a very relaxing 30 days at Less's Condo at El Zalete . The Condo was very comfortable and the view was spectacular. I enjoyed the use of the computer provided because I did not bring mine. I was able to order Christmas gifts and take care of answering emails easily. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the patio furniture was very nice. We actually spent most of our time on the deck reading and ate most of our meals there as well. The location is great, the beach is beautiful. Shopping and restaurants are close by.

Just what we needed

Fabulous condo with amazing views! We needed to escape the cold of the Northwest and this was the perfect retreat. Walked the beach and hung out at the pool every day. Had wonderful food at Sardina Cantina and grabbed snacks at the local mart. The area was quiet and we felt very safe. The owner Les was very accomodating and communiative. Highly recommend and will plan to visit again.

Two couples occupied 2 bedroom condo on beach near San Jose Del Cabo. Great location. Convenient to reach grocery store and restaurants. Good communication with host. Also reached out to local property manager with a need and was very responsive. Would stay again without reservation

It was a rocky start to the trip with the air conditioning not working and 90 degree temperature. After a very hot night the air onditioning repairman arrived early on our second day and by the end of the day had it fixed. The remainder of our stay was flawless and would recommend the property

The perfect stay

The condo was exactly as portrayed online. The huge balcony was where we spent the majority of the time. The beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms were very spacious. It was so hard to leave and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when coming back to Cabo!

The unit and location was awesome... you can hear the waves hitting the beach 24/7. Clean, extremely well-furnished with everything you need, including kitchen items. Communication was excellent any time there was a question. Highly-recommended!

El Zalate beach front condominium

We loved this condo, the location, the amenities inside the condo are great. The patio is huge, covered, with a gas BBQ, there is an outdoors dining table, two sitting areas on the deck with comfy furniture. The kitchen and living room is open, the stove is gas, great for cooking. There are a couple of boogie boards, some snorkle masks and fins, great beach umbrella with 2 very comfy, foldable beach chairs we used all week. The owner is very responsive, got right back to us before our trip, and we had a few questions during the trip and he replied right away. The water in the unit is filtered, one faucet has triple filtered water for ice machine and drinking. The pool area has 2 pools, and a hot tub, never crowded and super fresh amd clean. We felt very safe with in the unit as well as the grounds. The gate security staff are very helpful, especially a big shootout to Mr. Serano, he was so helpful with information. We, a family of 4, two teens 17 and 18. My husband and I are definitely recommending this 2bdr 2bth condo, the views are amazing, the sunrise right from our beds or the huge deck are amazing. Thank you so much Mr. Twarog!!!!

What a View!

There is much to love about this condo. A chef's kitchen. Extremely comfortable beds. Lovely sitting area. However, it is the view that is the winner. It's just as seen in the pictures. Les was very attentive through the reservation process and after we arrived. He provided all of the details and information we needed to make the trip easy and comfortable.

Beautiful Property, Insta-Worthy Terrace, Some Distractions

I stayed for a month long workcation. Had a chance to experience quite a bit. My Pros/Cons: PROS: Beautiful Property: meticulously maintained grounds. Security staff very nice and welcoming. All speak English (or some). Condo Well Maintained: The condo itself is a little dated but is well maintained with upgraded appliances. Nicely decorated, you can see the intent to make every stay comfortable . Literally, anything you need is here. This was impressive. Terrace is spectacular: By far, the best part. The pictures cannot do it justice. I practically lived on the terrace. It's covered so it blocks much of the sun. Excellent Communication; Les was responsive to just about everything and very fast. He is nifty with tech gadgets and helped me a lot. Maintenance & Property Management Responsive: Fixed an AC issue within hours, responded to literally everything I mentioned--even if I said it was not a big deal...they were on it! CONS Bluntly: Ants, geckos inside the condo, cockroach and a poorly cleaned condo really took away from what could have been a flawless experience Ants: Fairly, Les does disclose there could be ants if you don't put food away and take trash out. But I found them the moment I walked in. No food. No trash. They were primarily in the kitchen and guest bath. Every counter top, the walls, the stove, INSIDE the microwave, the windows, floors... ugh. -->Response: At first, the property management team came to spray. But a few days later the ants were back. I pleaded for an exterminator and I was SO grateful when they sent one. Completely fixed this problem, didn't see one insect after that but it affected nearly 2 weeks of my stay. Not Clean: Bathroom wreaked of urine, toilet stains, floors dirty, shower dirty/smelled Wifi Spotty: I bought a UBC to ethernet converter to connect my MAC directly to the internet. It still froze and dropped sometimes. I worked over video calls all day. When I turned my camera off, it was fine but speeds were not great, even when directly connected. I was still able to work overall. Rolling Power Outage: Bummer when it happens during work. But, it happens. Last about an hour then back to normal. Not many but enough to get used to them. Taxi vs Uber: Taxis overcharge. Use Uber. Really. Overall: Nothing is perfect. In the end, I got so much more from this stay than I expected. Les was very pleasant and neighbors welcoming. With routine extermination, I'd highly recommend.

Comfortable stay for small family, great views

My family had a great time at this condo. The unit is well equipped and the building has a great location the beach just a few short minutes to lots of great food and shopping. Also having a OXXO just up the road makes it very convenient to pickup necessities. The building in the off season typically doesn't have many people around, though our young son was able to find other kids at the pool and beach. Our favorite part of the unit was the balcony.

Hello all, both Sonja & myself have been coming to Cabo for over 10 years. We finally fell in love with San Jose & the local area. We stayed & rented at El Zalate numerous times over 8 years & finally decided to buy in 2007. We even got married at Sunset De Mona Lisa Restaurant near Cabo

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is superior to any of the Coreador Hotels due to the close approximate of San Jose Del Cabo and the amenities it offers. We are a 1 minute walk to Serdina Catina restaurant that's located on the high way side of the Coral Baja resort or Mama Mia restaurant also located on the beach side of the Coral Baja resort or a 3 minute walk to 2 beach front restaurants at La Jolla complex next door. There are 2 grocery stores within 5 minute walk (La Comer & Chedraui Selecto)
Starbucks and McDonald are a 5 minute walk and next to McDonalds there is a wine store called El Wine shop and a sports bar across the street.
