We travel a lot and have never had better communication or an easier check in experience. Everything was wonderful, fruit basket on arrival was a nice surprise. The condo has everything you could possibly need and the location was perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Maria's LeVent condo & Prestige Mgmt. exceeded our expectations. The condo was ready upon our arrival and we were greeted with a lovely welcome food basket. Upon arrival, we had a personal tour of the condo and explanations of everything we needed to feel at home at the LeVent. Our condo notebook provided a comprehensive reference of everything we needed to know to operate all appliances. Location was ideal and the ocean view from the Condo was great. The LeVent pool and AC was very refreshing after a day at the beach. Location is ideal for visiting Eagle Beach and super market and restaurants in walking distance. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again if and when we return to Aruba. Thanks for a lovely time!

We always stay in Eagle Beach area, first time at LeVent. This unit was well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site management is very convenient, and getting fresh beach towels each day at the office was a perk. Easy walk to the beach. The grounds and pool are well maintained. One unexpected treat was the four cats that live on the grounds. They aren’t strays, they have collars and are well cared for. One might say spoiled. We are cat parents so we enjoyed interacting with them. They are sweet and approachable. We had a great vacation at LeVent.

The condo at LeVent is lovely and exceptionally well appointed. We enjoyed our stay there so much two years ago that we had no hesitation in choosing it again. Unfortunately, this visit was noticeably different.While the condo itself remains beautiful, there appears to have been a decline in the attention to detail, upkeep, and overall management of the property.Upon arrival, we discovered a broken drawer in the primary bathroom. The issue was not addressed until I brought it to the owner's attention nearly a week later. Although someone eventually put the drawer back in place, it was still not functional.We also requested that management remove a dead bird from the balcony. Unfortunately, it remained there for another 24 hours, at which point my husband finally removed it himself. This was something that should have been handled promptly. Additionally, the balcony did not appear to have been swept or mopped prior to our arrival.There were also concerns with the overall resort experience. On our first morning, I was awakened at 6:30 a.m. by loud techno dance music with a heavy bass coming from the pool area. Initially, I assumed another guest was still entertaining from the previous evening. I later discovered the music was being played by resort management. When I called at 9:00 a.m. to ask whether the volume could be reduced, I was initially told they didn't think that was possible. After explaining the situation and emphasizing the need to address it, they ultimate

Thank you for your review and acknowledging that my unit is lovely and exceptionally well appointed. Much appreciated. I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you also stated in your review regarding property management. They usually get great feedback. I did contact you midway through your vacation to check in on you. It was not until after I contacted you that you told me about the off track drawer and the bird. I quickly replied to you and had the onsite staff look into them asap. Thank you for acknowledging that these were taken care of after I was involved. I’m not sure why the onsite staff didn’t attend right away on their own. If you went to the desk they usually document these and have someone attend immediately. We had a few chats after your original complaint where you would have had plenty of time to relate your other issues. You never said anything to me. I would have taken care of these right away. As for the loud music so early in the morning, this is very strange as the property manager never plays loud music. I have to look into this but it could have been echoing sounds from another property or the beach. We have no control on the actions of local residents going to the beach and playing loud music from their cars at times. This can happen anywhere actually. I apologize for this. No one has ever complained of this before so I’m not exactly sure in this case. I wish you all the best and hope you will visit again in the future. Cheers

Wonderful getaway

Great location! Very clean and a very close walk to Eagle Beach. We enjoyed staying here and are looking forward to returning! They provided beach chairs which was great and a nice bonus, as well as daily towel exchange.
