Island Vibe 3 est une maison de deux chambres, deux salles de bain récemment rénovée avec une piscine chauffée, un aménagement paysager tropical et une arrière-cour privée. Il a un mur partagé avec l'unité voisine. Situé au 308B 60th Street à Holmes Beach, cette belle propriété est pratique pour la plage et dans un quartier résidentiel très calme de Holmes Beach. Il se trouve également à quelques pas des nombreux magasins et restaurants du centre-ville de Holmes Beach, ainsi que du seul parc canin de l'île.

Il dispose d'une laveuse et d'une sécheuse, d'une connexion Internet sans fil, de la télévision par câble et des appels interurbains nationaux gratuits. Il y a un grand pont supérieur donnant sur la piscine.

Il y a une télévision de 55 "dans le salon avec un lecteur DVD ainsi qu'une télévision de 43" dans chaque chambre. Il y a aussi une télévision 43 "sur le patio extérieur.

Il y a une table de ping-pong et un gril à gaz. Un chariot de plage, des jouets de plage et de nombreux équipements de plage ont également été fournis.

Cette belle propriété peut accueillir 6 personnes avec deux lits queen-size et un canapé-lit queen-size. Il y a un parking pour trois voitures dans l'allée.

Great spot and stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The space is cozy but still had everything needed to be comfortable. The outdoor space and pool are great, including the garage space with ping pong and very well stocked with beach gear and chairs. Communication was prompt and always helpful, would stay here again!

Perfect in every way

Very clean. Exactly what we needed. Loved that we had our own pool. Close to the beach. We rented a golf cart so it was great location for restaurants and shops. Very quiet and peaceful! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Property was exactly as described, clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor area exceeded expectations with large deck,warm pool, patio area and lots of seating. We also loved the small game room and beach/pool amenities. Check in was easy and location was good.

We loved our stay here. The property is as advertised. It’s in a great location - short walk to the beach and many good restaurants/bars. The place is well stocked, even laundry and shower needs. The furniture is comfortable. What we enjoyed most is the total privacy of the back porch and pool area - your own little slice of paradise. The property manager was fantastic - checking in periodically and extremely prompt responses. We’d love to rent here again.

Just as Described.....

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was close to so many things but yet, quiet and peaceful. Everything needed was there. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, trolley stops close by. We couldn't ask for anything more. Cathy was easy to work with and the check in / check out process was painless. Thanks for sharing this piece of paradise with us.

Home away from home

Sara's place is a home away from home. Our dogs loved the fenced in area. We love the neighborhood and restaurants around the apartment. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend this rental!

Perfect Getaway

Great little spot. We had a wonderful time at this efficient 2 bedroom home. With 2 ensuite bedrooms/baths there is plenty of separation for adult guests. The private pool area was a quiet oasis that allowed us to maximize time in the sun even though the temperature was a bit chilly in January. The island is perfectly walkable with lots of good restaurants to enjoy.

A Little Slice of Paradise

Island Vibe 3 was the perfect fit for our family of four. We also had fellow island friends visit to hang out in the evenings by the pool, and for highly anticipated ping pong tournaments. The backyard was the perfect oasis for both relaxation and fun with our friends & family, and truly checked all the boxes for us! The home was exceptionally clean, and you would have never guessed furry friends had visited. Island Vibe 3 was stocked with all of the essentials, from cookware to beach gear! Pack your personals, and hit the trail…this is the place for you!

A Wonderful Stay in Paradise!

This property was exactly what we needed to escape the cold of the Midwest during winter! My family has been coming to Anna Maria for decades and this property was fantastic! It's very centrally located, close to shops and restaurants but tucked away from the busy street. The pool was wonderful to relax in during the day and the inside of the property is very well maintained. Sara was an amazing host, very communicative and responsive. It's hard to find quality accommodations that allow pets and we were so fortunate to be able to stay here. Can't wait to come back!!

A quick getaway with my son.

My son had to burn some vacation days so i found this property on VRBO. The manager/owner was great. Property was awesome. They have everything you need to enjoy your break. Beaches are great. You can walk to 3 wonderful restaurants. The Ugly Grouper, Duffy’s Tavern and a good Italian restaurant i can’t remember the name of. But good food. I rented a golf cart so we drove all over the Island. I would go back without hesitation.

Vacay Vibes at Island Vibe 3

Island Vibe 3 was the perfect place for our vacay vibes family of 4 getaway. Having everything we needed allowed us to be carefree and enjoy our stay worry free from the morning sunrises to gorgeous evening sunsets taking in the calm and relaxtion on island time! Great communication with the host. All the amenities you would need and more. Flying and limited packing with young kids- the provided beach chairs, wagon, toys, umbrellas etc were all so great to have on hand for beach days and pool floats etc for the pool afternoons that followed the beach days. Space was clean, cozy, inviting and the stocked bathrooms and cabinets with towels etc made our stay feel so welcomed with minimal stress and planning. Holmes Beach is a quick walk along with a short walk to surrounding restaurants and trolley stop. We loved the private oasis pool area for early morning and later afternoons after beach days and the outdoor shower and hose was so useful too! Our stay was so relaxing, pure paradise! This was our first time on AMI and we look forward to planning another trip back and when we do we will be booking with Island Vibe Properties again...the rental, communication, amenities, location - all 5 stars!!!!! Why stress when on island time, save yourself the hassle and go with Island Vibe Properties, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing trip!

Not sure where to even start with my review! Im not 1 to usually do them but need to on this! 100% will be back to this property! Cathy was amazing to deal with and handled everything we needed and any questions i had right away! The pool light needed to be changed and within less than 24 hrs we came back to it lit up and fixed! Everything upon arrival was clean and had everything we needed. There is a storage area down at the pool area with several essentials you need for your stay..the outside area was PERFECT! It was like our own little oasis. Plenty of chairs and a great sized pool. The deck was large and had more seating. My husband and I were so sad to leave and cant wait to go back! AMI is just beautiful and the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. I booked island vives 3 after going thru a ton of properties and there was not 1 bad review and if i could do more than a 5 star review I would!! The location we thought was perfect and the beach in this area wasnt as crowded as other areas. We will definitely be back! Hopefully sooner bs later 😊

Clean, cozy, comfortable!

Island Vibe 3 is an outdoor haven with heavenly heated pool and a beautiful outdoor area that accommodates a large group, thanks to a well stocked pool/ beach equipment room. (You don't need to bring beach chairs, wagon, toys, games, etc.) It is only a short walk to gorgeous Holmes Beach. The two beachy-themed bedrooms have access to their own fully stocked bathrooms with thick, fluffy towels. Three TVs including one outdoors on the deck with a huge washer and drier, too. Our lab was immediately comfortable as were we! Cathy, the property manager, was an invisible genie, responding quickly to our few requests. She also made sure we knew how to respond to possible flooding during impending storms. Kudos to her for making our three week stay seamless! Walking distance to several restaurants including the Ugly Grouper with live music, friendly Vinny's Italian takeout, and lots more. Also be aware that there are steps in the front and back to navigate. We LOVED our stay!

Fabulous Stay!!

My Husband and I stayed a week and half after Hurricane Ian hit and Sara could not have been more helpful with the questions prior to our arrival. The place was awesome. Plenty of towels, bath and beach, and extra linens. There are enough restaurants within walking distance. This place is a real find!! Thank you Sara for allowing us in your home. We will be sure to book one of your other properties.

Beautiful, inside and out

Beautifully decorated, stocked with all your essentials makes for a wonderful stay. Our pups love the fenced in backyard and chasing the little lizards around.

AMI Family Vacation

This property was amazing. The inside is up to date with clean bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms. There were plenty of ways to keep our family busy while not at the beach. The pool, TVs, back deck, and ping pong table. The basement was filled with beach supplies and pool floats. We were a bit concerned with privacy with this being a duplex. The backyard has a privacy fence and plenty of tall tropical plants. Short of outdoor pool noise, we could not even notice that we had neighbors during our stay. The property was located near plenty of excellent restaurants including the Ugly Grouper and Duffys Tavern.

Perfect retreat

First off, the property manager, Sara, is amazing. Answered questions quickly and honestly. The property is perfect for two couples. The second bedroom has two twin beds, but we asked in advance and they had them pushed together and made as a king. The beds are very comfortable. The master has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other bathroom is accessible from the 2nd bedroom or the hall. I think that the sofa is a pull-out. The kitchen is small but it has very nice updated appliances. The living/dining area are well furnished and comfortable. Washer and dryer is updated as well. The house was extremely clean and had very well decorated. The back deck is very large and well furnished. The pool is landscaped beautiful and has plenty of seating. Like to eat out - no problem! You are within minutes of Duffy’s, Ugly Grouper, the Feast, and many more. The property owner has thought of everything - plenty of beach towels, cooler, wagon, floats, and our personal favorite - dog dishes!!!

Amazing family vacation

We had an incredible time! Perfect location with 2 blocks to the park (playground, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, skate ramps, dog park), 2 blocks to the Ugly Grouper (sign in and walk home to wait for a table), 3 blocks to ice cream shop, 3-4 blocks to beach, 1 block to trolly stop. The pool was our favorite spot with plenty of shade in the back. We ate all meals outside on the deck. It’s a tight fit for our family if 5, but the incredible outdoor space more than makes up for it. Everything you need is provided fof the beach and pool. Activities: -eco tour boat ride (dolphin/manatee watching) - trolly to Pine Ave/pier - went to St Pete for a Rays game - ping pong tourneys

Perfect vacation rental

Perfect location on AMI and close to everything from beaches to restaurants and shopping. The property is perfect for a couple or small family and comes with everything you need for a beach vacation. Sara was a friendly and great host. Highly recommend!
