Quintessential beach vacation

We enjoyed the bliss of being at such a special beach town. Jerusalem is charming and the beach was perfect for the family to swim, relax or play spike ball!

Family and friend Fall weekend

Had a great long weekend in the fall with a group of 10 including teenagers and kids. The Jerusalem area is such a great place to stay. The house is a very short walk to the beach and jetty. Really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome!

Immaculate, modern beach home. Plenty of room for seven adults. Ocean and dock views from house. Beautiful beach one block away. Highly recommend. We hope to return.

Wonderful weekend!

We rented this place for a weekend to visit our kids at URI. It was fabulous, The house was perfect and close to the beach. We enjoyed 70° weather in October. We will definitely come back!

Amazing

We loved everything about this house. Stayed for parents weekend and had an amazing time. The weather wasn't the best, but all in all it was a great time. Thank you for letting us stay in your perfect house.

Great Location for Beach Fun!

Beautiful home with great views of the pier areas, Point Judith and the ocean. Great location - Easy walking access to beautiful East Matunuck beach, close to popular restaurants. Bedrooms were good sized and comfortable. Loved the open concept living area upstairs and the well-appointed kitchen. Could use a few fixes, like a missing door knob to the laundry and sliding door latches on the 3rd floor, but those didn’t interfere with our fun. Would stay there again!

Rhode Island Beach Weekend

The house is beautiful and perfect for a beach weekend. It is right across the street from the beach with many easy points of access. The kitchen and living space is large and bright. Being on the third floor of the home gives great views and an opportunity to get in more steps when unloading groceries. I did find the details on the listing to be a little confusing and inconsistent in places (for example I thought the house was a five bedroom house because that was in the title category but if you read the description below it does say it is a four bedroom house with a pullout couch in the bottom floor offering a fifth relatively private place to sleep). The host was extremely responsive and helpful and we had a delightful time. Weather was amazing and I would love to visit again. I highly recommend the property and location.

RI island Beach fun

Even with it pouring rain everyday but one we had a perfect retreat. Great walks , few neighbors around and the ones we met were very friendly. Close enough to ferry for a ride out to Block Island. The town of Wakefield was a nice visit one day. The beach, a block away was just perfect, even in the wind!! the house was well appointed for cooking meals every night. we were comfortable and got a great aerobic workout with the kitchen on the third floor. the extra half bath in this house was very helpful!! The beds were really comfortable. We would go back.

Quaint Seaside Village Location

Had a youth sport tournament at URI, so decided to make a long beach weekend out of it. This house is spacious, clean & provides great outdoor space. The ocean is across the street and it's a really quick walk, 3-4 minutes, to the beach. We also noticed a bay side beach that was an apx 5-minute walk in the opposite direction. Plenty of options for fishing and walking as well. The view from the back third floor decking space is spectacular. While there were only 5 of us for this stay, this house is ideal for larger families or two families with children. The extra living area on the 1st floor is ideal for a children's hang out space. Steve was super responsive as a host & resolved the one minor issue that came up during our stay immediately. Further we enjoyed this area of road island. Super quiet and quaint. One note, the 3-floor inverted floor plan with kitchen and living space on the 3rd floor is not recommended for anyone with limited mobility issues. Otherwise, I highly recommend this beach house & area.

Narragansett

We had a wonderful time visiting Narragansett. This was a family trip with six adults. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. It was very accommodating for everyone in our group. The third floor living area offers stunning views. Beach access is within walking distance. We spent a couple days visiting Newport which is a 20-25 minute drive. Steve the owner was awesome to work with. He answered all questions promptly and was available when needed. Overall a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful post-COVID family week. The house accommodated plenty of us comfortably. It was a joy to just walk across the street to the beach. House could use some TLC (i.e. no curtain on the outdoor shower feels kind of awkward) but it fit the bill overall! We would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Memorial Day Wedding weekend Newport

Property was well maintained. Beautiful location just across the street from the ocean. Couple of good restaurants with a mile of the property. Towels..Great…Linens a little worn. Suggest brining own linens.

Beautiful house in the best South County area.

Possibly as a newer VRBO, there were a few kinks worked out at arrival... housekeeping details only which the owner immediately addressed with apology. Having summered in the area for years, my family agrees this is the absolutely best area... neighborhood beach, great restaurant, seafood store within 3 minute walk. 2 families shared the home comfortably. We hope to return.
