Maison de luxe sur 5 acres ~ Piscine creusée, bain à remous et sauna

Nagez dans la piscine creusée chauffée ou dans un fauteuil relaxant et profitez du soleil. Cette belle propriété est nichée sur 5 acres de sapins de Noël. Grand espace pour les familles nombreuses ou tout simplement un couple désirant profiter d'un week-end paisible.

Quatre chambres sont dans la maison principale et 2 chambres sont situées dans la maison de la piscine. Nous avons 4 chambres dans la maison principale. 2 de ces chambres ont 1 lit king dans chacune et les deux autres chambres ont 1 lit queen chacune.
Nous avons un Pack and Play et une chaise haute sur le site


Le pool house qui est situé dans la cour arriÚre à cÎté de la piscine a 2 chambres à coucher à l'étage et une salle de bain complÚte. Chacune de ces chambres a un lit queen size. Il y a un grill extérieur et il est situé prÚs de la piscine. La piscine dispose de 6 chaises longues avec coussins, une table à manger avec 4 siÚges rembourrés et une table de feu avec 4 siÚges rembourrés.

Le bain à remous et le sauna sont situés dans la véranda de la maison principale
L'emplacement est dans la ville de Clayton, Ă  10-15 minutes de Neenah, Menasha, Oshkosh et Appleton.

Nous avons le stade de rùpes de bois si vous voulez prendre un match de baseball, des centaines de restaurants, un centre des arts de la scÚne pour des concerts et des piÚces de théùtre,
Le bùtiment pour les enfants, les jardins aux papillons du Wisconsin, le musée historique de la maison du foyer, le planétarium barlow, le musée d'art de la truite, le Payne Art Centre,
Bergstrom-Mahler Musée du verre. Ce ne sont là que quelques petites choses à faire dans la région de Fox River.

Vous pouvez également profiter du bain à remous, du sauna ou de la table de cheminée. Beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans le Fox
Zone de la vallée. Cette propriété est également belle en hiver, nous sommes à proximité de nombreux sentiers de randonnée, de ski de fond et de motoneige avec un emplacement idéal à 10 minutes de la ville d'Appleton et à 15 miles du parc EAA à Oshkosh.

Great for a family get-together!

I rented Jolene’s house for a family gathering to celebrate my dad’s 95th birthday. Sadly, he passed away 6 days before it and the party transitioned to a celebration of his 95 years + 8 days. Jolene afforded me an early check in and late check out to accommodate our changed needs. The space was perfect for our large group that included 2 babies and a 4 & 7 year old. It is as pictured, clean and quiet. While the house is in a borderline rural area, we were able to use Instacart delivery for groceries and Target, and found A few restaurants within their delivery area. We will definitely book this rental again!

Absolutely wonderful!

This home, inside and out, has wonderful gathering places, starting with the kitchen! There were nine adults in our group. The huge granite island with comfortable stools was a perfect place to visit. This serves as the dining table. It expanded openly to the adjacent living room in one direction, and to the sun room with seating, tv, and hot tub in the floor! The outside gas fire pit next to the pool house was inviting. The pool was perfectly warm. The bedrooms had good space for personal items and the beds were comfortable. The decor in both the main house and pool house is stylish and up to date. The neighborhood is quiet and great for running. The landlord met us at the house and briefed us on the tv's, ac/heating, pool, firepit, etc. Grocery and restaurants are about 10 minutes away.

Friend weekend!

We came for the Viking/Packer game and to celebrate a 40th birthday! The layout of the property is great! The pool, hot tub, fire pit, and open floor plan made for a comfortable, fun weekend! The property manager was very responsive to a couple questions we had once we got here. We had 8 adults and clearly this place can fit 12 adults comfortably! The only suggestion is to add FAQs or FYIs from previous renters to the binder. We would highly recommend this place for your friends or family gatherings.

Fantastic for a crowd

My family and I really enjoyed this home and all of it's amenities. The owners were extremely responsive to our every question and a pleasure to communicate with. Just a couple tiny recommendations...it would be nice if there was more storage to unpack a bit in the pool house and hooks for towels/swimsuits in the bathrooms would be a great addition. Overall a wonderful location and we hope to return next year!

Fun party house!

Our group rents a place every Labor Day, usually in the woods, but we were glad for the change this year! The pool and whirlpool were great, even if the weather didn’t cooperate. Everything was clean and well taken care of and great for our needs. Our only issues were that we weren’t given specific directions for some of the quirks of the house, but the owners were great with communication when we texted with questions.

Perfect Location for Extended Family Vacation!

The property was perfect for our extended family vacation. With family members age 9 months to 60 something there was something for everyone. We loved the pool and patio area, sauna, hot tub, the beautiful grounds with lots of nature and privacy. Having the main house and the separate pool house allowed us to keep a quiet spot for sleeping babies and another for the older kids. The fire table was a great spot for evenings. We would have been content to spend the entire week there but we did venture out to some of the local parks, the Farmers Market in Neenah and Building Kids in Appleton. The house is conveniently located to lots of fun activities. The owner responded to a few questions in a timely fashion making this an all around perfect vacation.

Amazing house!

We were a group of 12 family members and we had a wonderful time! We typically rent lake houses every year but we decided to change it up. The kids were in the pool from morning until night. They also loved the hot tub and watching TV while in the hot tub. :) We’ve rented many, many houses over the years and none of them were decorated as beautifully as this house. The beds are all queens or kings which is great and each had tons of pillows. The pool house was a great oasis for the 20 year olds who wanted their own space. The location was great...very near Neenah and Oshkosh. We had tickets for the Timberrattlers but unfortunately it got rained out. We did have an issue with the pool slide and the Owner came right over to fix. Overall lovely time with family! We have already booked for next year.

Awesome little escape!!

My friends and I have rented houseboats for the past 15 years, and we decided to do something different this year! And let me tell you we are glad we did awesome house, location, and amenities. One suggestion for safety is the bricks are very loose by the step off by the pool and a few of us got some minor injuries from them but other then that fantastic rental. Will for sure rent again!!

Friends and family retreat

Great place to host family and friends - conveniently located and the property is beautiful. The set up is perfect as you have the pool nestled between the main house and pool house - pool house has a covered porch for shelter in case of rain. Jolene was very easy to communicate with answering any questions we had promptly. Thanks for a great 4th weekend!

From Alaska /CA and 4 WI cities to celebrate

We recently celebrated a birthday here over a 4 day Memorial Day weekend. This rental home was comfortable and accommodating for our group which ranged in age from 2 months to 90 years. Yes, there actually IS something for everyone. The owners were very responsive and kind thru out the whole process. Jolene and Paul are a great team. Our group has rented world wide thru VRBO (and the other brands) and this home is now in our top 5 favorites. You will not regret spending your next vacation here. Thank you for all the hard work it takes to have a property available onVRBO in such a nice location and with such attention to detail. The kitchen was well stocked for all our baking ,cooking and grilling needs. There were plenty of clean linens and beautiful large pool towels. The house was clean and the pool was warm. If you get up early enough you will most likely see a deer or two quietly walk thru the front. The home is in a peaceful area with extremely easy access to GreenBay/Appleton to the North or Oshkosh to the South. It was large enough to give everyone in our group space and privacy. The fire pit area under the stars at night was wonderful, the pool,sauna, and jacuzzi were relaxing and fun, the celebration priceless. Thank you

This was a perfect place for my family to stay. With my sons coming from out of town for my son’s wedding it provided enough room for us all to be together. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. It was very clean and in a nice quiet setting. Check-in and check-out was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house with great space

Stayed for 3 days and had the best time. The kitchen was a perfect spot for everyone to hang around the large island and catch up. It was only about 60 degrees and we were still able to use the pool because it was heated. The hot tub was perfect to get into afterwards. Jolene was quick to respond to my questions and even checked in via email to make sure everything went well. My family will definitely rent this house again.

We built this home because of its beautiful country setting on 5 acres of Christmas trees. When we purchased the land it was being used as a Christmas tree farm.

We love this property because of its quiet setting but also the convenience to the city being just 10 minutes from Neenah and Appleton and 15 to Oshkosh.
