LOCATION DE SKI DISPONIBLE À PARTIR LE 05/01/2020

Notez s'il vous plaît; nous louons des skis seulement de début janvier à avril. Pas de location à court terme disponible.

Nouvelle et magnifique maison de luxe à seulement un kilomètre 267 de Kings Beach et ses nombreuses plages publiques. Juste 5 miles de l'entrée de North Star. Cette maison a tous les beaux meubles et commodités que vous pourriez vouloir dans une maison de vacances d'hiver ou d'été. La construction vient de se terminer fin octobre 2017 avec tous les nouveaux meubles. Tout nouveau spa sur le pont inférieur de la cour. Visitez Tahoe et séjournez dans un confort luxueux.

L'espace
Les caractéristiques comprennent une exposition plein sud avec grande terrasse arrière donnant sur un joli cadre boisé. Beaucoup de fenêtres à prendre au soleil. Les finitions comprennent des planchers de bois rouge récupéré, comptoirs de cuisine en quartzite dalle avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et un évier. Toutes les salles de bains sont pourvues de comptoirs de travertin et de carreaux déco, d'huisseries huilées, de portes et d'aulences de 8 ', de plafonds voûtés de 9' avec poutres massives en aulne, foyer extraordinaire avec foyer en granit, parement de cèdre vertical. Tous les nouveaux meubles de décoration de cabine de montagne avec un motif «ours».

Vos vacances ici vous donneront un sentiment très privé avec une grande exposition sud. Finitions haut de gamme avec un attrait très rustique. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner de bons repas pour la famille et les amis. Situé au centre de tout ski, randonnée, vélo et à seulement 1 ou 2 miles de 5 plages publiques locales. Deux rues plus loin de la maison se trouve un magnifique sentier pédestre / cyclable à travers les bois menant au parc régional de North Tahoe avec des courts de tennis, des aires de pique-nique et même des aventures en tyrolienne.

Girls Trip

We recently stayed for a girls trip and the house was wonderful. Location was close to all of our activities and there was plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was also well stocked. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, Great location!

We absolutely loved our summer getaway at this stunning home which is just a three minute drive to the beach. House is 10X more beautiful than in-person compared to photos. Host also provides thoughtful touches like chocolates, beach towels, beach mats, shampoo, etc. We loved the jacuzzi and the open floor plan. Host was very communicative when we reached out for help. We truly adore this house and would absolutely stay here again!

A great experience for our multigenerational family. The home is more beautiful than pictures.

The home was in a great location for us to have several beach days at Kings Beach. Spacious enough for 3 generations and supplied with everything you need. We had a fabulous vacation. Relaxing, playing games together. We hope we can stay again next year.

Beautiful home

This cabin is one of the best we’ve ever been to in the Tahoe area! Great location, very responsive owner, beautiful huge great room and kitchen area, lots of fun games for the kids. It was also very well stocked, with everything you need to cook, clean, spend a day at the beach, etc. We very much appreciated all of the thoughtful amenities. Hope to come back soon!!

Tahoe and National Bowling Open

We have stayed in Tahoe 9 times, and me another 11 VRBO places outside the area, and by far this cabin was best. From stocked spices to amenities, this place had it. And, so well decorated. Everything was working and modern. The contact was great to work with. We are going to stay there again, and that is the best compliment.

Kings Beach Hideaway - Great Location

This house is beautiful! A must stay on your next visit to Kings Beach. It was perfect for the 3 families we had staying in it. We were in town for our sons travel baseball tournament, so we were rarely at home. Wish we could have enjoyed the house more. The house came fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. Needless to say, I was impressed. Definitely going to consider this house for our next visit to Kings Beach.

Great Family House

The house was recently built, and we enjoyed the good condition of the nearly-new construction and furnishings. The house has a very nice layout and was very comfortable for our extended family. It was great to have a closet that was well-stocked with beach equipment. All the games were nice to have too (ping pong, foosball, checkers/chess, etc.). The house was well supplied with all the basics and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy.

A Perfect Place for Family & Friends

Thank you, Ron, for sharing your beautiful home with us! We had 3 families together for Father's Day weekend and this home was perfect. The great room and kitchen is a wonderful place to gather and cook and spend time together and each of the bedrooms allowed for privacy. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay...including the convenient hot tub, which felt like a necessity after an active weekend! It's close to everything as well! Ron was a fantastic host, ensuring we had all the instructions for check in/check out and using the hot tub, as well as suggesting local outings! We would love to stay here again!

Gorgeous house and a great owner!

This house is exactly as it looks in the photos - so beautiful and so peaceful! Kitchen is fabulously stocked and a chef’s dream. We were visited by a bear (hilarious story), deer, squirrels, and had everything we could possibly need. We had glitchy wifi at the beginning (not at all the fault of the owner) and Ron was SO responsive, staying on top of it until we had it sorted out. We were a group of girlfriends, but we will absolutely be back with our families. Layout is perfect for families, and my teenagers will love the game room downstairs.

Thanksgiving in Kings Beach

Great home! Perfect amount of furniture for two families to relax. Plenty of activities for the kids. The home is immaculate. Good location, just up the road from Kings Beach and Incline Village. Only negative is there were 4 adults, and only one wine glass in the house. We contacted the property owner/manager and let them know. They replied "there were 8 in September" to which we replied, "well there is only one now" and they never responded so we spent the weekend drinking very expensive wine out of water glasses. For the cost of the place for a holiday weekend, I expeced a little better "customer service".

The House is Beautiful!

This house is gorgeous, the pictures do not do it justice. House is very modern but with the "Tahoe charm." I particularly liked all the Tahoe themed lamps scattered all over the house. My sister in law is a germ-a-phobic and a clean/neat freak - and this house pleased her immensely; she kept saying she would rent this home again (the ultimate compliment!) We are two related families with four teens/tweens and there was a lot of space for us all in the home. Since its Covid time and we could not go out to eat, we ate a lot of meals in the home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Ron didn't miss a detail! Also, Ron was super responsive with any questions we had.

Beautiful Spot in a Great Location

This is a lovely home, equipped with all you need to enjoy a vacation. The place was very clean when we arrived and looked exactly as pictured. The kitchen had everything, and the spices were especially appreciated. The living space was expansive and comfortably furnished. The bedrooms were all great, and there was even a small living room for the downstairs area. The home has ample windows and is situated among lots of trees, making you feel like you are in the forest. The area is quiet and peaceful. The location was superb. We found a path to walk down to Kings Beach, a path to the nearby park, and tons of hiking paths just two blocks away. We had a great time and hope to return.

Gorgeous property in lovely, quiet neighborhood. Beautifully decorated with plenty of comfy seating. Beds were comfortable, high end linens and towels. Homeowner adds lots of convenient touches. Large and spacious…easily accommodated our group.

The property is great for a large group. The bunk beds are sturdy and the local trail is a blast. We love visiting North Shore and the place was ideal. Close to Kings Beach.

HABEGGER WEDDING

We were married at the North Tahoe Event Center on Friday and had family over to the house for bbq on Saturday. The house is beautiful. There were a lot of fun things to do - ping-pong, foosball, card games, horse shoes.... it was a great time had by all.

We all gave it a thumbs up. The pace comfortably accommodated 10 for sleeping, dining and lounging.

We had a very positive experience. The place was perect for our extended family, included my 89 year old grandfather and 4 young adults (16-23) and their middle aged parents. There was plenty to do around the house, the beach and golf were very close.

Great Trip

We came up to Tahoe for 5 days and swam the trans Tahoe relay race on Saturday. This home was great for our family and one other family that stayed there. We each had 3 kids and we had plenty of room thanks to the room with the double bunks which fit four of the kids easily and could have fit more. The decor was nice and very nicely themed with bears and cabin motif. Parking was easy, communication was easy with the owners. Kitchen was great and we cooked multiple meals there. Overall a great place to stay and relax in the mountains. We would definitely stay again.

Well kept second home, pride of ownership is reflected in property condition. Home is situated just over a mile from the beach. Access to paved trail to regional park is only a few blocks away. Great stay!@

Pictures don’t do this home justice!

Just spent thanksgiving here with our family and we’re all beyond impressed with this gorgeous property. Every detail has been well thought out and there’s everything you need. Plenty of space for 11 adults. Wonderful location, only about a mile from the lake. Will be booking for next year soon!

Incredible property. We hope to go back soon!

This was an incredible house and our family had such a wonderful time. We stayed there for two weeks and were able to get that sense of renewal that we were hoping for. The house had everything that we needed, including fun games and space to do work/school throughout the days. It was really close by to the lake and great walking paths. We hope to be able to go back to this property again in the near future.

Lake Tahoe has been my family's go to vacation destination all my life. My parents retired to Dollar Point in Tahoe City from the Bay Area and my brother and I visited every chance we could get. Great memories have been made with my family and now my grandchildren get to experience this beautiful place as I do my best to spoil them.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

A personal dream to own a brand new home in North Lake Tahoe, I fell in love with this place at the first look. Having always visited Tahoe City in the past I was shocked at the amazing public facilities located in Tahoe Vista and Kings Beach. Five public beaches are within walking distance. The North Tahoe Regional Park a short walk or drive away with tennis, hand ball courts, zip line adventures horseshoe pits, kids playground and much more.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This beautiful mountain home is managed by the owner, not a property management company. I am focused on providing our guests with a meticulously maintained, clean, well-stocked home. Unlike management companies the towel and sheets are not the basic white hotel standard, but are instead a higher thread count quality, color coordinated to each room. They are not rushed in from one of the management company’s other properties that may be on their last use and whose quality standards are lower. The cleaning staff cleans and sanitizes the house after each guest to an exacting standard. Though I love pets I do not allow pets in this house to assure potential guests subject to allergies that they are coming to a pet allergen and dander free home.

Even more important is that I want not just the house to be perfect for your stay, I also want to be sure you have a great time while at Tahoe. After your reservation is confirmed, I will be sending out a list of great and perhaps lesser-known activities and recommendations for things to do and my favorite restaurants to go to.

You will have my personal cell phone and email address to contact me for any assistance you may need during your stay. So please consider my home your home during your stay at Lake Tahoe.
