Fantastic house for our big group for Aggie weekend! The property is off the beaten path and charming. The idyllic pond and no less than 40 deer we saw encouraged us to disconnect and slow down. Well stocked, great common areas and outdoor space; the perfect getaway to hang with old roommates and enjoy Aggieland. We will be back!

We stayed at this property for our daughter's graduation weekend and had a great experience staying here. It is one of the best we have stayed at. This property is located away from the crowds but still just a short drive to TAMU, restaurants and grocery stores. The layout of the house is well thought out. Plenty of visiting space. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and cookware to prepare meals for a large group. Wish we had found this property years ago as this is the go-to place for our large family. Thanks for the stay!

We have stayed here 2 years in a row for High School girls running camp. It has a perfect layout for adult chaperones and a large group of kids. Everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-equiped. The property is peaceful, beautiful, and private while still being close to all the conveniences of College Station. I recommend 100%.

Super great stay!! House is clean and super nice, great for large families to stay for the weekend. Very easy check in/check out. Family loved the privacy of the property but able to access cstat easily for activities.

We had a large group and this property comfortably accommodated. There was plenty of counter space and the pantry/laundry area added space to store all the extras out of site. Plenty of sleeping space and four walk in showers was very nice. The beds and pillows were very comfy!

This was a friends and family weekend trip and we had such a great time with everyone. There was lots of dishes to use and lots of cooking utensils. I loved how the property was secluded and we had a great time there. It was not too far from town when we needed to run into college Station or to Texas A&M. Lots of bathroom towels, and plenty of space for everyone. The house was extremely clean and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic property. Lots of room to spread out and multiple spots inside and out to gather and visit with people. Nice large kitchen and eating areas. Beautiful property with nice views

Very clean and like new large home. The layout of all rooms were perfect to entertain our large group of family/friends. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking items to prepare large home cooked meals for our two Cadet sons and a few of their friends. Close enough to all campus events but far enough to have that try country feel. We are definitely coming back!

Great spot for large family get togethers

This is our second year to rent this house and it is always fantastic. The owners are great and the house fits our whole family. Highly recommend.

Such a great property. Perfect for game day or large gathering in Aggieland. Close enough to town for the amenities, far enough away to feel like you’re in the country. Will def stay again!

Great property for group or large family stay. Was away from the hustle and bustle around game day, but close enough to make it easy to get back and forth to campus. A great experience all around!

Perfect game day stay

We stayed with a large group of boys for State 7 on 7 football. The property was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds, games to play, and things to do. The house was nice and clean, with easy communication with the host. Highly recommend staying here!

We’ve stayed here multiple times and the property NEVER disappoints. Plenty of room for all of us. It’s especially wonderful on a winning Aggie football weekend!

Family Celebration Weekend

This was our second stay at this property. It was wonderful for our large family gathering to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday, niece’s graduation & Mother’s Day brunch before check out. Weather was perfect. Kids enjoyed the outdoors. Coffee on the porch with a nice breeze looking out across the pond was picturesque. Nothing but praise. Will stay again when possible.
