This spacious and private island beach house graces a picturesque dune overlooking the vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean, offering unparalleled tranquility and endless opportunities for beach-combing, snorkeling, and basking in the Bahamian sun.

Recently renovated in 2020, "Cookie On The Rocks" boasts a complete overhaul, featuring all-new appliances and furniture, ensuring a contemporary and comfortable stay. The main house includes a master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bath boasting breathtaking ocean vistas. Additionally, it includes a well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, inviting living area, and a dining room adorned with ample windows, inviting natural light and ocean views. Separated by a breezeway, discover the queen bedroom with its own en suite bath, along with the third bedroom offering 2 twin beds. Embrace the joy of outdoor dining on two decks—whether beneath shelter or beneath the stars—providing the perfect setting for shared moments.

Unplug and unwind in this haven, as "Cookie On The Rocks" intentionally omits a TV, inviting guests to disconnect, stargaze, and witness the enchanting sunrise over the horizon. The property is fully air-conditioned and equipped with an automatic backup generator for uninterrupted comfort.

For boating enthusiasts, the North End Dock offers accommodation for boats up to 32 feet, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the spot: beautiful gardens create privacy. The extra bedrooms are perfect when we have guests. Only suggestions: I realize everyone is not as respectful of property like we are, but a couple beach chairs and lounges would be nice. I realize the need to protect from erosion, but we had a worker there shoveling sand on the beach every day we were there, although he tried to be as unobtrusive as possible. But overall, great! We plan on coming back. We really appreciated Cliona bring the chairs and lounges. Thank you.

Great location, well taken care of, private, and fabulous kitchen accessories for those that eat a lot at home. Will be coming back!

Great property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in May at Cookie On The Rocks. The house was well appointed and you could not beat the view or beach location. The only thing we wished we had known in advance was that a key was needed for a gate at that end of the island in order to access the property. It was a little hectic trying to track down the person who held the keys on the island but it all worked out! We look forward to returning to Elbow and staying at Cookie On The Rocks again!

Amazing house, wonderful location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very quiet location on the North End. Your own private beach right down the stairs. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to entertain. Two detached bedrooms make everyone feel like they have their own house. House is very clean, very well kept, and the rental company is very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd visit to Cookie and we will be back again! The house is Perfect for 5, Plenty spacious, well laid out and comfortable. We really like the location in the Abacos, close enough to town (with a cart) and North Dock makes it easy to access a rental boat to go north or south.
